Postoje mnoge biljke čije djelovanje može poboljšati pokretljivost probavnog trakta. Takozvane prokinetičke ljekovite biljke potpomažu probavu olakšavajući prolazak sadržaja kroz crijeva, a đumbir je među najučinkovitijima, piše Živim.

Za brže pražnjenje

Đumbir je prokinetička biljka broj jedan prema mišljenju stručnjaka koji se bave ljekovitim biljem. Osim što modulira upalni odgovor, ima antivirusno djelovanje i potiče cirkulaciju, učinkovito stimulira pokretljivost u probavnom traktu. Od davnina se koristi za liječenje probavnih tegoba, a istraživanja su pokazala da može povećati i ubrzati pražnjenje crijeva, što je od velike pomoći za osobe koje pate od gastropareze (otežano pražnjenje želuca u dvanaesnik zbog poremećenog motiliteta želuca). Dokazano je da đumbir utječe na enzime tripsin i pankreatsku lipazu tijekom probavnog procesa, što ubrzava motilitet i pražnjenje želuca.

Kako napraviti tonik

Dobar način da upotrijebite đumbir za ubrzavanje probave jest da pripremite tonik. U zdjelu stavite 2 šalice vode i zagrijte dok ne zakipi. Zatim u vodu dodajte naribani korijen đumbira, ostavite da vrije 3-4 minute, zatim prelijte napitak u šalicu i iscijedite u njega pola kriške limuna. Najbolje je da ovaj tonik pijete prije obroka, piše Živim.

Postoje mnoge biljke čije djelovanje može poboljšati pokretljivost probavnog trakta. Takozvane prokinetičke ljekovite biljke potpomažu probavu olakšavajući prolazak sadržaja kroz crijeva, a đumbir je među najučinkovitijima, piše Živim.

Za brže pražnjenje

Đumbir je prokinetička biljka broj jedan prema mišljenju stručnjaka koji se bave ljekovitim biljem. Osim što modulira upalni odgovor, ima antivirusno djelovanje i potiče cirkulaciju, učinkovito stimulira pokretljivost u probavnom traktu. Od davnina se koristi za liječenje probavnih tegoba, a istraživanja su pokazala da može povećati i ubrzati pražnjenje crijeva, što je od velike pomoći za osobe koje pate od gastropareze (otežano pražnjenje želuca u dvanaesnik zbog poremećenog motiliteta želuca). Dokazano je da đumbir utječe na enzime tripsin i pankreatsku lipazu tijekom probavnog procesa, što ubrzava motilitet i pražnjenje želuca.

Kako napraviti tonik

Dobar način da upotrijebite đumbir za ubrzavanje probave jest da pripremite tonik. U zdjelu stavite 2 šalice vode i zagrijte dok ne zakipi. Zatim u vodu dodajte naribani korijen đumbira, ostavite da vrije 3-4 minute, zatim prelijte napitak u šalicu i iscijedite u njega pola kriške limuna. Najbolje je da ovaj tonik pijete prije obroka, piše Živim.

Postoje mnoge biljke čije djelovanje može poboljšati pokretljivost probavnog trakta. Takozvane prokinetičke ljekovite biljke potpomažu probavu olakšavajući prolazak sadržaja kroz crijeva, a đumbir je među najučinkovitijima, piše Živim.

Đumbir je prokinetička biljka broj jedan prema mišljenju stručnjaka koji se bave ljekovitim biljem. Osim što modulira upalni odgovor, ima antivirusno djelovanje i potiče cirkulaciju, učinkovito stimulira pokretljivost u probavnom traktu.
