Grad Dubrovnik u natječajnim uvjetima za izvođenje radova uvodi strože penale, čime će se optimizirati rokovi uređenja i saniranja gradskih prometnica i time ubrzati izvođenje radova, na zadovoljstvo građana i uz što manje ometanje odvijanja svakodnevnog života grada.

Naime, u budućim javnim natječajima i ugovorima za obavljanje ovih poslova postrožit će se i detaljnije propisati uvjeti izvođenja pojedinačnih zahvata, a koje prema nalozima nadležnih upravih tijela Grada Dubrovnika izvodi ugovorni izvođač, najavio je gradonačelnik Dubrovnika Mato Franković na jučerašnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

‘‘Penali će iznositi od 100 eura dnevno i više jer Grad ne može biti žrtva situacije da netko ne stiže izvršavati svoje ugovorne obveze, dok Grad sve svoje obveze uredna plaća i građani od nas očekuju da se posao odradi‘‘, kazao je također gradonačelnik Franković.

S ciljem ubrzanja izvođenja radova, Grad Dubrovnik će ove godine po prvi put razdvojiti javne nabave, i to za redovno i pojačano održavanje nerazvrstanih cesta i javnih prometnih površina. Dok redovno održavanje obuhvaća dežurstvo, zimsku službu i manje hitne popravke, pojačano održavanje obuhvaća veće radove na prometnicama.

Za postupak redovnog održavanja u tijeku je savjetovanje za dokumentaciju o nabavi koje traje do srijede, 10. svibnja, nakon čega će Grad Dubrovnik objaviti otvoreni postupak nabave s ciljem sklapanja dvogodišnjeg okvirnog sporazuma.

Drugi postupak nabave, onaj za pojačano održavanje nerazvrstanih cesta i javnih prometnih površina, provest će se po novom modelu, dinamičkim sustavom nabave. Po njemu će se na natječaj moći javiti svi zainteresirani gospodarski subjekti koji zadovoljavaju minimalne uvjete, inicijalno će se odobriti svi oni koji uvjete zadovoljavaju te će se, po potrebi, svima njima slati pozivi za dostavu ponuda za pojedine rekonstrukcije prometnica. Nabava za pojačano održavanje također će biti raspisana u narednom razdoblju.

Grad Dubrovnik u natječajnim uvjetima za izvođenje radova uvodi strože penale, čime će se optimizirati rokovi uređenja i saniranja gradskih prometnica i time ubrzati izvođenje radova, na zadovoljstvo građana i uz što manje ometanje odvijanja svakodnevnog života grada.

Naime, u budućim javnim natječajima i ugovorima za obavljanje ovih poslova postrožit će se i detaljnije propisati uvjeti izvođenja pojedinačnih zahvata, a koje prema nalozima nadležnih upravih tijela Grada Dubrovnika izvodi ugovorni izvođač, najavio je gradonačelnik Dubrovnika Mato Franković na jučerašnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

‘‘Penali će iznositi od 100 eura dnevno i više jer Grad ne može biti žrtva situacije da netko ne stiže izvršavati svoje ugovorne obveze, dok Grad sve svoje obveze uredna plaća i građani od nas očekuju da se posao odradi‘‘, kazao je također gradonačelnik Franković.

S ciljem ubrzanja izvođenja radova, Grad Dubrovnik će ove godine po prvi put razdvojiti javne nabave, i to za redovno i pojačano održavanje nerazvrstanih cesta i javnih prometnih površina. Dok redovno održavanje obuhvaća dežurstvo, zimsku službu i manje hitne popravke, pojačano održavanje obuhvaća veće radove na prometnicama.

Za postupak redovnog održavanja u tijeku je savjetovanje za dokumentaciju o nabavi koje traje do srijede, 10. svibnja, nakon čega će Grad Dubrovnik objaviti otvoreni postupak nabave s ciljem sklapanja dvogodišnjeg okvirnog sporazuma.

Drugi postupak nabave, onaj za pojačano održavanje nerazvrstanih cesta i javnih prometnih površina, provest će se po novom modelu, dinamičkim sustavom nabave. Po njemu će se na natječaj moći javiti svi zainteresirani gospodarski subjekti koji zadovoljavaju minimalne uvjete, inicijalno će se odobriti svi oni koji uvjete zadovoljavaju te će se, po potrebi, svima njima slati pozivi za dostavu ponuda za pojedine rekonstrukcije prometnica. Nabava za pojačano održavanje također će biti raspisana u narednom razdoblju.

Nema više ‘rastezanja‘ unedogled: Grad Dubrovnik uvodi strože penale za izvođenje radova, Franković otkrio i koliko će iznositi po danu

Grad Dubrovnik u natječajnim uvjetima za izvođenje radova uvodi strože penale, čime će se optimizirati rokovi uređenja i saniranja gradskih prometnica i time ubrzati izvođenje radova, na zadovoljstvo građana i uz što manje ometanje odvijanja svakodnevnog života grada.

Naime, u budućim javnim natječajima i ugovorima za obavljanje ovih poslova postrožit će se i detaljnije propisati uvjeti izvođenja pojedinačnih zahvata, a koje prema nalozima nadležnih upravih tijela Grada Dubrovnika izvodi ugovorni izvođač, najavio je gradonačelnik Dubrovnika Mato Franković na jučerašnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća.

‘‘Penali će iznositi od 100 eura dnevno i više jer Grad ne može biti žrtva situacije da netko ne stiže izvršavati svoje ugovorne obveze, dok Grad sve svoje obveze uredna plaća i građani od nas očekuju da se posao odradi‘‘, kazao je također gradonačelnik Franković.

S ciljem ubrzanja izvođenja radova, Grad Dubrovnik će ove godine po prvi put razdvojiti javne nabave, i to za redovno i pojačano održavanje nerazvrstanih cesta i javnih prometnih površina. Dok redovno održavanje obuhvaća dežurstvo, zimsku službu i manje hitne popravke, pojačano održavanje obuhvaća veće radove na prometnicama.

Za postupak redovnog održavanja u tijeku je savjetovanje za dokumentaciju o nabavi koje traje do srijede, 10. svibnja, nakon čega će Grad Dubrovnik objaviti otvoreni postupak nabave s ciljem sklapanja dvogodišnjeg okvirnog sporazuma.

Drugi postupak nabave, onaj za pojačano održavanje nerazvrstanih cesta i javnih prometnih površina, provest će se po novom modelu, dinamičkim sustavom nabave. Po njemu će se na natječaj moći javiti svi zainteresirani gospodarski subjekti koji zadovoljavaju minimalne uvjete, inicijalno će se odobriti svi oni koji uvjete zadovoljavaju te će se, po potrebi, svima njima slati pozivi za dostavu ponuda za pojedine rekonstrukcije prometnica. Nabava za pojačano održavanje također će biti raspisana u narednom razdoblju.
