Političke turbulencije u Općini Kolan na kraju su godine dovele do pada općinskog proračuna: od devet vijećnika, na sjednici se pojavilo njih pet od kojih četiri nisu digla ruku za prijedlog proračuna HDZ-ovog načelnika Marina Pernjaka.

-Ljudi odlučili srušiti proračun i srušili ga! Bez iti jednog prijedloga, bez iti jednog amandmana, čak sam im u jednom trenutku na tome i zahvalio misleći da će podržati proračun, kaže načelnik Pernjak kojemu su protivnici proračuna zamjerili nesuradnju i bahatost, te nemogućnost daljnje suradnje.

Nisu željeli biti njegov džoker pri izglasavanju proračuna, a nisu zaboravili ni pitati ga gdje su mu vijećnici iz HDZ-a kojih nije ni bilo na sjednici. Pernjak navodi da je nekoliko vijećnika bilo opravdano odsutno, te dodaje da će ubrzo Ministarstvu uprave poslati prijedlog za privremeno financiranje Općine.

-Ako općinski vijećnici ni to ne prihvate, slijedi raspuštanje Općinskog vijeća umjesto kojeg će biti imenovan povjerenik, pa ćemo surađivati do raspisivanja lokalnih izbora, zaključuje Pernjak uvjeren da postojeći sastav OV već dugo ima samo jedan cilj – srušiti ga kao načelnika.

-Vijećnici Mario Baričević, Ivan Čemeljić i Šime Gligora na čelu s predsjednikom Vijeća Antom Zubovićem nisu podržali proračun za 2021. te su svojim postupkom zablokirali prosperitet i napredak naše općine u narednih 8 mjeseci. Takvim činom odigrana je čista politička odluka bez imalo razmišljanja o zajednici i njenim građanima već isključivo o vlastitim interesima. Zaustavljeni su pripremljeni projekti u vrijednosti od 3,5 milijuna kuna koji su trebali biti financirani od strane EU, zaustavljena je realizacija glavnog projekta i građevinske dozvole za lukobran Mandre, prostorni planovi, uređenje prostora, a sve zbog eventualnog političkog benefita, objavio je Pernjak na općinskoj WEB stranici.

Političke turbulencije u Općini Kolan na kraju su godine dovele do pada općinskog proračuna: od devet vijećnika, na sjednici se pojavilo njih pet od kojih četiri nisu digla ruku za prijedlog proračuna HDZ-ovog načelnika Marina Pernjaka.

-Ljudi odlučili srušiti proračun i srušili ga! Bez iti jednog prijedloga, bez iti jednog amandmana, čak sam im u jednom trenutku na tome i zahvalio misleći da će podržati proračun, kaže načelnik Pernjak kojemu su protivnici proračuna zamjerili nesuradnju i bahatost, te nemogućnost daljnje suradnje.

Nisu željeli biti njegov džoker pri izglasavanju proračuna, a nisu zaboravili ni pitati ga gdje su mu vijećnici iz HDZ-a kojih nije ni bilo na sjednici. Pernjak navodi da je nekoliko vijećnika bilo opravdano odsutno, te dodaje da će ubrzo Ministarstvu uprave poslati prijedlog za privremeno financiranje Općine.

-Ako općinski vijećnici ni to ne prihvate, slijedi raspuštanje Općinskog vijeća umjesto kojeg će biti imenovan povjerenik, pa ćemo surađivati do raspisivanja lokalnih izbora, zaključuje Pernjak uvjeren da postojeći sastav OV već dugo ima samo jedan cilj – srušiti ga kao načelnika.

-Vijećnici Mario Baričević, Ivan Čemeljić i Šime Gligora na čelu s predsjednikom Vijeća Antom Zubovićem nisu podržali proračun za 2021. te su svojim postupkom zablokirali prosperitet i napredak naše općine u narednih 8 mjeseci. Takvim činom odigrana je čista politička odluka bez imalo razmišljanja o zajednici i njenim građanima već isključivo o vlastitim interesima. Zaustavljeni su pripremljeni projekti u vrijednosti od 3,5 milijuna kuna koji su trebali biti financirani od strane EU, zaustavljena je realizacija glavnog projekta i građevinske dozvole za lukobran Mandre, prostorni planovi, uređenje prostora, a sve zbog eventualnog političkog benefita, objavio je Pernjak na općinskoj WEB stranici.

Načelnik Marin Pernjak: Srušili su proračun bez iti jednog amandmana! „Nismo ti mi džoker, gdje su ti vijećnici HDZ-a?!”

Političke turbulencije u Općini Kolan na kraju su godine dovele do pada općinskog proračuna: od devet vijećnika, na sjednici se pojavilo njih pet od kojih četiri nisu digla ruku za prijedlog proračuna HDZ-ovog načelnika Marina Pernjaka.

-Ljudi odlučili srušiti proračun i srušili ga! Bez iti jednog prijedloga, bez iti jednog amandmana, čak sam im u jednom trenutku na tome i zahvalio misleći da će podržati proračun, kaže načelnik Pernjak kojemu su protivnici proračuna zamjerili nesuradnju i bahatost, te nemogućnost daljnje suradnje.

Nisu željeli biti njegov džoker pri izglasavanju proračuna, a nisu zaboravili ni pitati ga gdje su mu vijećnici iz HDZ-a kojih nije ni bilo na sjednici. Pernjak navodi da je nekoliko vijećnika bilo opravdano odsutno, te dodaje da će ubrzo Ministarstvu uprave poslati prijedlog za privremeno financiranje Općine.

-Ako općinski vijećnici ni to ne prihvate, slijedi raspuštanje Općinskog vijeća umjesto kojeg će biti imenovan povjerenik, pa ćemo surađivati do raspisivanja lokalnih izbora, zaključuje Pernjak uvjeren da postojeći sastav OV već dugo ima samo jedan cilj – srušiti ga kao načelnika.

-Vijećnici Mario Baričević, Ivan Čemeljić i Šime Gligora na čelu s predsjednikom Vijeća Antom Zubovićem nisu podržali proračun za 2021. te su svojim postupkom zablokirali prosperitet i napredak naše općine u narednih 8 mjeseci. Takvim činom odigrana je čista politička odluka bez imalo razmišljanja o zajednici i njenim građanima već isključivo o vlastitim interesima. Zaustavljeni su pripremljeni projekti u vrijednosti od 3,5 milijuna kuna koji su trebali biti financirani od strane EU, zaustavljena je realizacija glavnog projekta i građevinske dozvole za lukobran Mandre, prostorni planovi, uređenje prostora, a sve zbog eventualnog političkog benefita, objavio je Pernjak na općinskoj WEB stranici.
