Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 14. srpnja donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 22-godišnjeg državljanina Republike Hrvatske zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio teško kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je 22-godišnjak 9. srpnja počinio teško kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode na štetu 20-godišnje norveške državljanke u jednom gradu na području Zadarske županije. Kazneno djelo je počinjeno, kako se navodi, prema članku 154. stavku 2. što znači prema žrtvi posebno ranjivoj zbog dobi, bolesti, ovisnosti, trudnoći, invaliditetu, ili teškoj tjelesnoj ili duševnoj smetnji,

Državno odvjetništvo je, nakon što je provelo dokaznu radnju prvog ispitivanja osumnjičenika, predložilo sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv zbog postojanja okolnosti koje ukazuju na opasnost od ponavljanja istovrsnog kaznenog djela.

Sudac istrage djelomično je prihvatio prijedlog i odredio mu istražni zatvor u domu u trajanju od mjesec dana. Državno odvjetništvo će podnijeti žalbu protiv takvog rješenja suca istrage sa prijedlogom da se preinači odluka o istražnom zatvoru u domu.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 14. srpnja donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 22-godišnjeg državljanina Republike Hrvatske zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio teško kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je 22-godišnjak 9. srpnja počinio teško kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode na štetu 20-godišnje norveške državljanke u jednom gradu na području Zadarske županije. Kazneno djelo je počinjeno, kako se navodi, prema članku 154. stavku 2. što znači prema žrtvi posebno ranjivoj zbog dobi, bolesti, ovisnosti, trudnoći, invaliditetu, ili teškoj tjelesnoj ili duševnoj smetnji,

Državno odvjetništvo je, nakon što je provelo dokaznu radnju prvog ispitivanja osumnjičenika, predložilo sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv zbog postojanja okolnosti koje ukazuju na opasnost od ponavljanja istovrsnog kaznenog djela.

Sudac istrage djelomično je prihvatio prijedlog i odredio mu istražni zatvor u domu u trajanju od mjesec dana. Državno odvjetništvo će podnijeti žalbu protiv takvog rješenja suca istrage sa prijedlogom da se preinači odluka o istražnom zatvoru u domu.

U gradu na području Zadarske županije 22-godišnjak silovao norvešku državljanku!

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 14. srpnja donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 22-godišnjeg državljanina Republike Hrvatske zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio teško kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je 22-godišnjak 9. srpnja počinio teško kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode na štetu 20-godišnje norveške državljanke u jednom gradu na području Zadarske županije. Kazneno djelo je počinjeno, kako se navodi, prema članku 154. stavku 2. što znači prema žrtvi posebno ranjivoj zbog dobi, bolesti, ovisnosti, trudnoći, invaliditetu, ili teškoj tjelesnoj ili duševnoj smetnji,

Državno odvjetništvo je, nakon što je provelo dokaznu radnju prvog ispitivanja osumnjičenika, predložilo sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv zbog postojanja okolnosti koje ukazuju na opasnost od ponavljanja istovrsnog kaznenog djela.

Sudac istrage djelomično je prihvatio prijedlog i odredio mu istražni zatvor u domu u trajanju od mjesec dana. Državno odvjetništvo će podnijeti žalbu protiv takvog rješenja suca istrage sa prijedlogom da se preinači odluka o istražnom zatvoru u domu.
