Nije stalo na “masnom” povećanju cijena prikupljanja i odvoženja otpada, jer su rogoznički vijećnici komunalnom poduzeću “Škovacin” odobrili i veće cijene parkiranja.

Tako će se jedan sat smještaja vozila u prvoj zoni, od 6 sati do 24 sata, plaćati dva eura, a u drugoj zoni će sat parkiranja koštati 1,20 eura (do sada 1,06 eura). Korisniku parkirališnog mjesta, ako prekorači plaćeno vrijeme ili nema valjanu dnevnu ili sezonsku kartu, kontrolor će naplatiti višesatnu kartu, uvećanu za dva eura kao naknadu za izdavanje računa.

Višesatna karta u prvoj rogozničkoj zoni plaćat će se 38 eura, a u drugoj 21,60 eura, i to u slučaju da se ostvaruju uvjeti za kupnju tjedne, desetodnevne ili sezonske karte u drugoj zoni. Korisnici koji imaju prebivalište ili boravište na području općine Rogoznica i svoju nekretninu koriste najmanje mjesec dana, kao i zaposlenici na području općine, imaju pravo na sezonsku kartu u drugoj zoni koju će platiti 67 eura, a do sada je iznosila 66,36 eura ili 500 kuna.

Za sve fizičke i pravne osobe čije je prebivalište isključivo na Otoku, i to neprekidno od 1997., imaju pravo na rezervirano mjesto za vozila koje će plaćati 106,18 eura, dok su do sada plaćali 132,72 eura. Ostali građani koji imaju prebivalište na području cijele općine za rezervirano sezonsko mjesto izdvajat će 199,08 eura.

Naplata na Otoku

Parkiranje se naplaćuje samo na Otoku, na predjelu Kopača i Miline, dakle na uskom području lokalnog središta, dok je u svim ostalim mjestima oko Rogoznice, pa i onima turističkima, ostavljanje vozila besplatno.

Podsjetimo i na poskupljenje odvoza smeća. Do 1. siječnja ove godine pražnjenje zelenih spremnika za miješani komunalni otpad, primjerice od 120 litara, stanovnici općine Rogoznica plaćali su malo više od 10 kuna, a ista usluga od početka godine naplaćuje se 2,23 eura (17,45 kuna).

I tu se ne staje, za četiri kune poskupio je i paušal, cijena je ista za sve veličine spremnika, pa će tako 11,30 eura plaćati oni s najmanjim spremnikom od 120 litara i oni s najvećim od 1100 litara.

Cijena odvoženja smeća ipak zavisi o količini otpada, pa će tako pražnjenje spremnika od 1100 litara korisnik usluge po novom platiti 21,23 eura.

U novom cjeniku paušal od 21,23 eura plaćaju najmanji poduzetnici, iznajmljivači apartmana s dva ili 20 ležaja, trgovački centri, marina s više od 400 vezova, restorani...

Za to ipak nije kriva tvrtka “Škovacin”, to je Vladina odluka. Za poskupljenje se u Općini i komunalnoj tvrtki pravdaju drastičnim rastom cijena odlaganja otpada na županijskom Centru za gospodarenje otpadom Bikarac.

Po starom cjeniku, deponiranje otpada na Bikarcu plaćali su oko 48 eura po toni, a nova cijena je gotovo 113 eura po toni. I odlaganje sekundarnih korisnih sirovina na Bikarcu, koje “Škovacin” prikuplja besplatno od svojih klijenata (plastika, papir, staklo, drvo...), ima gotovo tri puta veću cijenu nego prošle godine.

Ne bacaj smeće

Općinski vijećnici su komunalnom poduzeću odobrili jamstvo za nabavu novog radnog stroja za održavanje i pranje javnih površina. “Škovacin” se zadužuje kod Hrvatske banke za obnovu i razvoj u iznosu od 168.557 eura, rok otplate je pet godina, a godišnja kamatna stopa je dva posto.

Lokalni zastupnici su odobrili mjere za nepropisno odbačen otpad u okoliš, na javne površine i uz spremnike za reciklažu.

Uspostavlja se sustav za zaprimanje obavijesti, evidentiranje i nadzor, postavljanje znakova upozorenja i videonadzor. Komunalni redari utvrdit će identitet osobe, a ako se komunalcu uskrate podaci o identitetu i mjestu odbačenog opasnog i drugog otpada bit će zatražena pomoć policije i sudova. Počinitelj je dužan sanirati lokaciju ili će to napraviti Općina na njegov trošak.

Nije stalo na “masnom” povećanju cijena prikupljanja i odvoženja otpada, jer su rogoznički vijećnici komunalnom poduzeću “Škovacin” odobrili i veće cijene parkiranja.

Tako će se jedan sat smještaja vozila u prvoj zoni, od 6 sati do 24 sata, plaćati dva eura, a u drugoj zoni će sat parkiranja koštati 1,20 eura (do sada 1,06 eura). Korisniku parkirališnog mjesta, ako prekorači plaćeno vrijeme ili nema valjanu dnevnu ili sezonsku kartu, kontrolor će naplatiti višesatnu kartu, uvećanu za dva eura kao naknadu za izdavanje računa.

Višesatna karta u prvoj rogozničkoj zoni plaćat će se 38 eura, a u drugoj 21,60 eura, i to u slučaju da se ostvaruju uvjeti za kupnju tjedne, desetodnevne ili sezonske karte u drugoj zoni. Korisnici koji imaju prebivalište ili boravište na području općine Rogoznica i svoju nekretninu koriste najmanje mjesec dana, kao i zaposlenici na području općine, imaju pravo na sezonsku kartu u drugoj zoni koju će platiti 67 eura, a do sada je iznosila 66,36 eura ili 500 kuna.

Za sve fizičke i pravne osobe čije je prebivalište isključivo na Otoku, i to neprekidno od 1997., imaju pravo na rezervirano mjesto za vozila koje će plaćati 106,18 eura, dok su do sada plaćali 132,72 eura. Ostali građani koji imaju prebivalište na području cijele općine za rezervirano sezonsko mjesto izdvajat će 199,08 eura.

Naplata na Otoku

Parkiranje se naplaćuje samo na Otoku, na predjelu Kopača i Miline, dakle na uskom području lokalnog središta, dok je u svim ostalim mjestima oko Rogoznice, pa i onima turističkima, ostavljanje vozila besplatno.

Podsjetimo i na poskupljenje odvoza smeća. Do 1. siječnja ove godine pražnjenje zelenih spremnika za miješani komunalni otpad, primjerice od 120 litara, stanovnici općine Rogoznica plaćali su malo više od 10 kuna, a ista usluga od početka godine naplaćuje se 2,23 eura (17,45 kuna).

I tu se ne staje, za četiri kune poskupio je i paušal, cijena je ista za sve veličine spremnika, pa će tako 11,30 eura plaćati oni s najmanjim spremnikom od 120 litara i oni s najvećim od 1100 litara.

Cijena odvoženja smeća ipak zavisi o količini otpada, pa će tako pražnjenje spremnika od 1100 litara korisnik usluge po novom platiti 21,23 eura.

U novom cjeniku paušal od 21,23 eura plaćaju najmanji poduzetnici, iznajmljivači apartmana s dva ili 20 ležaja, trgovački centri, marina s više od 400 vezova, restorani...

Za to ipak nije kriva tvrtka “Škovacin”, to je Vladina odluka. Za poskupljenje se u Općini i komunalnoj tvrtki pravdaju drastičnim rastom cijena odlaganja otpada na županijskom Centru za gospodarenje otpadom Bikarac.

Po starom cjeniku, deponiranje otpada na Bikarcu plaćali su oko 48 eura po toni, a nova cijena je gotovo 113 eura po toni. I odlaganje sekundarnih korisnih sirovina na Bikarcu, koje “Škovacin” prikuplja besplatno od svojih klijenata (plastika, papir, staklo, drvo...), ima gotovo tri puta veću cijenu nego prošle godine.

Ne bacaj smeće

Općinski vijećnici su komunalnom poduzeću odobrili jamstvo za nabavu novog radnog stroja za održavanje i pranje javnih površina. “Škovacin” se zadužuje kod Hrvatske banke za obnovu i razvoj u iznosu od 168.557 eura, rok otplate je pet godina, a godišnja kamatna stopa je dva posto.

Lokalni zastupnici su odobrili mjere za nepropisno odbačen otpad u okoliš, na javne površine i uz spremnike za reciklažu.

Uspostavlja se sustav za zaprimanje obavijesti, evidentiranje i nadzor, postavljanje znakova upozorenja i videonadzor. Komunalni redari utvrdit će identitet osobe, a ako se komunalcu uskrate podaci o identitetu i mjestu odbačenog opasnog i drugog otpada bit će zatražena pomoć policije i sudova. Počinitelj je dužan sanirati lokaciju ili će to napraviti Općina na njegov trošak.
