Provedeno je kriminalističko istraživanje nad 53-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela prijevare, jer ga se sumnjiči da je 2009. godine s odgovornom osobom trgovačkog društva sa zagrebačkog područja sklopio predugovor o kupoprodaji zemljišta na jednom zadarskom otoku, kojom prilikom je uz obvezu sređivanja zemljišno knjižnog stanja primio predujam od 53.000,00 kuna.

Nakon što je primio predujam, osumnjičeni nije riješio obvezu upisa vlasništva na svoje ime već je cijelo vrijeme oštećenu stranu držao u zabludi, iako je znao da je zemljište temeljem ugovora o darovanju prešlo u vlasništvo druge osobe, a koje zemljište je stvarni vlasnik na kraju i prodao.

Poradi osnovane sumnje da je s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica doveo i održavao u zabludi odgovornu osobu trgovačkog društva protiv osumnjičenog 53-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog prijevare.

Provedeno je kriminalističko istraživanje nad 53-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela prijevare, jer ga se sumnjiči da je 2009. godine s odgovornom osobom trgovačkog društva sa zagrebačkog područja sklopio predugovor o kupoprodaji zemljišta na jednom zadarskom otoku, kojom prilikom je uz obvezu sređivanja zemljišno knjižnog stanja primio predujam od 53.000,00 kuna.

Nakon što je primio predujam, osumnjičeni nije riješio obvezu upisa vlasništva na svoje ime već je cijelo vrijeme oštećenu stranu držao u zabludi, iako je znao da je zemljište temeljem ugovora o darovanju prešlo u vlasništvo druge osobe, a koje zemljište je stvarni vlasnik na kraju i prodao.

Poradi osnovane sumnje da je s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica doveo i održavao u zabludi odgovornu osobu trgovačkog društva protiv osumnjičenog 53-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog prijevare.

Prodavao je zemljište na otoku, uzeo predujam od 53.000 kuna, ali kupcu nije "otkrio" da zemljište nije njegovo

Provedeno je kriminalističko istraživanje nad 53-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela prijevare, jer ga se sumnjiči da je 2009. godine s odgovornom osobom trgovačkog društva sa zagrebačkog područja sklopio predugovor o kupoprodaji zemljišta na jednom zadarskom otoku, kojom prilikom je uz obvezu sređivanja zemljišno knjižnog stanja primio predujam od 53.000,00 kuna.

Nakon što je primio predujam, osumnjičeni nije riješio obvezu upisa vlasništva na svoje ime već je cijelo vrijeme oštećenu stranu držao u zabludi, iako je znao da je zemljište temeljem ugovora o darovanju prešlo u vlasništvo druge osobe, a koje zemljište je stvarni vlasnik na kraju i prodao.

Poradi osnovane sumnje da je s ciljem pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi, lažnim prikazivanjem činjenica doveo i održavao u zabludi odgovornu osobu trgovačkog društva protiv osumnjičenog 53-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog prijevare.
