Policijski službenici Druge policijske postaje Zadar dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 36-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela prijevare i iznude počinjenih na štetu 32-godišnjakinje.

Policija ga sumnjiči da je u veljači ove godine s ciljem da se nepripadno materijalno okoristi, a po prethodnom planu, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, preko društvene mreže stupio u kontakt s oštećenom te je doveo u zabludu kako će joj za novčani iznos od 150 tisuća kuna nabaviti  lincenciranu informatičku opremu za tehničku zaštitu u prostorijama njezinog obrta. Krajem veljače oštećena mu je predala dogovoreni novčani iznos, a osumnjičeni nije dostavio opremu niti joj je vratio novac.

Također ga se sumnjiči da je početkom ožujka ove godine na širem području Zadra, u više navrata anonimnim pozivanjem i slanjem poruka, uputio prijetnje prema oštećenoj kojom prilikom ju je nastojao prisiliti da mu isplati novčani iznos preko 200 tisuća kuna kako ne bi objavio sadržaje koje štete njenom ugledu i poslovanju.

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja obavljena je pretraga doma i drugih prostorija te osobnog vozila osumnjičenog, kojom su pronađeni predmeti koji se dovode u vezu s ovim kaznenim djelom.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja osumnjičeni je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, dok je kaznena prijava podnesena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Policijski službenici Druge policijske postaje Zadar dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 36-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela prijevare i iznude počinjenih na štetu 32-godišnjakinje.

Policija ga sumnjiči da je u veljači ove godine s ciljem da se nepripadno materijalno okoristi, a po prethodnom planu, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, preko društvene mreže stupio u kontakt s oštećenom te je doveo u zabludu kako će joj za novčani iznos od 150 tisuća kuna nabaviti  lincenciranu informatičku opremu za tehničku zaštitu u prostorijama njezinog obrta. Krajem veljače oštećena mu je predala dogovoreni novčani iznos, a osumnjičeni nije dostavio opremu niti joj je vratio novac.

Također ga se sumnjiči da je početkom ožujka ove godine na širem području Zadra, u više navrata anonimnim pozivanjem i slanjem poruka, uputio prijetnje prema oštećenoj kojom prilikom ju je nastojao prisiliti da mu isplati novčani iznos preko 200 tisuća kuna kako ne bi objavio sadržaje koje štete njenom ugledu i poslovanju.

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja obavljena je pretraga doma i drugih prostorija te osobnog vozila osumnjičenog, kojom su pronađeni predmeti koji se dovode u vezu s ovim kaznenim djelom.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja osumnjičeni je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, dok je kaznena prijava podnesena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Policijski službenici Druge policijske postaje Zadar dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 36-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela prijevare i iznude počinjenih na štetu 32-godišnjakinje.

Policija ga sumnjiči da je u veljači ove godine s ciljem da se nepripadno materijalno okoristi, a po prethodnom planu, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica, preko društvene mreže stupio u kontakt s oštećenom te je doveo u zabludu kako će joj za novčani iznos od 150 tisuća kuna nabaviti  lincenciranu informatičku opremu za tehničku zaštitu u prostorijama njezinog obrta. Krajem veljače oštećena mu je predala dogovoreni novčani iznos, a osumnjičeni nije dostavio opremu niti joj je vratio novac.

Također ga se sumnjiči da je početkom ožujka ove godine na širem području Zadra, u više navrata anonimnim pozivanjem i slanjem poruka, uputio prijetnje prema oštećenoj kojom prilikom ju je nastojao prisiliti da mu isplati novčani iznos preko 200 tisuća kuna kako ne bi objavio sadržaje koje štete njenom ugledu i poslovanju.

U sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja obavljena je pretraga doma i drugih prostorija te osobnog vozila osumnjičenog, kojom su pronađeni predmeti koji se dovode u vezu s ovim kaznenim djelom.

Po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja osumnjičeni je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, dok je kaznena prijava podnesena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Kriminalističko istraživanje se nastavlja.
