U posvemašnjem, najčešće neosnovanom dizanju cijena hrane, brojni Hrvati prisiljeni su snalaziti se na razne načine u pripravi obroka koje ‘pokriva’ njihov sve oskudniji kućni budžet.
Nije to samo boljka u Hrvatskoj, cijene hrane lete u nebo i u drugim dijelovima Europe, pa je na internetskoj stranici Bored Panda, podijeljeni savjeti čitatelja kako se sve može uštedjeti na hrani. Suradnja s obitelji, prijateljima i susjedima uistinu vam može pomoći da izvučete najviše iz svakog eura, centa, funte ili dolara, koji imate, piše u članku, uz navod kako se uštede mogu ostvariti i kupujući proizvode u rinfuzi i uz veliki popust, a većina tako nabavljenih namirnica ujedno se može zamrznuti za kasniju upotrebu.
Krumpir, kupus, piletina, sardine… - sve su to Hrvatima dobro poznate namirnice s poduže liste Bored Pande zahvaljujući kojima se mogu ostvariti značajne uštede. Ipak, ima još nekih na koje ste možda zaboravili.
"Jedna će kokoš nahraniti mene i mog muža za dva obroka oboma plus nešto međuobroka, a trup se može pretvoriti u izvrsnu juhu od kostiju", piše jedna od kreatorica članka u kojemu se navode primjeri namirnica i jela zahvaljujući kojima su moguće uštede.
Obrok čiju bazu čine riža ili tjestenina, obogaćen s malo sezonskog povrća s lokalne tržnice ili, još bolje, iz vlastitog vrta, već je dovoljan, navodi Bored Panda s čijeg smo popisa izdvojili još neke primjere, tek kao podsjetnik ukoliko nemate ideju za jeftine obroke.
1. LEĆA
Juha ili varivo od leće su najbolji. A s lećom se mogu napraviti i hamburgeri. Zdravo, zasitno i ukusno.
2. ZOB
Zob! Nije dobra samo za kašu nego i mljevena, dodana u pečenje. Ukoliko imate ograničen budžet možete dodati malo zobi u juhu umjesto rezanaca kako bi bila zasitnija.
3. KOKICE
Kokice su podcijenjene kada je riječ o raznolikosti okusa s kojima se dobro slažu.
4. JAJA
Jaja su, usprkos njihovu značajnom poskupljenju, još uvijek najjeftinija i najzdravija hrana koju možete jesti.
5. GRAH
Sušeni grah je beskrajno prilagodljiv. Savršen protein. Izvrstan izvor vlakana. I može se pripremiti na razne načine.
6. SLANUTAK
Skuhanom slanutku ili onom iz konzerve dodajte sol, papar i začine po želji. Lagano nauljite. Stavite u pećnicu 20-25 minuta na 200 stupnjeva. Dobit ćete odličan, hrskav i niskokaloričan međuobrok. Ukusan je i s krekerima ili u piti.
7. KORIJEN CELERA
Nasijecite ga na prutiće, posolite i popaprite i ispecite u pećnici na maslinovom ulju. Dobit ćete sjajan niskokaloričan obrok i izvrsnu zamjenu za pomfrit.
8. BUNDEVA
Konzervirana bundeva odlična je za pitu od bundeve i druge slastice. Ako vam se ne da pripremati/rezati svježu bundevu posegnite za onom iz konzerve. Bit će dovoljno dobra.

U posvemašnjem, najčešće neosnovanom dizanju cijena hrane, brojni Hrvati prisiljeni su snalaziti se na razne načine u pripravi obroka koje ‘pokriva’ njihov sve oskudniji kućni budžet.
Nije to samo boljka u Hrvatskoj, cijene hrane lete u nebo i u drugim dijelovima Europe, pa je na internetskoj stranici Bored Panda, podijeljeni savjeti čitatelja kako se sve može uštedjeti na hrani. Suradnja s obitelji, prijateljima i susjedima uistinu vam može pomoći da izvučete najviše iz svakog eura, centa, funte ili dolara, koji imate, piše u članku, uz navod kako se uštede mogu ostvariti i kupujući proizvode u rinfuzi i uz veliki popust, a većina tako nabavljenih namirnica ujedno se može zamrznuti za kasniju upotrebu.
Krumpir, kupus, piletina, sardine… - sve su to Hrvatima dobro poznate namirnice s poduže liste Bored Pande zahvaljujući kojima se mogu ostvariti značajne uštede. Ipak, ima još nekih na koje ste možda zaboravili.
"Jedna će kokoš nahraniti mene i mog muža za dva obroka oboma plus nešto međuobroka, a trup se može pretvoriti u izvrsnu juhu od kostiju", piše jedna od kreatorica članka u kojemu se navode primjeri namirnica i jela zahvaljujući kojima su moguće uštede.
Obrok čiju bazu čine riža ili tjestenina, obogaćen s malo sezonskog povrća s lokalne tržnice ili, još bolje, iz vlastitog vrta, već je dovoljan, navodi Bored Panda s čijeg smo popisa izdvojili još neke primjere, tek kao podsjetnik ukoliko nemate ideju za jeftine obroke.
1. LEĆA
Juha ili varivo od leće su najbolji. A s lećom se mogu napraviti i hamburgeri. Zdravo, zasitno i ukusno.
2. ZOB
Zob! Nije dobra samo za kašu nego i mljevena, dodana u pečenje. Ukoliko imate ograničen budžet možete dodati malo zobi u juhu umjesto rezanaca kako bi bila zasitnija.
3. KOKICE
Kokice su podcijenjene kada je riječ o raznolikosti okusa s kojima se dobro slažu.
4. JAJA
Jaja su, usprkos njihovu značajnom poskupljenju, još uvijek najjeftinija i najzdravija hrana koju možete jesti.
5. GRAH
Sušeni grah je beskrajno prilagodljiv. Savršen protein. Izvrstan izvor vlakana. I može se pripremiti na razne načine.
6. SLANUTAK
Skuhanom slanutku ili onom iz konzerve dodajte sol, papar i začine po želji. Lagano nauljite. Stavite u pećnicu 20-25 minuta na 200 stupnjeva. Dobit ćete odličan, hrskav i niskokaloričan međuobrok. Ukusan je i s krekerima ili u piti.
7. KORIJEN CELERA
Nasijecite ga na prutiće, posolite i popaprite i ispecite u pećnici na maslinovom ulju. Dobit ćete sjajan niskokaloričan obrok i izvrsnu zamjenu za pomfrit.
8. BUNDEVA
Konzervirana bundeva odlična je za pitu od bundeve i druge slastice. Ako vam se ne da pripremati/rezati svježu bundevu posegnite za onom iz konzerve. Bit će dovoljno dobra.
