Stručnjak za nekretnine Sanjin Rastovac govorio je za N1 o kupovini poljoprivrednih zemljišta u Hrvatskoj.
Dosad su stranci mogli kupovati zemljišta samo ako su, kako kaže, otvorili tvrtku u Hrvatskoj, a od 1. srpnja iduće godine moći će kupovati bez ograničenja.
Dodaje kako će to biti puno jednostavnije i sve će se olakšati nakon ulaska u Schengen.
“Postoji interes stranaca, najviše većih korporacija. Dok našim ljudima nije isplativo imati malu količinu zemlje i obrađivati ju bez subvencija”, navodi stručnjak za nekretnine Rastovac.
Kaže kako će biti veliki interes za solarnu energiju, pogotovo u Zagori, te Slavoniju zbog agrikulture i poljoprivrede.
Ističe da je Hrvatska i dalje najjeftinija u EU-u po cijeni zemljišta, oko 3400 eura po hektaru obradivog zemljšta. Dok je, primjerice, u Sloveniji prosjek 20.000, a najskuplja je Nizozemska sa 70.000 eura. “Možemo očekivati da će doći puno stranaca”, zaključuje.
Na pitanje hoće li doći do rasprodaje djedovine kaže da se to već više manje dogodilo, pogotovo u Slavoniji, i smatra da bi se to moglo pojačati.
“Dolazi nam euro i ulazimo u Schengen pa će ljudi jednostavnije dolaziti. Istra je područje od najvećeg interesa jer je zemlja najjeftinijja, a i Primorsko-goranska županija”, navodi stručnjak za nekretnine Rastovac.
Postoji velik interes, dodaje, i za kontinent i vjerojatno će rasti. Komentirao je i tržište nekretnina i utjecaj kamata.
“Kad rastu kamate treba puno više novaca pa je za očekivati da će biti manje kupaca. Nekretnine su naše najdraže sredstvo ulaganja, ali s novim rastom kamata krećemo u novi ciklus”, rekao je stručnjak za N 1 nekretnine Sanjin Rastovac.

Stručnjak za nekretnine Sanjin Rastovac govorio je za N1 o kupovini poljoprivrednih zemljišta u Hrvatskoj.
Dosad su stranci mogli kupovati zemljišta samo ako su, kako kaže, otvorili tvrtku u Hrvatskoj, a od 1. srpnja iduće godine moći će kupovati bez ograničenja.
Dodaje kako će to biti puno jednostavnije i sve će se olakšati nakon ulaska u Schengen.
“Postoji interes stranaca, najviše većih korporacija. Dok našim ljudima nije isplativo imati malu količinu zemlje i obrađivati ju bez subvencija”, navodi stručnjak za nekretnine Rastovac.
Kaže kako će biti veliki interes za solarnu energiju, pogotovo u Zagori, te Slavoniju zbog agrikulture i poljoprivrede.
Ističe da je Hrvatska i dalje najjeftinija u EU-u po cijeni zemljišta, oko 3400 eura po hektaru obradivog zemljšta. Dok je, primjerice, u Sloveniji prosjek 20.000, a najskuplja je Nizozemska sa 70.000 eura. “Možemo očekivati da će doći puno stranaca”, zaključuje.
Na pitanje hoće li doći do rasprodaje djedovine kaže da se to već više manje dogodilo, pogotovo u Slavoniji, i smatra da bi se to moglo pojačati.
“Dolazi nam euro i ulazimo u Schengen pa će ljudi jednostavnije dolaziti. Istra je područje od najvećeg interesa jer je zemlja najjeftinijja, a i Primorsko-goranska županija”, navodi stručnjak za nekretnine Rastovac.
Postoji velik interes, dodaje, i za kontinent i vjerojatno će rasti. Komentirao je i tržište nekretnina i utjecaj kamata.
“Kad rastu kamate treba puno više novaca pa je za očekivati da će biti manje kupaca. Nekretnine su naše najdraže sredstvo ulaganja, ali s novim rastom kamata krećemo u novi ciklus”, rekao je stručnjak za N 1 nekretnine Sanjin Rastovac.
