U okviru projekta „Kompetencijski standardi nastavnika, pedagoga i mentora“, na Sveučilištu u Zadru danas je održan Okrugli stol na temu „Inkluzivno obrazovanje kroz prizmu ključnih sudionika odgojno-obrazovnog procesa“. Voditeljica projekta, rektorica Sveučilišta u Zadru prof. dr. sc. Dijana Vican, okupljenima i povezanima putem internetske platforme izlagala je o kompetencijskim standardima nastavnika, pedagoga i mentora.
- Kroz ovaj okrugli stol želimo saznati više o obrazovanju osoba s određenim oštećenjima te „podebljati“ kompetencije nastavničke profesije, kao najbrojnije u Hrvatskoj. Njoj povjeravamo pola milijuna djece i sigurno nam nije svejedno kakve nastavnike imamo. Ako radimo pogreške, želimo doznati koje su i otkloniti ih, rekla je rektorica Vican te istaknula kako je na Sveučilište u Zadru trenutačno upisano 59 studenata s posebnim potrebama.

- Cilj nam je da nitko ne bude prikraćen u obrazovanju. Voljni smo mijenjati se u funkcionalnom, sadržajnom i organizacijskom smislu, poručila je Vican.
Izv. prof. dr. sc. Matilda Karamatić Brčić održala je predavanje „Inkluzivno obrazovanje - suvremene pedagogijske implikacije“, a o studentima s posebnim potrebama govorila je izv. prof. dr. sc. Rozana Petani. Prema evidenciji Studentskog savjetovališta, do sada je 116 studenata imalo pravo na prilagodbu, a najčešće se radi o pristupu liftu i dolasku na pojedine odjele. U pristupačnosti je puno učinjeno, bilo da se radi o ugradnji lifta u Starom kampusu, rampi, oznakama na Brailleovom pismu, različitoj opremi u čitaonici i sveučilišnim zgradama…
- Težimo osigurati prava osobama s invaliditetom te smo prepoznati smo kao sveučilište koje im je jako pristupačno. Dosta njih dolazi zbog toga studirati u Zadar, istaknula je Petani.

Liječničku struku na Okruglom stolu predstavljala je izv. prof. dr. sc. Suzana Konjevoda, koja se u svom poslu često sreće s mladim osobama s ograničenjima, bilo da se radi o slabovidnosti ili potpunoj sljepoći.
- Netko tko nikad nije imao vid svijet percipira na drugi način. Teško je to zamisliti. Nažalost, često institucije na najranijoj razini poput vrtića nisu spremne za prihvat djece, ne zbog želje nego straha od nepoznavanja kako pristupiti djetetu. Nekad su i mali pomaci u školi dovoljni, na primjer da ih se stavi u prvu klupu. Važno je da se studenti koji imaju poteškoće sami jave jer ih nekada sustav ne može sam prepoznati, istaknula je Konjevoda.

O svojim iskustvima govorili su učiteljica razredne nastave u Katoličkoj osnovnoj školi „Ivo Mašina“ Doris Maračić i ravnateljica Gimnazije Vladimira Nazora Sandra Šango, a o studentima i njihovim potrebama Sani Ivankov, Nikola Marinković, Mirta Zvonka Škugor, Laura Petričević i Dorotea Badžoka. Pohvalno je ocijenjen kolegij Vršnjačka potpora, kroz koji studenti pomažu onima koji imaju posebne potrebe te na taj način dobivaju određeni broj ETCS bodova.
Okosnica projekta „Kompetencijski standardi nastavnika, pedagoga i mentora“ je postizanje prijedloga za standardizaciju zanimanja i kvalifikacija za nastavnike općih predmeta, strukovne nastavnike, nastavnike- instruktore letenja i pedagoge. Nositelj projekta je Ured za znanost, projekte i transfer tehnologija Sveučilišta u Zadru, a partneri u projektu Ministarstvo obrane Republike Hrvatske (Središte za obuku Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva „Rudolf Perešin“), Sveučilište u Zagrebu (PMF), Sveučilište Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku (Filozofski fakultet), Sveučilište u Splitu (Fakultet za odgojne i obrazovne znanosti), Sveučilište u Rijeci (Filozofski fakultet), Sveučilište u Zagrebu (Filozofski fakultet).

U okviru projekta „Kompetencijski standardi nastavnika, pedagoga i mentora“, na Sveučilištu u Zadru danas je održan Okrugli stol na temu „Inkluzivno obrazovanje kroz prizmu ključnih sudionika odgojno-obrazovnog procesa“. Voditeljica projekta, rektorica Sveučilišta u Zadru prof. dr. sc. Dijana Vican, okupljenima i povezanima putem internetske platforme izlagala je o kompetencijskim standardima nastavnika, pedagoga i mentora.
- Kroz ovaj okrugli stol želimo saznati više o obrazovanju osoba s određenim oštećenjima te „podebljati“ kompetencije nastavničke profesije, kao najbrojnije u Hrvatskoj. Njoj povjeravamo pola milijuna djece i sigurno nam nije svejedno kakve nastavnike imamo. Ako radimo pogreške, želimo doznati koje su i otkloniti ih, rekla je rektorica Vican te istaknula kako je na Sveučilište u Zadru trenutačno upisano 59 studenata s posebnim potrebama.

- Cilj nam je da nitko ne bude prikraćen u obrazovanju. Voljni smo mijenjati se u funkcionalnom, sadržajnom i organizacijskom smislu, poručila je Vican.
Izv. prof. dr. sc. Matilda Karamatić Brčić održala je predavanje „Inkluzivno obrazovanje - suvremene pedagogijske implikacije“, a o studentima s posebnim potrebama govorila je izv. prof. dr. sc. Rozana Petani. Prema evidenciji Studentskog savjetovališta, do sada je 116 studenata imalo pravo na prilagodbu, a najčešće se radi o pristupu liftu i dolasku na pojedine odjele. U pristupačnosti je puno učinjeno, bilo da se radi o ugradnji lifta u Starom kampusu, rampi, oznakama na Brailleovom pismu, različitoj opremi u čitaonici i sveučilišnim zgradama…
- Težimo osigurati prava osobama s invaliditetom te smo prepoznati smo kao sveučilište koje im je jako pristupačno. Dosta njih dolazi zbog toga studirati u Zadar, istaknula je Petani.

Liječničku struku na Okruglom stolu predstavljala je izv. prof. dr. sc. Suzana Konjevoda, koja se u svom poslu često sreće s mladim osobama s ograničenjima, bilo da se radi o slabovidnosti ili potpunoj sljepoći.
- Netko tko nikad nije imao vid svijet percipira na drugi način. Teško je to zamisliti. Nažalost, često institucije na najranijoj razini poput vrtića nisu spremne za prihvat djece, ne zbog želje nego straha od nepoznavanja kako pristupiti djetetu. Nekad su i mali pomaci u školi dovoljni, na primjer da ih se stavi u prvu klupu. Važno je da se studenti koji imaju poteškoće sami jave jer ih nekada sustav ne može sam prepoznati, istaknula je Konjevoda.

O svojim iskustvima govorili su učiteljica razredne nastave u Katoličkoj osnovnoj školi „Ivo Mašina“ Doris Maračić i ravnateljica Gimnazije Vladimira Nazora Sandra Šango, a o studentima i njihovim potrebama Sani Ivankov, Nikola Marinković, Mirta Zvonka Škugor, Laura Petričević i Dorotea Badžoka. Pohvalno je ocijenjen kolegij Vršnjačka potpora, kroz koji studenti pomažu onima koji imaju posebne potrebe te na taj način dobivaju određeni broj ETCS bodova.
Okosnica projekta „Kompetencijski standardi nastavnika, pedagoga i mentora“ je postizanje prijedloga za standardizaciju zanimanja i kvalifikacija za nastavnike općih predmeta, strukovne nastavnike, nastavnike- instruktore letenja i pedagoge. Nositelj projekta je Ured za znanost, projekte i transfer tehnologija Sveučilišta u Zadru, a partneri u projektu Ministarstvo obrane Republike Hrvatske (Središte za obuku Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva „Rudolf Perešin“), Sveučilište u Zagrebu (PMF), Sveučilište Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku (Filozofski fakultet), Sveučilište u Splitu (Fakultet za odgojne i obrazovne znanosti), Sveučilište u Rijeci (Filozofski fakultet), Sveučilište u Zagrebu (Filozofski fakultet).
