Vozaču "autobusa smrti" u čijem prevrtanju na cesti kod Slavonskog Broda je život izgubilo deset osoba, a deseci su ozlijeđeni, u utorak ujutro određen je istražni zatvor, piše Jutarnji list.
- Istražni zatvor mu je određen zbog opasnosti da bi mogao napustiti u Hrvatsku. Doneseno je rješenje o istražnom zatvoru na mjesec dana - kazao je zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika Franjo Kopunić.
Rekao je da okrivljeni još nije iznosio obranu. Dodao je da će tijekom dana biti doneseno rješenje o provođenju istrage.
Igor Cišper, odvjetnik vozača, kazao je u izjavi za medije nakon donošenja odluke da je uspio razgovarati sa svojim klijentom te da mu je žao što se sve dogodilo.
Rekao je i kako je vozač još uvijek bio u krvavoj odjeći te da se sada presvlači.
- Koliko ja imam informaciju od njega, on nikome u niti jednom trenutku nije rekao da je zaspao”, rekao je odvjetnik Igor Cišper i dodao da će zadržati za sebe što mu je točno rekao vozač - prenosi Večernji list.
- Ja ne znam kako je državno odvjetništvo u Slavonskom Brodu došlo do tog zaključka - rekao je komentirajući priopćenje prema kojem je mogući uzrok nesreće umor vozača i nesposobnost da sigurno upravlja vozilom.
Na pitanje što će biti dalje, kazao je da je sada određen istražni zatvor na mjesec dana pa će se onda vidjeti što će dalje poduzimati, uključujući i eventualni prijedlog o prepuštanju slučaja kosovskom pravosuđu.
Zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika na pitanje kako je u preliminarnom priopćenju iznesena teza da je vozač bio umoran i nesposoban za vožnju ako se na ispitivanju branio šutnjom, Kopunić je rekao da to proizlazi iz načina počinjenja kaznenog djela, tragova pneumatika te svih ostalih okolnosti koje su utvrđene očevidom.
Potvrdio je da će u rješenju o provođenju istrage biti zatraženo detaljno vještačenje autobusa.

Vozaču "autobusa smrti" u čijem prevrtanju na cesti kod Slavonskog Broda je život izgubilo deset osoba, a deseci su ozlijeđeni, u utorak ujutro određen je istražni zatvor, piše Jutarnji list.
- Istražni zatvor mu je određen zbog opasnosti da bi mogao napustiti u Hrvatsku. Doneseno je rješenje o istražnom zatvoru na mjesec dana - kazao je zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika Franjo Kopunić.
Rekao je da okrivljeni još nije iznosio obranu. Dodao je da će tijekom dana biti doneseno rješenje o provođenju istrage.
Igor Cišper, odvjetnik vozača, kazao je u izjavi za medije nakon donošenja odluke da je uspio razgovarati sa svojim klijentom te da mu je žao što se sve dogodilo.
Rekao je i kako je vozač još uvijek bio u krvavoj odjeći te da se sada presvlači.
- Koliko ja imam informaciju od njega, on nikome u niti jednom trenutku nije rekao da je zaspao”, rekao je odvjetnik Igor Cišper i dodao da će zadržati za sebe što mu je točno rekao vozač - prenosi Večernji list.
- Ja ne znam kako je državno odvjetništvo u Slavonskom Brodu došlo do tog zaključka - rekao je komentirajući priopćenje prema kojem je mogući uzrok nesreće umor vozača i nesposobnost da sigurno upravlja vozilom.
Na pitanje što će biti dalje, kazao je da je sada određen istražni zatvor na mjesec dana pa će se onda vidjeti što će dalje poduzimati, uključujući i eventualni prijedlog o prepuštanju slučaja kosovskom pravosuđu.
Zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika na pitanje kako je u preliminarnom priopćenju iznesena teza da je vozač bio umoran i nesposoban za vožnju ako se na ispitivanju branio šutnjom, Kopunić je rekao da to proizlazi iz načina počinjenja kaznenog djela, tragova pneumatika te svih ostalih okolnosti koje su utvrđene očevidom.
Potvrdio je da će u rješenju o provođenju istrage biti zatraženo detaljno vještačenje autobusa.
