Da li ćemo već od ponoći, u novogodišnjoj noći, moći sa bankomata podizati eure i u kolikim apoenima? Funkcioniranje sustava u bankama u vrijeme prijelaza na euro pojasnio nam je Ivan Šimičević, član Uprave OTP banke zadužen za digitalne i operativne poslove.

- Bankomati će biti u zastoju oko pola sata, i to 31. prosinca, zadnjih 30 minuta do ponoći. Mijenjat će se sustav sa kune na euro, tako da će softver biti prilagođen na način da pet minuta nakon ponoći isplaćuje eure umjesto kuna – kazao je Ivan Šimičević, član Uprave OTP banke zadužen za digitalne i operativne poslove.

- Kartice bi trebale uredno funkcionirati, kao i POS aparati, uz minimalni prekid oko ponoći. Govorimo o minutama. Ono što je važno da klijent razumije, je da bez obzira na uređaj na kojem pokušava karticom platiti je najvažnije da li njegova banka podržava funkcionalnost njegove kartice. Jako je bitno da se svaki klijent kod svoje banke informira kako je zamišljen vikend raspored – istaknuo je Šimičević.

Upitan za apoene na bankomatima gdje će građani preuzimati eure, Šimičević je kazao da su planirani apoeni od 10 i 20 eura, ne veći od toga.

- Tako je dogovoreno s HNB-om, da se u prvoj fazi ide na te apoene. Veći apoeni će ići tek u nekoj fazi kasnije - kazao je Šimičević.

Upozorio je da se vodi računa o nedostupnosti bankomata u novogodišnjoj noći, tridesetak minuta prije ponoći.

- Svi vole planirati doček, pa bi bilo dobro da se ponese sa sobom na doček nešto gotovine, iz razloga što će neke banke imati različite periode prekida, ali nema razloga za posebnu zabrinutost jer se kune i dalje primaju. No ponesite nešto „keša“ – rekao je Šimičević.

Da li ćemo već od ponoći, u novogodišnjoj noći, moći sa bankomata podizati eure i u kolikim apoenima? Funkcioniranje sustava u bankama u vrijeme prijelaza na euro pojasnio nam je Ivan Šimičević, član Uprave OTP banke zadužen za digitalne i operativne poslove.

- Bankomati će biti u zastoju oko pola sata, i to 31. prosinca, zadnjih 30 minuta do ponoći. Mijenjat će se sustav sa kune na euro, tako da će softver biti prilagođen na način da pet minuta nakon ponoći isplaćuje eure umjesto kuna – kazao je Ivan Šimičević, član Uprave OTP banke zadužen za digitalne i operativne poslove.

- Kartice bi trebale uredno funkcionirati, kao i POS aparati, uz minimalni prekid oko ponoći. Govorimo o minutama. Ono što je važno da klijent razumije, je da bez obzira na uređaj na kojem pokušava karticom platiti je najvažnije da li njegova banka podržava funkcionalnost njegove kartice. Jako je bitno da se svaki klijent kod svoje banke informira kako je zamišljen vikend raspored – istaknuo je Šimičević.

Upitan za apoene na bankomatima gdje će građani preuzimati eure, Šimičević je kazao da su planirani apoeni od 10 i 20 eura, ne veći od toga.

- Tako je dogovoreno s HNB-om, da se u prvoj fazi ide na te apoene. Veći apoeni će ići tek u nekoj fazi kasnije - kazao je Šimičević.

Upozorio je da se vodi računa o nedostupnosti bankomata u novogodišnjoj noći, tridesetak minuta prije ponoći.

- Svi vole planirati doček, pa bi bilo dobro da se ponese sa sobom na doček nešto gotovine, iz razloga što će neke banke imati različite periode prekida, ali nema razloga za posebnu zabrinutost jer se kune i dalje primaju. No ponesite nešto „keša“ – rekao je Šimičević.

Da li ćemo već od ponoći, u novogodišnjoj noći, moći sa bankomata podizati eure i u kolikim apoenima? Funkcioniranje sustava u bankama u vrijeme prijelaza na euro pojasnio nam je Ivan Šimičević, član Uprave OTP banke zadužen za digitalne i operativne poslove.

- Bankomati će biti u zastoju oko pola sata, i to 31. prosinca, zadnjih 30 minuta do ponoći. Mijenjat će se sustav sa kune na euro, tako da će softver biti prilagođen na način da pet minuta nakon ponoći isplaćuje eure umjesto kuna – kazao je Ivan Šimičević, član Uprave OTP banke zadužen za digitalne i operativne poslove.

- Kartice bi trebale uredno funkcionirati, kao i POS aparati, uz minimalni prekid oko ponoći. Govorimo o minutama. Ono što je važno da klijent razumije, je da bez obzira na uređaj na kojem pokušava karticom platiti je najvažnije da li njegova banka podržava funkcionalnost njegove kartice. Jako je bitno da se svaki klijent kod svoje banke informira kako je zamišljen vikend raspored – istaknuo je Šimičević.

Upitan za apoene na bankomatima gdje će građani preuzimati eure, Šimičević je kazao da su planirani apoeni od 10 i 20 eura, ne veći od toga.

- Tako je dogovoreno s HNB-om, da se u prvoj fazi ide na te apoene. Veći apoeni će ići tek u nekoj fazi kasnije - kazao je Šimičević.

Upozorio je da se vodi računa o nedostupnosti bankomata u novogodišnjoj noći, tridesetak minuta prije ponoći.

- Svi vole planirati doček, pa bi bilo dobro da se ponese sa sobom na doček nešto gotovine, iz razloga što će neke banke imati različite periode prekida, ali nema razloga za posebnu zabrinutost jer se kune i dalje primaju. No ponesite nešto „keša“ – rekao je Šimičević.
