Nakon božićnog šopingiranja trgovački centri nakratko su zatvorili vrata, da bi ih danas opet širom otvorili jer kreće ludilo sezonskih sniženja koja će trajati 60 dana u tri kruga. Kako u licitiranju vrlo često lažnih popusta ne bi ostali kratkih rukava, širom otvorite oči, pažljivo čitajte etikete i oprezno kupujte.
Svjedoci smo, naime, da se gotovo pa uhodala praksa po kojoj se redovna cijena artikla prikazuje kao akcijska ili neka druga forma snižene cijene. Ponekad sniženje ispadne i skuplje, kako svjedoči naša čitateljica Marijana Lukšić. Ona je jutros uletjela u trgovinu obuće privučena reklamom o silnom popustu, a onda utvrdila da su cipele koje je htjela kupiti na sniženju skuplje nego što su bile prije sniženja!
- Sve sam prijavila inspekciji - kaže naša čitateljica.
Nisu ovakve prevare trgovaca nepoznate udrugama za zaštitu potrošača, kao ni pravilo da se istakne popust od 70 posto, a onda u trgovini shvatite da se radi o deset ili 15 posto.
Riječ je o očitom kršenju odredbi o zaštiti potrošača jer ako nas trgovac privuče sa istaknutim 70-postonim sniženjem onda nas to mora dočekati i na policama. No, trgovci vješto iskorištavaju potrošačke slabosti koje bolje poznaju od nas samih i koriste naš osjećaj zadovoljstva da smo na rasprodaji dobro prošli. A nismo.
Malo više reda u sezonska sniženja trebao je donijeti novi Zakon o zaštiti potrošača koji regulira da će prilikom sniženja potrošač biti upoznat sa cijenom proizvoda koja je bila u posljednjih 30 dana. Zakon se nalazi u Saboru na drugom čitanju, no još nije usvojen.

- Očito to nisu stigli raspraviti i izglasati prije zimske stanke u zasjedanju, potvrđuje nam Ana Knežević, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za zaštitu potrošača.
Ona je uvjerena kako ni ta odredba neće smanjiti broj prevara i uvesti više reda u sniženja.
- Tko će to provjeravati je li doista na određenom artiklu navedena cijena koja je bila prije 30 dana? - pita se Ana Knežević, pa dodaje:
"Budu li se građani pouzdali u trgovce i inspektore mogli bi opet biti prevareni. Stoga savjetujem kupcima da sami zapisuju koliko je doista proizvod koji žele kupiti koštao prije mjesec dana. Ja tako radim, ako nađem neke cipele ili nešto drugo, zapišem cijenu pa odem pogledati nakon mjesec dana, kad je sniženje je li doista cijena manja"
Problem je, veli ona, što se prije u trgovinama nalazio istaknut broj dežurne inspekcije, a sad ga nema.

„Tada ste mogli odmah nazvati i prijaviti prekršaj i oni bi odmah reagirali. A sada toga nema, procedura duže traje. Treba napisati i poslati prijavu, pa čekati dok inspekcija dođe, napravi nadzor i donese rješenje. Dok se sve to završi, vuk pojede magare – smatra Ana Knežević.
Inspekcija po zakonu prvo treba opomenuti trgovca, a ukoliko trgovac ne regulira cijene onda ga i kazniti.
Nepoštena praksa nije svojstvena samo našim trgovcima, analiza osam velikih britanskih lanaca trgovina, među kojima je i Amazon, pokazala je da je njih 99.5 posto prikazalo jednake ili čak više cijene prije Crnog petka.
- Ljudi nasjednu na psihologiju Crnog petka i ne provjeravaju cijene, tako i sa sezonskim sniženjima - upozorava šefica udruge potrošača.

Nakon božićnog šopingiranja trgovački centri nakratko su zatvorili vrata, da bi ih danas opet širom otvorili jer kreće ludilo sezonskih sniženja koja će trajati 60 dana u tri kruga. Kako u licitiranju vrlo često lažnih popusta ne bi ostali kratkih rukava, širom otvorite oči, pažljivo čitajte etikete i oprezno kupujte.
Svjedoci smo, naime, da se gotovo pa uhodala praksa po kojoj se redovna cijena artikla prikazuje kao akcijska ili neka druga forma snižene cijene. Ponekad sniženje ispadne i skuplje, kako svjedoči naša čitateljica Marijana Lukšić. Ona je jutros uletjela u trgovinu obuće privučena reklamom o silnom popustu, a onda utvrdila da su cipele koje je htjela kupiti na sniženju skuplje nego što su bile prije sniženja!
- Sve sam prijavila inspekciji - kaže naša čitateljica.
Nisu ovakve prevare trgovaca nepoznate udrugama za zaštitu potrošača, kao ni pravilo da se istakne popust od 70 posto, a onda u trgovini shvatite da se radi o deset ili 15 posto.
Riječ je o očitom kršenju odredbi o zaštiti potrošača jer ako nas trgovac privuče sa istaknutim 70-postonim sniženjem onda nas to mora dočekati i na policama. No, trgovci vješto iskorištavaju potrošačke slabosti koje bolje poznaju od nas samih i koriste naš osjećaj zadovoljstva da smo na rasprodaji dobro prošli. A nismo.
Malo više reda u sezonska sniženja trebao je donijeti novi Zakon o zaštiti potrošača koji regulira da će prilikom sniženja potrošač biti upoznat sa cijenom proizvoda koja je bila u posljednjih 30 dana. Zakon se nalazi u Saboru na drugom čitanju, no još nije usvojen.

- Očito to nisu stigli raspraviti i izglasati prije zimske stanke u zasjedanju, potvrđuje nam Ana Knežević, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za zaštitu potrošača.
Ona je uvjerena kako ni ta odredba neće smanjiti broj prevara i uvesti više reda u sniženja.
- Tko će to provjeravati je li doista na određenom artiklu navedena cijena koja je bila prije 30 dana? - pita se Ana Knežević, pa dodaje:
"Budu li se građani pouzdali u trgovce i inspektore mogli bi opet biti prevareni. Stoga savjetujem kupcima da sami zapisuju koliko je doista proizvod koji žele kupiti koštao prije mjesec dana. Ja tako radim, ako nađem neke cipele ili nešto drugo, zapišem cijenu pa odem pogledati nakon mjesec dana, kad je sniženje je li doista cijena manja"
Problem je, veli ona, što se prije u trgovinama nalazio istaknut broj dežurne inspekcije, a sad ga nema.

„Tada ste mogli odmah nazvati i prijaviti prekršaj i oni bi odmah reagirali. A sada toga nema, procedura duže traje. Treba napisati i poslati prijavu, pa čekati dok inspekcija dođe, napravi nadzor i donese rješenje. Dok se sve to završi, vuk pojede magare – smatra Ana Knežević.
Inspekcija po zakonu prvo treba opomenuti trgovca, a ukoliko trgovac ne regulira cijene onda ga i kazniti.
Nepoštena praksa nije svojstvena samo našim trgovcima, analiza osam velikih britanskih lanaca trgovina, među kojima je i Amazon, pokazala je da je njih 99.5 posto prikazalo jednake ili čak više cijene prije Crnog petka.
- Ljudi nasjednu na psihologiju Crnog petka i ne provjeravaju cijene, tako i sa sezonskim sniženjima - upozorava šefica udruge potrošača.
