Ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Ivan Paladina boravio je danas je tijekom jutra u službenom radnom posjetu Gradu Zadru.

Na održanim sastancima razgovaralo se o provedbi i pripremi gradskih projekata, uz naglasak na stambenu izgradnju.

Unatoč novim uvjetima na tržištu, ugovoreni radovi na izgradnji 100 novih POS stanova odvijaju se uredno. Ugovorena je kupnja ukupno 89 stanova te predstoji dogovor s APN-om o otkupu preostalih jedanaest.

Gradonačelnik je iskazao interes Grada za otkup preostalih stanova koji bi se koristili kao kadrovski za potrebe OB Zadar i Sveučilišta, odnosno za poticajni najam mladim obiteljima.

Tijekom obilaska gradilišta obišao se i prostor na kojemu je projektirana nova osnovna škola Crvene kuće. Dogovoreno je kako će Ministarstvo i Grad prioritetno za ovu namjenu riješiti međusobne imovinsko-pravne odnose kako bi gradnja škole mogla nesmetano započeti.

Također, gradonačelnik Dukić je izvijestio da je Grad Zadar pokrenuo projekt POS gradnje obiteljskih kuća na području Crnog prema modelu poticane stanogradnje (POS), a u pripremi je i gradnja nove stambene POS zgrade na području Smiljevca, u blizini budućeg dječjeg vrtića. 

Gradonačelnik Dukić upoznao je ministra Paladinu i s aktualnostima vezanim uz projekt Vrata Zadra na Ravnicama. U ovom trenutku, naveo je Dukić, privodi se kraju izrada Konzervatorske podloge kao zadnji preduvjet za izradu UPU Ravnice.

- Riječ je o ključnom prostoru koji prije svega rješava goruću problematiku grada i nudi konačno rasterećenje povijesne jezgre kada je riječ o prometu u mirovanju i prometu uopće. U ovoj fazi, Grad Zadar želi prioritetno realizirati izgradnju javne garaže s oko 1 200 parkirališnih mjesta. S obzirom na to da na čitavom prostoru vlasništvo dijele Grad i RH, izrada UPU-a zajednički je interes – kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić.

Ministar Paladina istaknuo je potporu Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine projektima koje Grad Zadar provodi, kao i onima koji su u pripremi te je rekao da je Ministarstvo uvijek otvoreno za suradnju s ciljem razvoja Grada Zadra i dobrobiti koje ovi projekti imaju za građane.

Vezano uz rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih odnosa, tijekom sastanka su navedeni konkretni primjeri, a odnose se prvenstveno na izgradnju prometne infrastrukture. U tom smislu danas je potpisan Ugovor o darovanju dijela državnog zemljišta Gradu Zadru za potrebe izgradnje prometnice u sklopu obnove križanja na Žmirićima.

Ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Ivan Paladina boravio je danas je tijekom jutra u službenom radnom posjetu Gradu Zadru.

Na održanim sastancima razgovaralo se o provedbi i pripremi gradskih projekata, uz naglasak na stambenu izgradnju.

Unatoč novim uvjetima na tržištu, ugovoreni radovi na izgradnji 100 novih POS stanova odvijaju se uredno. Ugovorena je kupnja ukupno 89 stanova te predstoji dogovor s APN-om o otkupu preostalih jedanaest.

Gradonačelnik je iskazao interes Grada za otkup preostalih stanova koji bi se koristili kao kadrovski za potrebe OB Zadar i Sveučilišta, odnosno za poticajni najam mladim obiteljima.

Tijekom obilaska gradilišta obišao se i prostor na kojemu je projektirana nova osnovna škola Crvene kuće. Dogovoreno je kako će Ministarstvo i Grad prioritetno za ovu namjenu riješiti međusobne imovinsko-pravne odnose kako bi gradnja škole mogla nesmetano započeti.

Također, gradonačelnik Dukić je izvijestio da je Grad Zadar pokrenuo projekt POS gradnje obiteljskih kuća na području Crnog prema modelu poticane stanogradnje (POS), a u pripremi je i gradnja nove stambene POS zgrade na području Smiljevca, u blizini budućeg dječjeg vrtića. 

Gradonačelnik Dukić upoznao je ministra Paladinu i s aktualnostima vezanim uz projekt Vrata Zadra na Ravnicama. U ovom trenutku, naveo je Dukić, privodi se kraju izrada Konzervatorske podloge kao zadnji preduvjet za izradu UPU Ravnice.

- Riječ je o ključnom prostoru koji prije svega rješava goruću problematiku grada i nudi konačno rasterećenje povijesne jezgre kada je riječ o prometu u mirovanju i prometu uopće. U ovoj fazi, Grad Zadar želi prioritetno realizirati izgradnju javne garaže s oko 1 200 parkirališnih mjesta. S obzirom na to da na čitavom prostoru vlasništvo dijele Grad i RH, izrada UPU-a zajednički je interes – kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić.

Ministar Paladina istaknuo je potporu Ministarstva prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine projektima koje Grad Zadar provodi, kao i onima koji su u pripremi te je rekao da je Ministarstvo uvijek otvoreno za suradnju s ciljem razvoja Grada Zadra i dobrobiti koje ovi projekti imaju za građane.

Vezano uz rješavanje imovinsko-pravnih odnosa, tijekom sastanka su navedeni konkretni primjeri, a odnose se prvenstveno na izgradnju prometne infrastrukture. U tom smislu danas je potpisan Ugovor o darovanju dijela državnog zemljišta Gradu Zadru za potrebe izgradnje prometnice u sklopu obnove križanja na Žmirićima.

Ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Ivan Paladina boravio je danas je tijekom jutra u službenom radnom posjetu Gradu Zadru.

Na održanim sastancima razgovaralo se o provedbi i pripremi gradskih projekata, uz naglasak na stambenu izgradnju.

Unatoč novim uvjetima na tržištu, ugovoreni radovi na izgradnji 100 novih POS stanova odvijaju se uredno. Ugovorena je kupnja ukupno 89 stanova te predstoji dogovor s APN-om o otkupu preostalih jedanaest.

Gradonačelnik je iskazao interes Grada za otkup preostalih stanova koji bi se koristili kao kadrovski za potrebe OB Zadar i Sveučilišta, odnosno za poticajni najam mladim obiteljima.

Tijekom obilaska gradilišta obišao se i prostor na kojemu je projektirana nova osnovna škola Crvene kuće. Dogovoreno je kako će Ministarstvo i Grad prioritetno za ovu namjenu riješiti međusobne imovinsko-pravne odnose kako bi gradnja škole mogla nesmetano započeti.

Također, gradonačelnik Dukić je izvijestio da je Grad Zadar pokrenuo projekt POS gradnje obiteljskih kuća na području Crnog prema modelu poticane stanogradnje (POS), a u pripremi je i gradnja nove stambene POS zgrade na području Smiljevca, u blizini budućeg dječjeg vrtića. 

Gradonačelnik Dukić upoznao je ministra Paladinu i s aktualnostima vezanim uz projekt Vrata Zadra na Ravnicama. U ovom trenutku, naveo je Dukić, privodi se kraju izrada Konzervatorske podloge kao zadnji preduvjet za izradu UPU Ravnice.
