Uskok je optužio zapisničarku zadarskog Županijskog suda tereteći je da je sudskoj kolegici odala podatke o tajnom prisluškivanju njezina partnera s kojim je bila u vezi zbog čega su propale mjere praćenja.

Dvije administrativne referentice stare 27 i 28 godina optužene su pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, izvijestio je u četvrtak Uskok.

Sadržaj sudskog naloga za primjenu posebnih dokaznih radnji protiv jednog osumnjičenika, prookrivljena je prema sumnjama Uskoka prenijela suoptuženoj 15. listopada 2020., iako je bila dužna čuvati podatke o sadržaju tih radnji kao službenu tajnu.

Prvoosumnjičenoj stavljaju na teret da je odala podatke s namjerom da se tijekom provođenja naloženih radnji ne otkrije da su drugookrivljena i osumnjičenik partneri te da se protiv njega ne prikupe dokazi.

Potom je drugookrivljena partneru otkrila podatke iz naloga suca istrage nakon čega je osumnjičenik izbjegavao komunikaciju na nadziranom telefonu te su posebne dokazne radnje protiv njega obustavljene jer nisu prikupljeni dokazi, utvrdio je Uskok.

Uskok je optužio zapisničarku zadarskog Županijskog suda tereteći je da je sudskoj kolegici odala podatke o tajnom prisluškivanju njezina partnera s kojim je bila u vezi zbog čega su propale mjere praćenja.

Dvije administrativne referentice stare 27 i 28 godina optužene su pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, izvijestio je u četvrtak Uskok.

Sadržaj sudskog naloga za primjenu posebnih dokaznih radnji protiv jednog osumnjičenika, prookrivljena je prema sumnjama Uskoka prenijela suoptuženoj 15. listopada 2020., iako je bila dužna čuvati podatke o sadržaju tih radnji kao službenu tajnu.

Prvoosumnjičenoj stavljaju na teret da je odala podatke s namjerom da se tijekom provođenja naloženih radnji ne otkrije da su drugookrivljena i osumnjičenik partneri te da se protiv njega ne prikupe dokazi.

Potom je drugookrivljena partneru otkrila podatke iz naloga suca istrage nakon čega je osumnjičenik izbjegavao komunikaciju na nadziranom telefonu te su posebne dokazne radnje protiv njega obustavljene jer nisu prikupljeni dokazi, utvrdio je Uskok.

Zapisničarka zadarskog suda kolegici odala da joj prate partnera, zbog njene dojave policija ostala bez dokaza

Uskok je optužio zapisničarku zadarskog Županijskog suda tereteći je da je sudskoj kolegici odala podatke o tajnom prisluškivanju njezina partnera s kojim je bila u vezi zbog čega su propale mjere praćenja.

Dvije administrativne referentice stare 27 i 28 godina optužene su pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu zbog kaznenog djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, izvijestio je u četvrtak Uskok.

Sadržaj sudskog naloga za primjenu posebnih dokaznih radnji protiv jednog osumnjičenika, prookrivljena je prema sumnjama Uskoka prenijela suoptuženoj 15. listopada 2020., iako je bila dužna čuvati podatke o sadržaju tih radnji kao službenu tajnu.

Prvoosumnjičenoj stavljaju na teret da je odala podatke s namjerom da se tijekom provođenja naloženih radnji ne otkrije da su drugookrivljena i osumnjičenik partneri te da se protiv njega ne prikupe dokazi.

Potom je drugookrivljena partneru otkrila podatke iz naloga suca istrage nakon čega je osumnjičenik izbjegavao komunikaciju na nadziranom telefonu te su posebne dokazne radnje protiv njega obustavljene jer nisu prikupljeni dokazi, utvrdio je Uskok.
