”Slobodna Dalmacija” u posjedu je dokumentacije koja otkriva koji su koeficijenti koje Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture namjerava podignuti za Lučku kapetaniju. Koeficijenti su tek neznatno bili mijenjani od 2001. do danas.

Ponuda ide prema sindikatima koji će poslati komentare nakon čega bi kroz dva do tri tjedna isti mogli biti objavljeni od strane Vlade. Prva bi plaća bila isplaćena u travnju.

Prema dokumentaciji koju imamo, koeficijenti bi za članove posade brodova i brodica za traganje i spašavanje lučkih kapetanija sa srednjom stručnom spremom rasli za oko 24%. To bi bilo povećanje od 250 do 400 eura neto.

Koeficijent zapovjednika broda bi rasli za 45,27%, upravitelja stroja III vrste za 68,66%, mornara na brodu 59,42% i za voditelja brodice 68,66%.

U porast su uračunati dosadašnji propisi poput prava na pomorski dodatak za svaki dan ukrcaja na brodu i ”beneficirani” staž za period ukrcavanja. Pomorski dodatak bi za prosječno 15 dana ukrcaja iznosio oko 450 eura mjesečno.

U prethodnoj godini plaće posade su se kretale od 980 eura za voditelja brodice, 1.450 eura za mornara, 1.700 eura za pomorskog strojara do 1.800 eura za zapovjednika broda.

Ovim se žele privući novi kadrovi u državnu službu s obzirom da je su raspisani natječaji za 63 radna mjesta u lučkim kapetanijama i Nacionalnom centru sigurnosti plovidbe.

- Prije donošenja privremenih mjera Vlade imao sam plaću 1.150 eura koja s novim privremenim dodacima iznosi 1.450 eura. Koeficijent na trenutnom radnom mjestu je 1,843 koji bi po novome iznosio 2,20 što je povećanje od 20-tak posto, komentirao je jedan lučki kapetan.

”Slobodna Dalmacija” u posjedu je dokumentacije koja otkriva koji su koeficijenti koje Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture namjerava podignuti za Lučku kapetaniju. Koeficijenti su tek neznatno bili mijenjani od 2001. do danas.

Ponuda ide prema sindikatima koji će poslati komentare nakon čega bi kroz dva do tri tjedna isti mogli biti objavljeni od strane Vlade. Prva bi plaća bila isplaćena u travnju.

Prema dokumentaciji koju imamo, koeficijenti bi za članove posade brodova i brodica za traganje i spašavanje lučkih kapetanija sa srednjom stručnom spremom rasli za oko 24%. To bi bilo povećanje od 250 do 400 eura neto.

Koeficijent zapovjednika broda bi rasli za 45,27%, upravitelja stroja III vrste za 68,66%, mornara na brodu 59,42% i za voditelja brodice 68,66%.

U porast su uračunati dosadašnji propisi poput prava na pomorski dodatak za svaki dan ukrcaja na brodu i ”beneficirani” staž za period ukrcavanja. Pomorski dodatak bi za prosječno 15 dana ukrcaja iznosio oko 450 eura mjesečno.

U prethodnoj godini plaće posade su se kretale od 980 eura za voditelja brodice, 1.450 eura za mornara, 1.700 eura za pomorskog strojara do 1.800 eura za zapovjednika broda.

Ovim se žele privući novi kadrovi u državnu službu s obzirom da je su raspisani natječaji za 63 radna mjesta u lučkim kapetanijama i Nacionalnom centru sigurnosti plovidbe.

- Prije donošenja privremenih mjera Vlade imao sam plaću 1.150 eura koja s novim privremenim dodacima iznosi 1.450 eura. Koeficijent na trenutnom radnom mjestu je 1,843 koji bi po novome iznosio 2,20 što je povećanje od 20-tak posto, komentirao je jedan lučki kapetan.
