Prošla godina bila je rekordna godina poslovanja i posljednja godina petogodišnjeg razvojnog ciklusa u kojem je Valamar ostvario prosječnu stopu rasta operativne dobiti od 22% te napravio strateške iskorake koji će u narednom periodu osigurati stvaranje nove vrijednosti za dionike, ulažući u djelatnike, proizvode i destinacije na održiv i društveno odgovoran način. U 2019. godini uloženo je 955 milijuna kuna u podizanje kvalitete portfelja te je prošireno partnerstvo s mirovinskim fondovima putem povećanja kapitala u Imperial Rivieri te akvizicije hotela na Hvaru. Kako bi se osnažila financijska pozicija grupe, 363 milijuna kuna ostvarene dobiti raspoređeno je u zadržanu dobit te je do daljnjeg odgođena isplata dividende.

Valamar je s ciljem postizanja dugoročne održivosti poslovanja uz podršku ključnih dionika aktivno upravljao krizom tijekom 2020. godine. Očuvana su sva radna mjesta uz pomoć mjera Vlade i podrške socijalnih partnera kroz program „Pauza, Restart“. Prilagodbom poslovanja i uz podršku dioničara, banaka i ostalih investitora osigurana je dovoljna likvidnost za amortizaciju krize u naredne tri godine. Kako bi se sačuvala sva radna mjesta do početka naredne turističke sezone, nastavit će se provoditi program „Pauza, Restart“ te će se intenzivno raditi na pripremi budućih razvojnih projekata, digitalizaciji i transformaciji poslovanja za novo razdoblje rasta.

Kao odgovor na krizu uzrokovanu koronavirusom, 2020. godine obustavljeno je 125 milijuna kuna ulaganja u projekte čiji je završetak u većem dijelu planiran za sezonu 2021. godine. Radovi na Valamar Pinea Collection Resortu u Poreču i ostali projekti ulaganja privremeno su obustavljeni na razdoblje od 12 do 24 mjeseci radi neizvjesnosti budućeg poslovanja.

U 2020. godini Valamar Riviera očekuje ostvariti oko 30% prihoda u usporedbi s realizacijom 2019. godine i pozitivnu razinu operativne dobiti. Iako je turistička sezona krenula dobro, nakon što je tijekom kolovoza više država izdalo upozorenja za putovanja onemogućen je turistički promet prema Hrvatskoj što je uzrokovalo snažan pad u drugom dijelu kolovoza i posezoni. Valamar očekuje da će turistički sektor i dalje biti pod utjecajem krize u 2021. godini dok se povratak u normalu očekuje u 2022. i 2023. godini.

Hrvatska je kao turistička destinacija pokazala stabilnost i atraktivnost u novonastalim uvjetima te ima priliku realizirati snažniji oporavak turističkog prometa već iduće godine iako će poslovanje i dalje biti pod utjecajem krize. Valamar je u proteklom razdoblju u turizam uložio 6 milijardi kuna, a u narednom periodu bit će važno održati likvidnost, očuvati radna mjesta, prilagoditi poslovanje utjecaju krize te pripremiti projekte za novi rast i razvoj kada se za to steknu uvjeti, priopćenje je iz Službe za odnose s javnošću Valamar Riviere d.d. Riviere predočeni su rezultati poslovanja 2019. godine, u kojoj je Valamar ostvario dvoznamenkasti rast prihoda na 2,22 milijarde kuna te rast operativne dobiti od 11%. Prošla godina bila je rekordna godina poslovanja i posljednja godina petogodišnjeg razvojnog ciklusa u kojem je Valamar ostvario prosječnu stopu rasta operativne dobiti od 22% te napravio strateške iskorake koji će u narednom periodu osigurati stvaranje nove vrijednosti za dionike, ulažući u djelatnike, proizvode i destinacije na održiv i društveno odgovoran način. U 2019. godini uloženo je 955 milijuna kuna u podizanje kvalitete portfelja te je prošireno partnerstvo s mirovinskim fondovima putem povećanja kapitala u Imperial Rivieri te akvizicije hotela na Hvaru. Kako bi se osnažila financijska pozicija grupe, 363 milijuna kuna ostvarene dobiti raspoređeno je u zadržanu dobit te je do daljnjeg odgođena isplata dividende.

Valamar je s ciljem postizanja dugoročne održivosti poslovanja uz podršku ključnih dionika aktivno upravljao krizom tijekom 2020. godine. Očuvana su sva radna mjesta uz pomoć mjera Vlade i podrške socijalnih partnera kroz program „Pauza, Restart“. Prilagodbom poslovanja i uz podršku dioničara, banaka i ostalih investitora osigurana je dovoljna likvidnost za amortizaciju krize u naredne tri godine. Kako bi se sačuvala sva radna mjesta do početka naredne turističke sezone, nastavit će se provoditi program „Pauza, Restart“ te će se intenzivno raditi na pripremi budućih razvojnih projekata, digitalizaciji i transformaciji poslovanja za novo razdoblje rasta.

Kao odgovor na krizu uzrokovanu koronavirusom, 2020. godine obustavljeno je 125 milijuna kuna ulaganja u projekte čiji je završetak u većem dijelu planiran za sezonu 2021. godine. Radovi na Valamar Pinea Collection Resortu u Poreču i ostali projekti ulaganja privremeno su obustavljeni na razdoblje od 12 do 24 mjeseci radi neizvjesnosti budućeg poslovanja.

U 2020. godini Valamar Riviera očekuje ostvariti oko 30% prihoda u usporedbi s realizacijom 2019. godine i pozitivnu razinu operativne dobiti. Iako je turistička sezona krenula dobro, nakon što je tijekom kolovoza više država izdalo upozorenja za putovanja onemogućen je turistički promet prema Hrvatskoj što je uzrokovalo snažan pad u drugom dijelu kolovoza i posezoni. Valamar očekuje da će turistički sektor i dalje biti pod utjecajem krize u 2021. godini dok se povratak u normalu očekuje u 2022. i 2023. godini.

Hrvatska je kao turistička destinacija pokazala stabilnost i atraktivnost u novonastalim uvjetima te ima priliku realizirati snažniji oporavak turističkog prometa već iduće godine iako će poslovanje i dalje biti pod utjecajem krize. Valamar je u proteklom razdoblju u turizam uložio 6 milijardi kuna, a u narednom periodu bit će važno održati likvidnost, očuvati radna mjesta, prilagoditi poslovanje utjecaju krize te pripremiti projekte za novi rast i razvoj kada se za to steknu uvjeti, priopćenje je iz Službe za odnose s javnošću Valamar Riviere d.d. Na Glavnoj skupštini Valamar Riviere predočeni su rezultati poslovanja 2019. godine, u kojoj je Valamar ostvario dvoznamenkasti rast prihoda na 2,22 milijarde kuna te rast operativne dobiti od 11%. Prošla godina bila je rekordna godina poslovanja i posljednja godina petogodišnjeg razvojnog ciklusa u kojem je Valamar ostvario prosječnu stopu rasta operativne dobiti od 22% te napravio strateške iskorake koji će u narednom periodu osigurati stvaranje nove vrijednosti za dionike, ulažući u djelatnike, proizvode i destinacije na održiv i društveno odgovoran način. U 2019. godini uloženo je 955 milijuna kuna u podizanje kvalitete portfelja te je prošireno partnerstvo s mirovinskim fondovima putem povećanja kapitala u Imperial Rivieri te akvizicije hotela na Hvaru. Kako bi se osnažila financijska pozicija grupe, 363 milijuna kuna ostvarene dobiti raspoređeno je u zadržanu dobit te je do daljnjeg odgođena isplata dividende.

Valamar je s ciljem postizanja dugoročne održivosti poslovanja uz podršku ključnih dionika aktivno upravljao krizom tijekom 2020. godine. Očuvana su sva radna mjesta uz pomoć mjera Vlade i podrške socijalnih partnera kroz program „Pauza, Restart“. Prilagodbom poslovanja i uz podršku dioničara, banaka i ostalih investitora osigurana je dovoljna likvidnost za amortizaciju krize u naredne tri godine. Kako bi se sačuvala sva radna mjesta do početka naredne turističke sezone, nastavit će se provoditi program „Pauza, Restart“ te će se intenzivno raditi na pripremi budućih razvojnih projekata, digitalizaciji i transformaciji poslovanja za novo razdoblje rasta.

Kao odgovor na krizu uzrokovanu koronavirusom, 2020. godine obustavljeno je 125 milijuna kuna ulaganja u projekte čiji je završetak u većem dijelu planiran za sezonu 2021. godine. Radovi na Valamar Pinea Collection Resortu u Poreču i ostali projekti ulaganja privremeno su obustavljeni na razdoblje od 12 do 24 mjeseci radi neizvjesnosti budućeg poslovanja.

U 2020. godini Valamar Riviera očekuje ostvariti oko 30% prihoda u usporedbi s realizacijom 2019. godine i pozitivnu razinu operativne dobiti. Iako je turistička sezona krenula dobro, nakon što je tijekom kolovoza više država izdalo upozorenja za putovanja onemogućen je turistički promet prema Hrvatskoj što je uzrokovalo snažan pad u drugom dijelu kolovoza i posezoni. Valamar očekuje da će turistički sektor i dalje biti pod utjecajem krize u 2021. godini dok se povratak u normalu očekuje u 2022. i 2023. godini.

Hrvatska je kao turistička destinacija pokazala stabilnost i atraktivnost u novonastalim uvjetima te ima priliku realizirati snažniji oporavak turističkog prometa već iduće godine iako će poslovanje i dalje biti pod utjecajem krize. Valamar je u proteklom razdoblju u turizam uložio 6 milijardi kuna, a u narednom periodu bit će važno održati likvidnost, očuvati radna mjesta, prilagoditi poslovanje utjecaju krize te pripremiti projekte za novi rast i razvoj kada se za to steknu uvjeti, priopćenje je iz Službe za odnose s javnošću Valamar Riviere d.d.
