- jedna vrećica vanilinog šećera
- malo limunove korice

- marmelada, čokoladni namaz ili namaz od lješnjaka

---Priprema:
U toplo mlijeko dodajte šećer, kvasac i brašno. Pustite da se digne.
Zagrijte mlijeko. Otopite maslac te ga pustite da se ohladi. U mlijeko dodajte jaje i zamutite smjesu.
U odvojenu, veću zdjelu stavite brašno, šećer, sol, koricu limuna, vanilin šećer, dignuti kvasac, mlijeko s jajem i otopljeni maslac.
Smjesu mijesite dok se ne krene odvajati od stijenki posude, zatim ga pokrijte krpom ili poklopite i pustite da se diže otprilike do svog dvostrukog obujma (na toplom mjestu).
Kada se tijesto udvostruči, mijesite ga i podijelite u 15 loptica. Svaku lopticu je zatim potrebno spljoštiti na dlan i na nju nanijeti punjenje po izboru. Kada nanesete punjenje, zavrnite dno kuglice, kako ne bi došlo do curenja tijekom pečenja. Ostavite svoje buhtle da se dižu na toplome još jednom, piše Coolinarika.

Zagrijte mlijeko. Otopite maslac te ga pustite da se ohladi. U mlijeko dodajte jaje i zamutite smjesu.
U odvojenu, veću zdjelu stavite brašno, šećer, sol, koricu limuna, vanilin šećer, dignuti kvasac, mlijeko s jajem i otopljeni maslac.
Smjesu mijesite dok se ne krene odvajati od stijenki posude, zatim ga pokrijte krpom ili poklopite i pustite da se diže otprilike do svog dvostrukog obujma (na toplom mjestu).
Kada se tijesto udvostruči, mijesite ga i podijelite u 15 loptica. Svaku lopticu je zatim potrebno spljoštiti na dlan i na nju nanijeti punjenje po izboru. Kada nanesete punjenje, zavrnite dno kuglice, kako ne bi došlo do curenja tijekom pečenja. Ostavite svoje buhtle da se dižu na toplome još jednom, piše Coolinarika.
