Na naš tekst Kako je lažni iskaz Zlatka Jurinića oteo Turisthotelu 21,6 mili. kuna: prijava 4 godine stoji u DORH-u, a zahvaća braću Krekić i sina jednog ministra! regirao je Rikard Fuchs, sin aktualnog ministra znanosti Radovana Fuchsa, i jedan od 11 osoba i tvrtki protiv kojih je Turisthotel podnio kaznenu prijavu zbog sumnje u gospodarski kriminal težak 21,6 milijuna kuna. Njegovo regiranje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Poštovani, moram ovime putem reagirati na članak u kojem je navedeno nekoliko informacija koje nisu točne, a kako slijede:

1. Informacija da sam ja proglasio osobni bankrot na Badnjak 2020. nije točna i možete provjeriti s FINA-om odnosno nadležnim sudom.

2. Činjenica je da sam ja od 2016. g bio direktor društva Gradnja Borovje koja je bila projektna tvrtka u vlasništvu Invest Zadara koja je kupljena i plaćena od strane Ilica Centar 2016. godine (znači 10 g. nakon navedenog događaja).

Društvo Gradnja Borovje je prijavljeno u predstečajnu društva Invest Zadar kao uvjetna tražbina po osnovnu sudužništva za kredit Invest Zadra prema NLB-u koji se naplatio iz imovine Gradnje Borovje.

Također od 2019. godine ja više nisam direktor društva Gradnja Borovje te više nemam veze s radnjama odnosno poslovnim odlukama u navedenom društvu.

3. Kaznena prijava se odnosi za poslovni odnos iz 2006. g u društvu Invest Zadar d.o.o., navedeno je izričito odnos između Turisthotela i Invest Zadra te nije bio predmet poslovne transakcije iz 2016. g niti je društvo Gradnja Borovje bilo u navedenom poslovnom odnosu s Turisthotelom nakon navedenog perioda niti je upoznata s pravnim procesima između društva Invest Zadar i Turisthotel te “protupravnim” naplatama u korist društva Invest Zadar. 

4. Cjelokupna dokumentacija je javno dostupna na stranicama FINA-e iz predstečajne nagodbe Gradnje Borovje odnosno kasnije prijave u predstečaj odnosno stečaja Invest Zadra gdje je Gradnja Borovje vjerovnik po osnovu regresnog potraživanja od Invest Zadra.

Deplasirana je teza do dovođenje mene i društva Gradnja Borovje u poslovni odnos trećih strana odnosno Invest Zadra i Turisthotela iz 2006. g., a posebno s obzirom na to da Gradnja Borovje nije sudjelovala u izvođenju predmetnih radova i kasnijih tužbi. Isto tako u stečajnom postupku Invest Zadra glavni i većinski vjerovnik je Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. bez koje predstečajna odnosno stečaj ne bi mogao biti moguć. 

Točna je činjenica da sam kazneno prijavljen kao odgovorna osoba Gradnje Borovje te sam nadležnim organima 2018. g. dostavio sve dokumente vezane za stjecanje društva Gradnja Borovje i osnove tražbina koje su prijavljene u stečaj Invest Zadra. Također ne postoje niti u poslovnim knjigama niti moje osobne u bilo kakav odnosu s društvom Turisthotel a posebno zato što je napravljeno pravno dubinsko snimanje društva Gradnja Borovje prije stjecanja. 

Slijedom navedenog, a posebno nakon neistina koje su iznesene u kaznenom prijavi, poduzet će se pravni koraci protiv prijavitelja za lažno podnošenje kaznene prijave protiv mene kao odgovorne osobe za poslovni odnos s kojim nemam veze.

Na naš tekst Kako je lažni iskaz Zlatka Jurinića oteo Turisthotelu 21,6 mili. kuna: prijava 4 godine stoji u DORH-u, a zahvaća braću Krekić i sina jednog ministra! regirao je Rikard Fuchs, sin aktualnog ministra znanosti Radovana Fuchsa, i jedan od 11 osoba i tvrtki protiv kojih je Turisthotel podnio kaznenu prijavu zbog sumnje u gospodarski kriminal težak 21,6 milijuna kuna. Njegovo regiranje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Poštovani, moram ovime putem reagirati na članak u kojem je navedeno nekoliko informacija koje nisu točne, a kako slijede:

1. Informacija da sam ja proglasio osobni bankrot na Badnjak 2020. nije točna i možete provjeriti s FINA-om odnosno nadležnim sudom.

2. Činjenica je da sam ja od 2016. g bio direktor društva Gradnja Borovje koja je bila projektna tvrtka u vlasništvu Invest Zadara koja je kupljena i plaćena od strane Ilica Centar 2016. godine (znači 10 g. nakon navedenog događaja).

Društvo Gradnja Borovje je prijavljeno u predstečajnu društva Invest Zadar kao uvjetna tražbina po osnovnu sudužništva za kredit Invest Zadra prema NLB-u koji se naplatio iz imovine Gradnje Borovje.

Također od 2019. godine ja više nisam direktor društva Gradnja Borovje te više nemam veze s radnjama odnosno poslovnim odlukama u navedenom društvu.

3. Kaznena prijava se odnosi za poslovni odnos iz 2006. g u društvu Invest Zadar d.o.o., navedeno je izričito odnos između Turisthotela i Invest Zadra te nije bio predmet poslovne transakcije iz 2016. g niti je društvo Gradnja Borovje bilo u navedenom poslovnom odnosu s Turisthotelom nakon navedenog perioda niti je upoznata s pravnim procesima između društva Invest Zadar i Turisthotel te “protupravnim” naplatama u korist društva Invest Zadar. 

4. Cjelokupna dokumentacija je javno dostupna na stranicama FINA-e iz predstečajne nagodbe Gradnje Borovje odnosno kasnije prijave u predstečaj odnosno stečaja Invest Zadra gdje je Gradnja Borovje vjerovnik po osnovu regresnog potraživanja od Invest Zadra.

Deplasirana je teza do dovođenje mene i društva Gradnja Borovje u poslovni odnos trećih strana odnosno Invest Zadra i Turisthotela iz 2006. g., a posebno s obzirom na to da Gradnja Borovje nije sudjelovala u izvođenju predmetnih radova i kasnijih tužbi. Isto tako u stečajnom postupku Invest Zadra glavni i većinski vjerovnik je Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. bez koje predstečajna odnosno stečaj ne bi mogao biti moguć. 

Točna je činjenica da sam kazneno prijavljen kao odgovorna osoba Gradnje Borovje te sam nadležnim organima 2018. g. dostavio sve dokumente vezane za stjecanje društva Gradnja Borovje i osnove tražbina koje su prijavljene u stečaj Invest Zadra. Također ne postoje niti u poslovnim knjigama niti moje osobne u bilo kakav odnosu s društvom Turisthotel a posebno zato što je napravljeno pravno dubinsko snimanje društva Gradnja Borovje prije stjecanja. 

Slijedom navedenog, a posebno nakon neistina koje su iznesene u kaznenom prijavi, poduzet će se pravni koraci protiv prijavitelja za lažno podnošenje kaznene prijave protiv mene kao odgovorne osobe za poslovni odnos s kojim nemam veze.

Javio se Rikard Fuchs: kaže da nije bankrotirao, od svega se ograđuje i najavljuje tužbu protiv Turisthotela zbog lažne kaznene prijave protiv njega!

Na naš tekst Kako je lažni iskaz Zlatka Jurinića oteo Turisthotelu 21,6 mili. kuna: prijava 4 godine stoji u DORH-u, a zahvaća braću Krekić i sina jednog ministra! regirao je Rikard Fuchs, sin aktualnog ministra znanosti Radovana Fuchsa, i jedan od 11 osoba i tvrtki protiv kojih je Turisthotel podnio kaznenu prijavu zbog sumnje u gospodarski kriminal težak 21,6 milijuna kuna. Njegovo regiranje prenosimo u cijelosti.

Poštovani, moram ovime putem reagirati na članak u kojem je navedeno nekoliko informacija koje nisu točne, a kako slijede:

1. Informacija da sam ja proglasio osobni bankrot na Badnjak 2020. nije točna i možete provjeriti s FINA-om odnosno nadležnim sudom.

2. Činjenica je da sam ja od 2016. g bio direktor društva Gradnja Borovje koja je bila projektna tvrtka u vlasništvu Invest Zadara koja je kupljena i plaćena od strane Ilica Centar 2016. godine (znači 10 g. nakon navedenog događaja).

Društvo Gradnja Borovje je prijavljeno u predstečajnu društva Invest Zadar kao uvjetna tražbina po osnovnu sudužništva za kredit Invest Zadra prema NLB-u koji se naplatio iz imovine Gradnje Borovje.

Također od 2019. godine ja više nisam direktor društva Gradnja Borovje te više nemam veze s radnjama odnosno poslovnim odlukama u navedenom društvu.

3. Kaznena prijava se odnosi za poslovni odnos iz 2006. g u društvu Invest Zadar d.o.o., navedeno je izričito odnos između Turisthotela i Invest Zadra te nije bio predmet poslovne transakcije iz 2016. g niti je društvo Gradnja Borovje bilo u navedenom poslovnom odnosu s Turisthotelom nakon navedenog perioda niti je upoznata s pravnim procesima između društva Invest Zadar i Turisthotel te “protupravnim” naplatama u korist društva Invest Zadar.
