- Tražimo da pobačaj bude legalan i dosupan svim građankama Republike Hrvatske. Liječnici koji ga žele koristiti priziv savjesti, slobodni su to raditi u privatnim praksama. Dosta je! - poručile su aktivistice iz neformalnog feminističkog kolektiva Čipke u na pod nazivom "Dosta! Uništavanja javnog zdravstva i ugrožavanja zdravlja žena!" održanom u četvrtak poslijepodne na zadarskom Narodnom trgu. Prosvjed se istovremeno održavao u nekoliko hrvatskih gradova u znak solidarnosti s Mirelom Čavajdom, majkom kojoj su liječnici u Zagrebu odbili izvršiti pobačaj na zahtijev.

- Smatramo da je nedopustivo da se zbog osobnih uvjerenja doktora građankama uskraćuje zakonom zajamčena medicinska skrb. Smatramo da je bitno da se napokon donese novi zakon koji će regulirati pitanje dostupnosti pobačaja u javnim bolnicama jer, kao što je od prije poznato, Ustavni sud je još 2018. donio presudu kojom je zatraženo donošenje novog zakona koji ne smije biti restriktivniji od postojećeg te mora biti u skladu sa suvremenim medicinskim dostignućima. Ovaj "slučaj" je direktna posljedica ignoriranja te presude pa smo stoga odlučile izaći na ulicu kako bismo podržali Čavajdu te izvršili pritisak na zakonodavna tijela jer smatramo da je krajnje vrijeme da se to pitanje riješi – kazale su Čipke.

Posebno su naglasile kako samo u zadarskoj bolnici, na Odjelu ginekologije, zajedno sa specijalizantima od 16 liječnika, tek ih troje nema priziv savjesti.

- Takvo nešto nedopustivo i da prizivu savjesti nije mjesto u javnim bolnicama – istaknule su Čipke podržane aplauzim i zviždaljkama nekoliko stotina Zadranki i Zadrana.

- Tražimo da pobačaj bude legalan i dosupan svim građankama Republike Hrvatske. Liječnici koji ga žele koristiti priziv savjesti, slobodni su to raditi u privatnim praksama. Dosta je! - poručile su aktivistice iz neformalnog feminističkog kolektiva Čipke u na pod nazivom "Dosta! Uništavanja javnog zdravstva i ugrožavanja zdravlja žena!" održanom u četvrtak poslijepodne na zadarskom Narodnom trgu. Prosvjed se istovremeno održavao u nekoliko hrvatskih gradova u znak solidarnosti s Mirelom Čavajdom, majkom kojoj su liječnici u Zagrebu odbili izvršiti pobačaj na zahtijev.

- Smatramo da je nedopustivo da se zbog osobnih uvjerenja doktora građankama uskraćuje zakonom zajamčena medicinska skrb. Smatramo da je bitno da se napokon donese novi zakon koji će regulirati pitanje dostupnosti pobačaja u javnim bolnicama jer, kao što je od prije poznato, Ustavni sud je još 2018. donio presudu kojom je zatraženo donošenje novog zakona koji ne smije biti restriktivniji od postojećeg te mora biti u skladu sa suvremenim medicinskim dostignućima. Ovaj "slučaj" je direktna posljedica ignoriranja te presude pa smo stoga odlučile izaći na ulicu kako bismo podržali Čavajdu te izvršili pritisak na zakonodavna tijela jer smatramo da je krajnje vrijeme da se to pitanje riješi – kazale su Čipke.

Posebno su naglasile kako samo u zadarskoj bolnici, na Odjelu ginekologije, zajedno sa specijalizantima od 16 liječnika, tek ih troje nema priziv savjesti.

- Takvo nešto nedopustivo i da prizivu savjesti nije mjesto u javnim bolnicama – istaknule su Čipke podržane aplauzim i zviždaljkama nekoliko stotina Zadranki i Zadrana.

- Tražimo da pobačaj bude legalan i dosupan svim građankama Republike Hrvatske. Liječnici koji ga žele koristiti priziv savjesti, slobodni su to raditi u privatnim praksama. Dosta je! - poručile su aktivistice iz neformalnog feminističkog kolektiva Čipke u na pod nazivom "Dosta! Uništavanja javnog zdravstva i ugrožavanja zdravlja žena!" održanom u četvrtak poslijepodne na zadarskom Narodnom trgu. Prosvjed se istovremeno održavao u nekoliko hrvatskih gradova u znak solidarnosti s Mirelom Čavajdom, majkom kojoj su liječnici u Zagrebu odbili izvršiti pobačaj na zahtijev.

- Smatramo da je nedopustivo da se zbog osobnih uvjerenja doktora građankama uskraćuje zakonom zajamčena medicinska skrb. Smatramo da je bitno da se napokon donese novi zakon koji će regulirati pitanje dostupnosti pobačaja u javnim bolnicama jer, kao što je od prije poznato, Ustavni sud je još 2018. donio presudu kojom je zatraženo donošenje novog zakona koji ne smije biti restriktivniji od postojećeg te mora biti u skladu sa suvremenim medicinskim dostignućima. Ovaj "slučaj" je direktna posljedica ignoriranja te presude pa smo stoga odlučile izaći na ulicu kako bismo podržali Čavajdu te izvršili pritisak na zakonodavna tijela jer smatramo da je krajnje vrijeme da se to pitanje riješi – kazale su Čipke.

Posebno su naglasile kako samo u zadarskoj bolnici, na Odjelu ginekologije, zajedno sa specijalizantima od 16 liječnika, tek ih troje nema priziv savjesti.

- Takvo nešto nedopustivo i da prizivu savjesti nije mjesto u javnim bolnicama – istaknule su Čipke podržane aplauzim i zviždaljkama nekoliko stotina Zadranki i Zadrana.
