Kad god se želi istaknuti kvaliteta nekog štapa, prije ili kasnije spomenu se vodilice Fuji SIC. Je li to uistinu pravi pokazatelj kvalitete i što uopće znači SIC?

SiC je kemijski simbol za silicijev karbid, tvar od koje je izrađen unutarnji prstenasti dio provodnika na ribolovnom štapu. Silicijev karbid nastaje reakcijom kremenog pijeska i koksa u elektrolučnim pećima na temperaturama od 1900 do 2000 °C. Može biti zelene, žute, plave ili crne boje, što ovisi o nečistoćama koje može imati u svojem sastavu.

Tvrd kao dijamant

SiC kao materijal ima izvanredna kemijska i fizikalna svojstva. Vatrostalan je s ogromnom toplinskom vodljivošću čak 5,7 puta većom od provodnika Fuji Hard Ring.

To je važan detalj koji posebno dolazi do izražaja u trenucima kada velika riba počne velikom brzinom izvlačiti strunu i kada zbog trenja dolazi do naglog povećanja temperature koju SiC provodnik ne zadržava, čime vrlo uspješno čuva strunu od pregrijavanja i oštećenja.

SiC je i iznimno tvrd materijal, tek neznatno mekši od dijamanta, dok je 12 puta tvrđi od inoksa, što ga čini idealnim za rad s upredenicama. Premda izuzetno tvrd, može se polirati do visoke glatkoće iznimno niskog trenja. Ispoliran je vrlo gladak, čak i pod mikroskopskim uvećanjem.

SiC je dvadeset i više puta izdržljiviji od Fuji Hard Ringa, što su pokazala ekstremna testiranja koja je proveo Fuji.

S obzirom na težinu, i tu je u velikoj prednosti nad većinom drugih materijala. Radi usporedbe, čak je za trećinu lakši od inoksa.

Zbog svega navedenog, SiC se općenito smatra idealnim materijalom za izradu unutarnjeg, kliznog dijela provodnika.

Inače su SiC provodnicima prethodili metalni i keramički provodnici koji su bili vrlo podložni oštećenjima, a što se pokazalo posebno problematičnim kad su se na tržištu pojavile upredenice.

Zakon za upredenice

Osim za izradu provodnika na štapovima, SiC se standardno upotrebljava i za izradu okna visokih peći, posuda za taljenje metala, nosača u pećima za pečenje keramičkih posuda…

Također se iz njega izrađuju sapnice raketa, lopatice turbina i električna grijaća tijela za rad pri visokim temperaturama od 1100 do 1500 °C.

A Fuji, to je naziv japanskog brenda koji se, najjednostavnije rečeno, bavi opremanjem i komponiranjem štapova. Uglavnom ga se vezuje uz proizvodnju provodnika, okova, but plugova, držača rola te raznih komponenti koje možemo smatrati pratećim sadržajem u proizvodnji štapova.

SiC je kemijski simbol za silicijev karbid, tvar od koje je izrađen unutarnji prstenasti dio provodnika na ribolovnom štapu. Silicijev karbid nastaje reakcijom kremenog pijeska i koksa u elektrolučnim pećima na temperaturama od 1900 do 2000 °C. Može biti zelene, žute, plave ili crne boje, što ovisi o nečistoćama koje može imati u svojem sastavu.

Tvrd kao dijamant

SiC kao materijal ima izvanredna kemijska i fizikalna svojstva. Vatrostalan je s ogromnom toplinskom vodljivošću čak 5,7 puta većom od provodnika Fuji Hard Ring.

To je važan detalj koji posebno dolazi do izražaja u trenucima kada velika riba počne velikom brzinom izvlačiti strunu i kada zbog trenja dolazi do naglog povećanja temperature koju SiC provodnik ne zadržava, čime vrlo uspješno čuva strunu od pregrijavanja i oštećenja.

SiC je i iznimno tvrd materijal, tek neznatno mekši od dijamanta, dok je 12 puta tvrđi od inoksa, što ga čini idealnim za rad s upredenicama. Premda izuzetno tvrd, može se polirati do visoke glatkoće iznimno niskog trenja. Ispoliran je vrlo gladak, čak i pod mikroskopskim uvećanjem.

SiC je dvadeset i više puta izdržljiviji od Fuji Hard Ringa, što su pokazala ekstremna testiranja koja je proveo Fuji.

S obzirom na težinu, i tu je u velikoj prednosti nad većinom drugih materijala. Radi usporedbe, čak je za trećinu lakši od inoksa.

Zbog svega navedenog, SiC se općenito smatra idealnim materijalom za izradu unutarnjeg, kliznog dijela provodnika.

Inače su SiC provodnicima prethodili metalni i keramički provodnici koji su bili vrlo podložni oštećenjima, a što se pokazalo posebno problematičnim kad su se na tržištu pojavile upredenice.

Zakon za upredenice

Osim za izradu provodnika na štapovima, SiC se standardno upotrebljava i za izradu okna visokih peći, posuda za taljenje metala, nosača u pećima za pečenje keramičkih posuda…

Također se iz njega izrađuju sapnice raketa, lopatice turbina i električna grijaća tijela za rad pri visokim temperaturama od 1100 do 1500 °C.

A Fuji, to je naziv japanskog brenda koji se, najjednostavnije rečeno, bavi opremanjem i komponiranjem štapova. Uglavnom ga se vezuje uz proizvodnju provodnika, okova, but plugova, držača rola te raznih komponenti koje možemo smatrati pratećim sadržajem u proizvodnji štapova.

Kad god se želi istaknuti kvaliteta nekog štapa, prije ili kasnije spomenu se vodilice Fuji SIC. Je li to uistinu pravi pokazatelj kvalitete i što uopće znači SIC?
