Nemojte čekati da vam bude loše ili da vam se razviju simptomi srčane bolesti.
Na kardiološki pregled trebali biste otići:
- ako to preporučuje vaš liječnik primarne zdravstvene zaštite
- ako osjećate bolove u prsima; to je prilično širok pojam koji može imati niz uzroka
- ako osjećate nedostatak zraka ili gušenje pri manjem naporu, naročito ako je to nova pojava
- ako ste primijetili srčanu aritmiju
- ako netko u vašoj obitelji ima ili je imao problema sa srcem
- ako imate povišen ukupni kolesterol - što je veći ukupni kolesterol (razine kolesterola od 5 mmol/L ili više), veći je i rizik za bolesti srca
- ako imate povišeni krvni tlak: sve vrijednosti više od 135/85 mmHg zahtijevaju odlazak liječniku
- ako ste aktivni ili bivši pušač
- ako ste dijabetičar - šećerna bolest može pridonijeti bolestima srca
Znakovi koji mogu ukazivati na bolesti srca
OTICANJE NOGU
Zadržavanje tekućine u nogama može biti uzrokovano bolestima srca. Drugim riječima, oticanje potkoljenica ili područja oko gležnjeva može biti posljedica oslabljenog rada srca te smanjene mogućnosti da srce pumpa krv u periferne organe, piše Živim.
TJESKOBA
Mnogi nikada ne bi posumnjali da prvi simptom problema sa srcem može biti tjeskoba. No, srčani udar može uzrokovati intenzivnu tjeskobu i osjećaj straha od smrti. Nemali je broj pacijenata prije srčanog udara doživio jak napadaj tjeskobe i straha.

Također, bol ne mora uvijek započeti u prsima, već se može prvo javiti u drugim dijelovima tijela poput lijeve ili desne ruke.
SLABOST I INTENZIVNI UMOR
Često ćemo umor pripisati proljeću ili vremenu, no ne mora uvijek biti tako. Osjećate li se umorno bez razloga ili pak osjećate veliki napor prilikom jednostavnih radnji kao što je hodanje, budite oprezni jer može biti povezano sa srcem.

Nemojte čekati da vam bude loše ili da vam se razviju simptomi srčane bolesti.
Na kardiološki pregled trebali biste otići:
- ako to preporučuje vaš liječnik primarne zdravstvene zaštite
- ako osjećate bolove u prsima; to je prilično širok pojam koji može imati niz uzroka
- ako osjećate nedostatak zraka ili gušenje pri manjem naporu, naročito ako je to nova pojava
- ako ste primijetili srčanu aritmiju
- ako netko u vašoj obitelji ima ili je imao problema sa srcem
- ako imate povišen ukupni kolesterol - što je veći ukupni kolesterol (razine kolesterola od 5 mmol/L ili više), veći je i rizik za bolesti srca
- ako imate povišeni krvni tlak: sve vrijednosti više od 135/85 mmHg zahtijevaju odlazak liječniku
- ako ste aktivni ili bivši pušač
- ako ste dijabetičar - šećerna bolest može pridonijeti bolestima srca

TJESKOBA
