Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 53-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo krivotvorenja isprave. On je jučer, 24. studenog 2021. godine zatečen u prometu kako prevozi 29 kubnih metara drva hrasta, za koja drva je policijskim službenicima predočio popratnicu, priopćili su iz Policijske uprave zadarske.

 Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je da je popratnica krivotvorena dok drva koja je prevozio nisu bila označena sukladno odredbama Zakona o šumama, a također je zatečen u prekoračenju najvećeg dopuštenog osovinskog opterećenja vozila. 

Protiv njega će nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu biti dostavljena kaznena prijava te će obavijest zbog počinjenog prekršaja biti dostavljena nadležnom državnom inspektoratu, a zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama prekršajno je sankcioniran.

Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 53-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo krivotvorenja isprave. On je jučer, 24. studenog 2021. godine zatečen u prometu kako prevozi 29 kubnih metara drva hrasta, za koja drva je policijskim službenicima predočio popratnicu, priopćili su iz Policijske uprave zadarske.

 Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je da je popratnica krivotvorena dok drva koja je prevozio nisu bila označena sukladno odredbama Zakona o šumama, a također je zatečen u prekoračenju najvećeg dopuštenog osovinskog opterećenja vozila. 

Protiv njega će nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu biti dostavljena kaznena prijava te će obavijest zbog počinjenog prekršaja biti dostavljena nadležnom državnom inspektoratu, a zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama prekršajno je sankcioniran.

Prevozio 29 kubika hrastovine s krivotvorenim dokumentima, a prekršio je i još dva zakona

Policijski službenici Postaje granične policije Gračac dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 53-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo krivotvorenja isprave. On je jučer, 24. studenog 2021. godine zatečen u prometu kako prevozi 29 kubnih metara drva hrasta, za koja drva je policijskim službenicima predočio popratnicu, priopćili su iz Policijske uprave zadarske.

 Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je da je popratnica krivotvorena dok drva koja je prevozio nisu bila označena sukladno odredbama Zakona o šumama, a također je zatečen u prekoračenju najvećeg dopuštenog osovinskog opterećenja vozila. 

Protiv njega će nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu biti dostavljena kaznena prijava te će obavijest zbog počinjenog prekršaja biti dostavljena nadležnom državnom inspektoratu, a zbog prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama prekršajno je sankcioniran.
