PU zadarska je izvjestila kako su u nedjelju, 9. svibnja lovili pijanog 19-godišnjeg vozača po gradskim ulicama.

Oko 4.50 sati na raskrižju Ulice bana Josipa Jelačića i Ulice dr. Franje Tuđmana policijski službenici Postaje prometne policije Zadar uočili su osobno vozilo Volvo zadarski registarskih oznaka kojeg su koristeći zvučne i svjetlosne signale pokušali zaustaviti, na što se vozač oglušio te nastavio vožnju u smjeru Ulice dr. Ante Starčevića gdje prolazi kroz raskrižje za vrijeme trajanja crvenog svjetla na semaforu.

Nakon toga je nastavio vožnju te dolaskom u raskrižje Ulice Vlatka Mačeka i Šestanski prolaz, ponovno prolazi za vrijeme trajanja crvenog svjetla na semaforu, kojom prilikom zbog neprilagođene brzine gubi kontrolu nad upravljačem i s vozilom prelazi na prometnu traku namijenjenu za kretanje vozila iz suprotnog smjera te udara u nogostup, nakon čega bočnom stranom vozila u metalni stup na kojem su postavljena prometna svjetla (semafor), a potom vozilom izlijeće s kolnika i prednjim dijelom vozila udara u nosač reklamnog panoa, gdje se zaustavlja.

U prometnoj nesreći nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba. Utvrđeno kako je vozilom upravljao 19-godišnjak pod utjecajem alkohola od 0,85 promila koji je uhićen i priveden u prostorije policije.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja priveden je na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja (prolazak kroz crveno svjetlo na semaforu, ne postupanje po naredbama policijskih službenika, vožnja pod utjecajem alkohola) iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, gdje mu je određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru.

PU zadarska je izvjestila kako su u nedjelju, 9. svibnja lovili pijanog 19-godišnjeg vozača po gradskim ulicama.

Oko 4.50 sati na raskrižju Ulice bana Josipa Jelačića i Ulice dr. Franje Tuđmana policijski službenici Postaje prometne policije Zadar uočili su osobno vozilo Volvo zadarski registarskih oznaka kojeg su koristeći zvučne i svjetlosne signale pokušali zaustaviti, na što se vozač oglušio te nastavio vožnju u smjeru Ulice dr. Ante Starčevića gdje prolazi kroz raskrižje za vrijeme trajanja crvenog svjetla na semaforu.

Nakon toga je nastavio vožnju te dolaskom u raskrižje Ulice Vlatka Mačeka i Šestanski prolaz, ponovno prolazi za vrijeme trajanja crvenog svjetla na semaforu, kojom prilikom zbog neprilagođene brzine gubi kontrolu nad upravljačem i s vozilom prelazi na prometnu traku namijenjenu za kretanje vozila iz suprotnog smjera te udara u nogostup, nakon čega bočnom stranom vozila u metalni stup na kojem su postavljena prometna svjetla (semafor), a potom vozilom izlijeće s kolnika i prednjim dijelom vozila udara u nosač reklamnog panoa, gdje se zaustavlja.

U prometnoj nesreći nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba. Utvrđeno kako je vozilom upravljao 19-godišnjak pod utjecajem alkohola od 0,85 promila koji je uhićen i priveden u prostorije policije.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja priveden je na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja (prolazak kroz crveno svjetlo na semaforu, ne postupanje po naredbama policijskih službenika, vožnja pod utjecajem alkohola) iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, gdje mu je određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru.

Pijani Zadranin (19) bježao od policije, dvaput prolazio kroz crveno svjetlo, pokupio semafor i na kraju se zabio u reklamni pano! Sada je zatvoru...

PU zadarska je izvjestila kako su u nedjelju, 9. svibnja lovili pijanog 19-godišnjeg vozača po gradskim ulicama.

Oko 4.50 sati na raskrižju Ulice bana Josipa Jelačića i Ulice dr. Franje Tuđmana policijski službenici Postaje prometne policije Zadar uočili su osobno vozilo Volvo zadarski registarskih oznaka kojeg su koristeći zvučne i svjetlosne signale pokušali zaustaviti, na što se vozač oglušio te nastavio vožnju u smjeru Ulice dr. Ante Starčevića gdje prolazi kroz raskrižje za vrijeme trajanja crvenog svjetla na semaforu.

Nakon toga je nastavio vožnju te dolaskom u raskrižje Ulice Vlatka Mačeka i Šestanski prolaz, ponovno prolazi za vrijeme trajanja crvenog svjetla na semaforu, kojom prilikom zbog neprilagođene brzine gubi kontrolu nad upravljačem i s vozilom prelazi na prometnu traku namijenjenu za kretanje vozila iz suprotnog smjera te udara u nogostup, nakon čega bočnom stranom vozila u metalni stup na kojem su postavljena prometna svjetla (semafor), a potom vozilom izlijeće s kolnika i prednjim dijelom vozila udara u nosač reklamnog panoa, gdje se zaustavlja.

U prometnoj nesreći nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba. Utvrđeno kako je vozilom upravljao 19-godišnjak pod utjecajem alkohola od 0,85 promila koji je uhićen i priveden u prostorije policije.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja priveden je na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja (prolazak kroz crveno svjetlo na semaforu, ne postupanje po naredbama policijskih službenika, vožnja pod utjecajem alkohola) iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, gdje mu je određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru.
