Policijski službenici su u kontroli prometa noćas, 20. lipnja u 01 sati u Zadru u Ulici Hrvatskog sabora zaustavili 33-godišnjeg vozača automobila zadarskih registracijskih oznaka, objavila je PU zadarska.

Postupanjem policije utvrđeno je kako je muškarac upravljao automobilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje, odnosno prije položenog vozačkog ispita. Zbog sumnje kako upravlja vozilom pod utjecajem droge, policijski službenici su mu ponudili testiranje na prisutnost droge u organizmu, što je odbio. 

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, 33-godišnjak je isključen iz prometa te prekršajno sankcioniran.

Policijski službenici su u kontroli prometa noćas, 20. lipnja u 01 sati u Zadru u Ulici Hrvatskog sabora zaustavili 33-godišnjeg vozača automobila zadarskih registracijskih oznaka, objavila je PU zadarska.

Postupanjem policije utvrđeno je kako je muškarac upravljao automobilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje, odnosno prije položenog vozačkog ispita. Zbog sumnje kako upravlja vozilom pod utjecajem droge, policijski službenici su mu ponudili testiranje na prisutnost droge u organizmu, što je odbio. 

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, 33-godišnjak je isključen iz prometa te prekršajno sankcioniran.

Na zaobilaznici vozio bez vozačke dozvole: odbio je i test na droge pa je isključen iz prometa...

Policijski službenici su u kontroli prometa noćas, 20. lipnja u 01 sati u Zadru u Ulici Hrvatskog sabora zaustavili 33-godišnjeg vozača automobila zadarskih registracijskih oznaka, objavila je PU zadarska.

Postupanjem policije utvrđeno je kako je muškarac upravljao automobilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje, odnosno prije položenog vozačkog ispita. Zbog sumnje kako upravlja vozilom pod utjecajem droge, policijski službenici su mu ponudili testiranje na prisutnost droge u organizmu, što je odbio. 

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, 33-godišnjak je isključen iz prometa te prekršajno sankcioniran.
