– Mi ne proizvodimo kamionske motore niti ih mariniziramo, ali imamo 100 godina iskustva u izradi izdržljivih i pouzdanih brodskih pogonskih strojeva – ističu u povodu prezentacije potpuno novog motora 6F21 iz francuske tvrtke Baudouin, čije je sjedište u Cassisu kod Marseillea. Prodaja toga common rail dizelaša kreće u ovoj godini, a riječ je o modelu sa 6 cilindara čija je zapremina 12,5 litara. Provrt i hod klipa su 127 x 165 mm, dok mu se turbopunjenje svježim zrakom odvija u dvije faze uz pomoć LP, a zatim i HP punjača.
Pumpa Bosch, injektori Liebherr
Kompaktni pogonski stroj iz zemlje galskih pijetlova ima rotaciju suprotno od smjera kazaljke na satu. Opremljen je najmodernijim sustavom common rail ubrizgavanja pod tlakom od 2200 bara, što uključuje high-end sustav injektora, što je glavni razlog zadovoljenja strogih normi emisije štetnih plinova, ali i postizanja kompetitivnih performansi.
Preciznije rečeno, u segmentu ubrizgavanja dizela, 6F21 ima njemačko-švicarska rješenja – Bosch izrađuje pumpu koja je ista kao i na Baudouin modelima M26.3, dok je injektore visoke protočnosti napravila grupacija Liebherr (osnovani u Njemačkoj, centrala u Bulleu u Švicarskoj). Motor u praznom hodu doseže 700 o/min, dok mu je maksimalni broj 2300 điri.
Dva sustava hlađenja
Svakako treba naglasiti kako ima dva neovisna sustava hlađenja (High Temperature i Low Temperature), duplex filtere ulja, vanjski predfilter goriva sa separatorom vode, kao i izmjenjivač topline mazivog ulja hlađen slatkom vodom. Francuzi također ističu kompaktnost motora čije su dimenzije: 1470 (dužina) – 1075 (visina) – 1100 (širina), pri čemu teži 1450 kilograma. Napominju da su konkurenti u toj klasi znatno duži i nešto teži.
Ovisno o željama kupaca, Baudouin isporučuje 6F21 u tri razine snage, ali je maksimalni broj okretaja uvijek isti – 2300 o/m. Za P3 Intermittent režim, koji predviđa 1000 – 3000 sati rada godišnje (turistički brodovi, ribarice...) šestak ima 815 KS i potrošnju od 155 l/h. Inačica za P4 Light Duty (manje od 1000 sati rada godišnje, brzi spasilački i patrolni brodovi...) nudi 900 KS uz potrošnju od 174 l svakog sata.
Verzija s 1000 konja
U verziji P5 High performance korisniku na raspolaganju stoji ravno 1000 konja, što, naravno, utječe i na potrošnju koja u tom slučaju iznosi 197 l dizela na sat. Novi francuski dizelaš, među ostalim, ima: sustav nadzora rada, 24 V DC voltažu, alternator od 190 A, senzor curenja goriva, nisku emisiju plinova u svim režimima rada, te individualne glave cilindara radi lakšeg servisa, čak i u vrlo malim strojarnicama. Baudouinov novi šestocilindrični dizelski motor će kod nas u ponudi uskoro imati ovlašteni uvoznik, tvrtka BluePower iz Dugopolja. (Ž. S.)

– Mi ne proizvodimo kamionske motore niti ih mariniziramo, ali imamo 100 godina iskustva u izradi izdržljivih i pouzdanih brodskih pogonskih strojeva – ističu u povodu prezentacije potpuno novog motora 6F21 iz francuske tvrtke Baudouin, čije je sjedište u Cassisu kod Marseillea. Prodaja toga common rail dizelaša kreće u ovoj godini, a riječ je o modelu sa 6 cilindara čija je zapremina 12,5 litara. Provrt i hod klipa su 127 x 165 mm, dok mu se turbopunjenje svježim zrakom odvija u dvije faze uz pomoć LP, a zatim i HP punjača.
Pumpa Bosch, injektori Liebherr
Kompaktni pogonski stroj iz zemlje galskih pijetlova ima rotaciju suprotno od smjera kazaljke na satu. Opremljen je najmodernijim sustavom common rail ubrizgavanja pod tlakom od 2200 bara, što uključuje high-end sustav injektora, što je glavni razlog zadovoljenja strogih normi emisije štetnih plinova, ali i postizanja kompetitivnih performansi.
Preciznije rečeno, u segmentu ubrizgavanja dizela, 6F21 ima njemačko-švicarska rješenja – Bosch izrađuje pumpu koja je ista kao i na Baudouin modelima M26.3, dok je injektore visoke protočnosti napravila grupacija Liebherr (osnovani u Njemačkoj, centrala u Bulleu u Švicarskoj). Motor u praznom hodu doseže 700 o/min, dok mu je maksimalni broj 2300 điri.
Dva sustava hlađenja
Svakako treba naglasiti kako ima dva neovisna sustava hlađenja (High Temperature i Low Temperature), duplex filtere ulja, vanjski predfilter goriva sa separatorom vode, kao i izmjenjivač topline mazivog ulja hlađen slatkom vodom. Francuzi također ističu kompaktnost motora čije su dimenzije: 1470 (dužina) – 1075 (visina) – 1100 (širina), pri čemu teži 1450 kilograma. Napominju da su konkurenti u toj klasi znatno duži i nešto teži.
Ovisno o željama kupaca, Baudouin isporučuje 6F21 u tri razine snage, ali je maksimalni broj okretaja uvijek isti – 2300 o/m. Za P3 Intermittent režim, koji predviđa 1000 – 3000 sati rada godišnje (turistički brodovi, ribarice...) šestak ima 815 KS i potrošnju od 155 l/h. Inačica za P4 Light Duty (manje od 1000 sati rada godišnje, brzi spasilački i patrolni brodovi...) nudi 900 KS uz potrošnju od 174 l svakog sata.
Verzija s 1000 konja
U verziji P5 High performance korisniku na raspolaganju stoji ravno 1000 konja, što, naravno, utječe i na potrošnju koja u tom slučaju iznosi 197 l dizela na sat. Novi francuski dizelaš, među ostalim, ima: sustav nadzora rada, 24 V DC voltažu, alternator od 190 A, senzor curenja goriva, nisku emisiju plinova u svim režimima rada, te individualne glave cilindara radi lakšeg servisa, čak i u vrlo malim strojarnicama. Baudouinov novi šestocilindrični dizelski motor će kod nas u ponudi uskoro imati ovlašteni uvoznik, tvrtka BluePower iz Dugopolja. (Ž. S.)

BAUDOUIN 6F21Francuzi su proizveli neuništivog dizelaša za ribarske i profesionalne brodice

– Mi ne proizvodimo kamionske motore niti ih mariniziramo, ali imamo 100 godina iskustva u izradi izdržljivih i pouzdanih brodskih pogonskih strojeva – ističu u povodu prezentacije potpuno novog motora 6F21 iz francuske tvrtke Baudouin, čije je sjedište u Cassisu kod Marseillea. Prodaja toga common rail dizelaša kreće u ovoj godini, a riječ je o modelu sa 6 cilindara čija je zapremina 12,5 litara. Provrt i hod klipa su 127 x 165 mm, dok mu se turbopunjenje svježim zrakom odvija u dvije faze uz pomoć LP, a zatim i HP punjača.
Pumpa Bosch, injektori Liebherr
Kompaktni pogonski stroj iz zemlje galskih pijetlova ima rotaciju suprotno od smjera kazaljke na satu. Opremljen je najmodernijim sustavom common rail ubrizgavanja pod tlakom od 2200 bara, što uključuje high-end sustav injektora, što je glavni razlog zadovoljenja strogih normi emisije štetnih plinova, ali i postizanja kompetitivnih performansi.
Preciznije rečeno, u segmentu ubrizgavanja dizela, 6F21 ima njemačko-švicarska rješenja – Bosch izrađuje pumpu koja je ista kao i na Baudouin modelima M26.3, dok je injektore visoke protočnosti napravila grupacija Liebherr (osnovani u Njemačkoj, centrala u Bulleu u Švicarskoj). Motor u praznom hodu doseže 700 o/min, dok mu je maksimalni broj 2300 điri.
Dva sustava hlađenja
Svakako treba naglasiti kako ima dva neovisna sustava hlađenja (High Temperature i Low Temperature), duplex filtere ulja, vanjski predfilter goriva sa separatorom vode, kao i izmjenjivač topline mazivog ulja hlađen slatkom vodom. Francuzi također ističu kompaktnost motora čije su dimenzije: 1470 (dužina) – 1075 (visina) – 1100 (širina), pri čemu teži 1450 kilograma. Napominju da su konkurenti u toj klasi znatno duži i nešto teži.
Ovisno o željama kupaca, Baudouin isporučuje 6F21 u tri razine snage, ali je maksimalni broj okretaja uvijek isti – 2300 o/m. Za P3 Intermittent režim, koji predviđa 1000 – 3000 sati rada godišnje (turistički brodovi, ribarice...) šestak ima 815 KS i potrošnju od 155 l/h. Inačica za P4 Light Duty (manje od 1000 sati rada godišnje, brzi spasilački i patrolni brodovi...) nudi 900 KS uz potrošnju od 174 l svakog sata.
Verzija s 1000 konja
U verziji P5 High performance korisniku na raspolaganju stoji ravno 1000 konja, što, naravno, utječe i na potrošnju koja u tom slučaju iznosi 197 l dizela na sat. Novi francuski dizelaš, među ostalim, ima: sustav nadzora rada, 24 V DC voltažu, alternator od 190 A, senzor curenja goriva, nisku emisiju plinova u svim režimima rada, te individualne glave cilindara radi lakšeg servisa, čak i u vrlo malim strojarnicama. Baudouinov novi šestocilindrični dizelski motor će kod nas u ponudi uskoro imati ovlašteni uvoznik, tvrtka BluePower iz Dugopolja. (Ž. S.)
