Zadarski most uputio je javnosti prijedlog za uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja na izborima.

- Most Zadarske županije predlaže da se u hitnu saborsku proceduru uputi prijedlog zakonskih izmjena koje će omogućiti uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja i to već od predstojećih lokalnih izbora koji će se provesti u mjesecu svibnju sljedeće godine.

Predsjednik Mosta je radi opće legitimnosti izbornih rezultata još u svibnju mjesecu 2019. godine predstavio prijedlog za uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja na svim izborima. Gosp. Božo Petrov tom je prilikom istaknuo kako bi se na taj način poslala snažna poruka kojom bi se građani pozvali na jače sudjelovanje u donošenju odluka u Hrvatskoj.

Nesporno je da izborno zakonodavstvo jest među ključnim prijeporima u Hrvatskoj. Stoga, u novom normalnom dobu mora biti mogućnosti i za pravedniju provedbu izbora. U uvjetima pandemije kada treba izbjegavati nepotrebne kontakte, a ujedno svi moramo biti odgovorni, uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja nameće se kao logična i nužna odluka.

Njegova provedba u tehničkom smislu razmjerno je jednostavna. Elektronički identitet određene sigurnosne razine posjeduje veliki broj hrvatskih građana, tj. mnogi se koriste token aplikacijama različitih banaka, a npr. učenici, studenti i njihovi nastavnici raspolažu AAI elektroničkim identitetom, itd. Dakle, nije nužno posjedovanje osobnih certifikata kao što je elektronička osobna iskaznica da bi se moglo pristupiti nekim od usluga iz sustava e-građanina. U konačnici, država svima onima koji ih još nemaju, a žele ih imati, vrlo jednostavno može omogućiti dobivanje vjerodajnica koje mogu poslužiti i za pristup elektroničkom glasanju.

Elektroničko (kao i dopisno) glasanje već se uspješno primjenjuje u Europi i svijetu. Zato nema opravdanog razloga da se ono ne uvede i u Hrvatskoj.

Elektroničko glasanje omogućilo bi veću izlaznost i preveniralo bi izborne prijevare i manipulacije s biračkim popisima i brojanjem glasova, a za očekivati je da bi se smanjio i broj nevažečih glasova.

Smatra se da je kriza prilika za novi početak. Zato pozivamo sve one koji mogu doprinijeti istinskim promjenama da se hrvatskom čovjeku pruži nova nada.

Na kraju, ali i ne najmanje važno, doista je bitno da se ova inicijativa pokrene i iz Zadra, perjanice političke korupcije i klijentelizma u Hrvatskoj. Upravo su ovdje počinjene eklatantne izborne krađe. Zadarsku i hrvatsku javnost ovom prilikom podsjetit ćemo na famozni slučaj (ne)dolaska policijskog broda (!!!) s glasačkim listićima sa zadarskih otoka, sve dok se nije namirio potreban broj glasova koji će omogućiti izbornu krađu i pobjedu na lokalnim izborima 1997.g. stranke koja je, naposljetku, i  osuđena za korupciju. U tome je presudnu ulogu imao tada visoko pozicionirani pravosudni dužnosnik, a sada umirovljenik.

Nadalje, Zadar je sinonim za uspostavljenu praksu prijevara iskazane volje birača nakon provedenih izbora, a riječ je o famoznom slučaju kupovanja vijećnice izabrane s jedne nezavisne liste iz 2001. godine. Ako kojim slučajem ni to nije dovoljno, onda stranka na vlasti spremno aktivira svoje spavače u svrhu institucionalnih zlouporaba i na taj način legaliziranja rezultata počinjenih izbornih krađa (dosta je podsjetiti samo na slučaj općine Sv. Filip i Jakov ili onaj grada Obrovca).

Zadarski most uputio je javnosti prijedlog za uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja na izborima.

- Most Zadarske županije predlaže da se u hitnu saborsku proceduru uputi prijedlog zakonskih izmjena koje će omogućiti uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja i to već od predstojećih lokalnih izbora koji će se provesti u mjesecu svibnju sljedeće godine.

Predsjednik Mosta je radi opće legitimnosti izbornih rezultata još u svibnju mjesecu 2019. godine predstavio prijedlog za uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja na svim izborima. Gosp. Božo Petrov tom je prilikom istaknuo kako bi se na taj način poslala snažna poruka kojom bi se građani pozvali na jače sudjelovanje u donošenju odluka u Hrvatskoj.

Nesporno je da izborno zakonodavstvo jest među ključnim prijeporima u Hrvatskoj. Stoga, u novom normalnom dobu mora biti mogućnosti i za pravedniju provedbu izbora. U uvjetima pandemije kada treba izbjegavati nepotrebne kontakte, a ujedno svi moramo biti odgovorni, uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja nameće se kao logična i nužna odluka.

Njegova provedba u tehničkom smislu razmjerno je jednostavna. Elektronički identitet određene sigurnosne razine posjeduje veliki broj hrvatskih građana, tj. mnogi se koriste token aplikacijama različitih banaka, a npr. učenici, studenti i njihovi nastavnici raspolažu AAI elektroničkim identitetom, itd. Dakle, nije nužno posjedovanje osobnih certifikata kao što je elektronička osobna iskaznica da bi se moglo pristupiti nekim od usluga iz sustava e-građanina. U konačnici, država svima onima koji ih još nemaju, a žele ih imati, vrlo jednostavno može omogućiti dobivanje vjerodajnica koje mogu poslužiti i za pristup elektroničkom glasanju.

Elektroničko (kao i dopisno) glasanje već se uspješno primjenjuje u Europi i svijetu. Zato nema opravdanog razloga da se ono ne uvede i u Hrvatskoj.

Elektroničko glasanje omogućilo bi veću izlaznost i preveniralo bi izborne prijevare i manipulacije s biračkim popisima i brojanjem glasova, a za očekivati je da bi se smanjio i broj nevažečih glasova.

Smatra se da je kriza prilika za novi početak. Zato pozivamo sve one koji mogu doprinijeti istinskim promjenama da se hrvatskom čovjeku pruži nova nada.

Na kraju, ali i ne najmanje važno, doista je bitno da se ova inicijativa pokrene i iz Zadra, perjanice političke korupcije i klijentelizma u Hrvatskoj. Upravo su ovdje počinjene eklatantne izborne krađe. Zadarsku i hrvatsku javnost ovom prilikom podsjetit ćemo na famozni slučaj (ne)dolaska policijskog broda (!!!) s glasačkim listićima sa zadarskih otoka, sve dok se nije namirio potreban broj glasova koji će omogućiti izbornu krađu i pobjedu na lokalnim izborima 1997.g. stranke koja je, naposljetku, i  osuđena za korupciju. U tome je presudnu ulogu imao tada visoko pozicionirani pravosudni dužnosnik, a sada umirovljenik.

Nadalje, Zadar je sinonim za uspostavljenu praksu prijevara iskazane volje birača nakon provedenih izbora, a riječ je o famoznom slučaju kupovanja vijećnice izabrane s jedne nezavisne liste iz 2001. godine. Ako kojim slučajem ni to nije dovoljno, onda stranka na vlasti spremno aktivira svoje spavače u svrhu institucionalnih zlouporaba i na taj način legaliziranja rezultata počinjenih izbornih krađa (dosta je podsjetiti samo na slučaj općine Sv. Filip i Jakov ili onaj grada Obrovca).

Do lokalnih izbora uvesti elektroničko glasovanje, važno je da prijedlog dolazi iz Zadra, perjanice političke korupcije i klijentelizma u Hrvatskoj!

Zadarski most uputio je javnosti prijedlog za uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja na izborima.

- Most Zadarske županije predlaže da se u hitnu saborsku proceduru uputi prijedlog zakonskih izmjena koje će omogućiti uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja i to već od predstojećih lokalnih izbora koji će se provesti u mjesecu svibnju sljedeće godine.

Predsjednik Mosta je radi opće legitimnosti izbornih rezultata još u svibnju mjesecu 2019. godine predstavio prijedlog za uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja na svim izborima. Gosp. Božo Petrov tom je prilikom istaknuo kako bi se na taj način poslala snažna poruka kojom bi se građani pozvali na jače sudjelovanje u donošenju odluka u Hrvatskoj.

Nesporno je da izborno zakonodavstvo jest među ključnim prijeporima u Hrvatskoj. Stoga, u novom normalnom dobu mora biti mogućnosti i za pravedniju provedbu izbora. U uvjetima pandemije kada treba izbjegavati nepotrebne kontakte, a ujedno svi moramo biti odgovorni, uvođenje elektroničkog glasanja nameće se kao logična i nužna odluka.

Njegova provedba u tehničkom smislu razmjerno je jednostavna. Elektronički identitet određene sigurnosne razine posjeduje veliki broj hrvatskih građana, tj. mnogi se koriste token aplikacijama različitih banaka, a npr. učenici, studenti i njihovi nastavnici raspolažu AAI elektroničkim identitetom, itd. Dakle, nije nužno posjedovanje osobnih certifikata kao što je elektronička osobna iskaznica da bi se moglo pristupiti nekim od usluga iz sustava e-građanina. U konačnici, država svima onima koji ih još nemaju, a žele ih imati, vrlo jednostavno može omogućiti dobivanje vjerodajnica koje mogu poslužiti i za pristup elektroničkom glasanju.

Elektroničko (kao i dopisno) glasanje već se uspješno primjenjuje u Europi i svijetu. Zato nema opravdanog razloga da se ono ne uvede i u Hrvatskoj.

Elektroničko glasanje omogućilo bi veću izlaznost i preveniralo bi izborne prijevare i manipulacije s biračkim popisima i brojanjem glasova, a za očekivati je da bi se smanjio i broj nevažečih glasova.

Smatra se da je kriza prilika za novi početak. Zato pozivamo sve one koji mogu doprinijeti istinskim promjenama da se hrvatskom čovjeku pruži nova nada.

Na kraju, ali i ne najmanje važno, doista je bitno da se ova inicijativa pokrene i iz Zadra, perjanice političke korupcije i klijentelizma u Hrvatskoj. Upravo su ovdje počinjene eklatantne izborne krađe.
