Za mlade obitelji iz Zadra na području Mjesnog odbora Crno, Gradska uprava Zadra priprema "paket" poticanja stambenog zbrinjavanja. Riječ je o poticanju gradnje obiteljskih kuća na području MO Crno, na način dugogodišnjeg povoljnog najma zemljišta. 

U sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci već se raspisuje se javni natječaj za osnivanje prava građenja na građevnim česticama u vlasništvu Grada Zadra na području tog mjesnog odbora. Cilj programa je demografska obnova te poticanje mladih obitelji na planiranje svoje budućnosti u Zadru. Pogodnosti programa osnivanja prava građenja sastoje se u mogućnosti gradnje obiteljske kuće na zemljištu u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, uz mjesečnu otplatu cijene zemljišta (cijene prava građenja) na dulje vremensko razdoblje, uz mogućnost otkupa zemljišta.

Dio zemljišta unutar građevinske zone već će biti natječajem ponuđen mladim obiteljima, a u planu je proširivanje te zone izmjenama prostornih planova.

- I ovo je dio naših politika usmjerenih prema mladim obiteljima. Dok čekamo useljenje u nove POS stanove na Crvenim kućama, planiramo i novu sličnu zgradu na Smiljevcu. Istovremeno krećemo i s ovim projektom poticanja gradnje obiteljskih kuća, a u pripremi je i poticajni najam gradskih stanova za mlade obitelji. O tome ćemo više govoriti u idućem razdoblju - najavio je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.

Za mlade obitelji iz Zadra na području Mjesnog odbora Crno, Gradska uprava Zadra priprema "paket" poticanja stambenog zbrinjavanja. Riječ je o poticanju gradnje obiteljskih kuća na području MO Crno, na način dugogodišnjeg povoljnog najma zemljišta. 

U sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci već se raspisuje se javni natječaj za osnivanje prava građenja na građevnim česticama u vlasništvu Grada Zadra na području tog mjesnog odbora. Cilj programa je demografska obnova te poticanje mladih obitelji na planiranje svoje budućnosti u Zadru. Pogodnosti programa osnivanja prava građenja sastoje se u mogućnosti gradnje obiteljske kuće na zemljištu u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, uz mjesečnu otplatu cijene zemljišta (cijene prava građenja) na dulje vremensko razdoblje, uz mogućnost otkupa zemljišta.

Dio zemljišta unutar građevinske zone već će biti natječajem ponuđen mladim obiteljima, a u planu je proširivanje te zone izmjenama prostornih planova.

- I ovo je dio naših politika usmjerenih prema mladim obiteljima. Dok čekamo useljenje u nove POS stanove na Crvenim kućama, planiramo i novu sličnu zgradu na Smiljevcu. Istovremeno krećemo i s ovim projektom poticanja gradnje obiteljskih kuća, a u pripremi je i poticajni najam gradskih stanova za mlade obitelji. O tome ćemo više govoriti u idućem razdoblju - najavio je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.

Uskoro natječaj za dodjelu zemljišta za izgradnju kuća mladim obiteljima iz Zadra na području Mjesnog odbora Crno

Za mlade obitelji iz Zadra na području Mjesnog odbora Crno, Gradska uprava Zadra priprema "paket" poticanja stambenog zbrinjavanja. Riječ je o poticanju gradnje obiteljskih kuća na području MO Crno, na način dugogodišnjeg povoljnog najma zemljišta. 

U sljedećih nekoliko mjeseci već se raspisuje se javni natječaj za osnivanje prava građenja na građevnim česticama u vlasništvu Grada Zadra na području tog mjesnog odbora. Cilj programa je demografska obnova te poticanje mladih obitelji na planiranje svoje budućnosti u Zadru. Pogodnosti programa osnivanja prava građenja sastoje se u mogućnosti gradnje obiteljske kuće na zemljištu u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, uz mjesečnu otplatu cijene zemljišta (cijene prava građenja) na dulje vremensko razdoblje, uz mogućnost otkupa zemljišta.

Dio zemljišta unutar građevinske zone već će biti natječajem ponuđen mladim obiteljima, a u planu je proširivanje te zone izmjenama prostornih planova.

- I ovo je dio naših politika usmjerenih prema mladim obiteljima. Dok čekamo useljenje u nove POS stanove na Crvenim kućama, planiramo i novu sličnu zgradu na Smiljevcu. Istovremeno krećemo i s ovim projektom poticanja gradnje obiteljskih kuća, a u pripremi je i poticajni najam gradskih stanova za mlade obitelji. O tome ćemo više govoriti u idućem razdoblju - najavio je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.
