Jučer je na Kazneno-prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Zadru zbog izazivanja te bijega s mjesta prometne nesreće, uz optužni prijedlog prepraćen 45-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, kojem je određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru u trajanju od 14 dana, nakon čega je predan u Zatvor u Zadru.
Naime, sumnja se kako je u nedjelju, 17. prosinca oko 18 sati upravljao automobilom zadarskih registarskih oznaka na DC-8, iz smjera Zadru u pravcu Murvice te je prešao dijelom na suprotnu prometnu traku i oštetio retrovizor automobila zadarskih registarskih oznaka koji se kretao suprotnim smjerom. Nakon udara, nastavlja se kretati suprotnim kolničkim trakom uslijed čega je vozač koji je nailazio iz pravca Murvice, vozilom sletio van kolnika na zemljanu površinu, u namjeri izbjegavanja sudara.
Nakon izazivanja prometne nesreće 45-godišnjak je vozilom napustio mjesto događaja.
Pronađen je ubrzo iste večeri na adresi prebivališta, a daljnjim postupanjem policijskih službenika Postaje prometne policije Zadar, izvršeno je alkotestiranje nad vozačem kojem je utvrđena koncentracija alkohola od 1,70 g/kg te je proveden očevid, nakon čega je vozač uhićen i priveden u prostorije policije.
Jučer, 18. prosinca u 17.15 sati u Zadru u Ulici Put Nina 52-godišnji vozač automobila zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka izazvao je prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom. Naime, zbog neprilagođene brzine, stanju i gustoći prometa nailaskom na zaustavljenu kolonu vozila na raskrižju prednjim dijelom automobila udario je u automobil zadarskih registarskih oznaka koji je u koloni u istoj prometnoj traci stajao ispred njega, a s kojim je upravljala 46-godišnjakinja.
Provedenom kontrolom, policijski službenici su utvrdili kako je 52-godišnjak upravljao automobilom pod utjecajem alkohola od 2,58 g/kg zbog čega je uhićen i smješten u prostorije policije do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva.
Vozač je danas prepraćen na Općinski sud u Zadru, uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.

Jučer je na Kazneno-prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Zadru zbog izazivanja te bijega s mjesta prometne nesreće, uz optužni prijedlog prepraćen 45-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, kojem je određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru u trajanju od 14 dana, nakon čega je predan u Zatvor u Zadru.
Naime, sumnja se kako je u nedjelju, 17. prosinca oko 18 sati upravljao automobilom zadarskih registarskih oznaka na DC-8, iz smjera Zadru u pravcu Murvice te je prešao dijelom na suprotnu prometnu traku i oštetio retrovizor automobila zadarskih registarskih oznaka koji se kretao suprotnim smjerom. Nakon udara, nastavlja se kretati suprotnim kolničkim trakom uslijed čega je vozač koji je nailazio iz pravca Murvice, vozilom sletio van kolnika na zemljanu površinu, u namjeri izbjegavanja sudara.
Nakon izazivanja prometne nesreće 45-godišnjak je vozilom napustio mjesto događaja.
Pronađen je ubrzo iste večeri na adresi prebivališta, a daljnjim postupanjem policijskih službenika Postaje prometne policije Zadar, izvršeno je alkotestiranje nad vozačem kojem je utvrđena koncentracija alkohola od 1,70 g/kg te je proveden očevid, nakon čega je vozač uhićen i priveden u prostorije policije.
Jučer, 18. prosinca u 17.15 sati u Zadru u Ulici Put Nina 52-godišnji vozač automobila zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka izazvao je prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom. Naime, zbog neprilagođene brzine, stanju i gustoći prometa nailaskom na zaustavljenu kolonu vozila na raskrižju prednjim dijelom automobila udario je u automobil zadarskih registarskih oznaka koji je u koloni u istoj prometnoj traci stajao ispred njega, a s kojim je upravljala 46-godišnjakinja.
Provedenom kontrolom, policijski službenici su utvrdili kako je 52-godišnjak upravljao automobilom pod utjecajem alkohola od 2,58 g/kg zbog čega je uhićen i smješten u prostorije policije do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva.
Vozač je danas prepraćen na Općinski sud u Zadru, uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama.
