Ulovio sam morskog psa čukova i prilikom čišćenja našao sam gomilu nekakvih crvića, pa me zanima o čemu se radi i može li se onda taj pas jesti?

Iz vašeg videa dobro se raspoznaje da je u pitanju morski pas čukov, lat. Mustelus mustelus. To je vrsta koja naraste do dva metra dužine, ali se najčešće love primjerci od metra, a važno je napomenuti i da je to jedna od rijetkih vrsta morskih pasa koja se može loviti u Jadranu, jer su mnoge druge već zaštićene.

Čukov je pridnena vrsta morskog psa koja živi uglavnom u plićim područjima do dvjestotinjak metara dubine, ali se u nekim područjima zna naći i dublje od 600 metara. O prehrani čukova se dosta zna pa možemo kazati da se najviše hrani manjim rakovima, glavonožcima, ali i manjim koštunjavim ribama.

Paraziti u morskom psu

U njegovu prehranu spadaju, iako rijetko, i neke vrste crvi, ali iz vaše snimke se jasno vidi da se tu ne radi o nikakvim uobičajenim crvima, već se definitivno radi o nekoj vrsti parazita. Nadalje, također je jasno da to nisu uobičajeni anisakisi o kojima se u zadnje vrijeme često govori i na koje se upozorava jer ih se može naći u raznim morskim organizmima, najčešće plavoj ribi, pri čemu konzumiranje tih zaraženih organizama bez prave termičke obrade može dovesti čak i do vrlo ozbiljnih posljedica po ljudsko zdravlje.

Ipak, neću vam moći posve točno odgovoriti na vaše pitanje o čemu se radi, ne samo što to i nije baš moje ekspertno područje, već i stoga što moji kolege koji se upravo bave morskim parazitima nisu mogli posve sigurno odgovoriti, s obzirom na to da bi za točnu identifikaciju trebali imati dotične parazite u svojim rukama da analiziraju određene podatke koji nisu vidljivi iz vašeg videa.

Zahvaljujući i informaciji da su nađeni u morskom psu čukovu kolege smatraju da se radi o nekoj vrsti nematoda (oblića), kojima inače pripada i anisakis, ali o kojoj se točno vrsti radi teško je reći. S obzirom na to da ovo nije prvi put u Jadranu da se ovakvi paraziti nalaze u čukovu, uputili su me na nekoliko znanstvenih radova koji se bave parazitima u toj vrsti morskog psa i prvi rad govori o infekciji čukova s vrstom Cucullanus micropapillatus, dok posljednji objavljeni rad prijavljuje vrstu Acanthocheilus rotundatus.

Obje vrste ovih parazita spadaju u podred Ascaridomorpha. Nažalost, usporedbom postojećih informacija nije bilo moguće odrediti radi li se o nekoj od ove dvije opisane vrste ili čak i nekoj trećoj, jer su se autori navedenih radova za preciznu identifikaciju tih parazita služili mikroskopskim pregledom te čak i DNK analizom, što nama u ovom slučaju nije bilo moguće. Inače, iako se pretpostavlja da su ovi paraziti u čukovu došli na način da je čukov pojeo organizme koji su ih već prije sadržavali, tj. segmentirane crve polihete, kopepodne rakove i manje ribe, s obzirom na učestalost i intenzitet zaraženosti postoji velika mogućnost da su određeni rakovi roda Liocarcinus, kojima se čukov najčešće hrani, zapravo glavni međudomaćini za ove nametnike.

Što se tiče patogenosti ovih parazita, tj. utjecaja na ljudsko zdravlje, za razliku od anisakisa za kojeg se već zna da uzrokuje anisakiozu, za ove vrste parazita se još ne zna potencijalni negativni utjecaj na ljudsko zdravlje. Doduše, to ne znači i da ne postoji, ali kako se morski psi baš i ne jedu sirovi, već gotovo uvijek postoji određena termička priprema prije konzumacije kojom se paraziti uništavaju, to vjerojatno znači da su šanse za infekciju ljudi s tim parazitima vrlo male. S druge strane, zna se njihov negativan utjecaj na zdravlje domaćina jer je ustanovljena korelacija između lošeg zdravstvenog stanja čukova s količinom parazita u tijelu. Zanimljivo je i da paraziti mogu poslužiti i kao indikatori načina hranjenja i prostorne rasprostranjenosti čukova, kao i drugih vrsta. Naime, vrste i količine parazita su specifične za određenu hranu i prostor, te se njihovom analizom može doći do spoznaje čime se neki grabežljivac hrani i gdje.

Ulovio sam morskog psa čukova i prilikom čišćenja našao sam gomilu nekakvih crvića, pa me zanima o čemu se radi i može li se onda taj pas jesti?

Iz vašeg videa dobro se raspoznaje da je u pitanju morski pas čukov, lat. Mustelus mustelus. To je vrsta koja naraste do dva metra dužine, ali se najčešće love primjerci od metra, a važno je napomenuti i da je to jedna od rijetkih vrsta morskih pasa koja se može loviti u Jadranu, jer su mnoge druge već zaštićene.

Čukov je pridnena vrsta morskog psa koja živi uglavnom u plićim područjima do dvjestotinjak metara dubine, ali se u nekim područjima zna naći i dublje od 600 metara. O prehrani čukova se dosta zna pa možemo kazati da se najviše hrani manjim rakovima, glavonožcima, ali i manjim koštunjavim ribama.

U njegovu prehranu spadaju, iako rijetko, i neke vrste crvi, ali iz vaše snimke se jasno vidi da se tu ne radi o nikakvim uobičajenim crvima, već se definitivno radi o nekoj vrsti parazita. Nadalje, također je jasno da to nisu uobičajeni anisakisi o kojima se u zadnje vrijeme često govori i na koje se upozorava jer ih se može naći u raznim morskim organizmima, najčešće plavoj ribi, pri čemu konzumiranje tih zaraženih organizama bez prave termičke obrade može dovesti čak i do vrlo ozbiljnih posljedica po ljudsko zdravlje.

Ipak, neću vam moći posve točno odgovoriti na vaše pitanje o čemu se radi, ne samo što to i nije baš moje ekspertno područje, već i stoga što moji kolege koji se upravo bave morskim parazitima nisu mogli posve sigurno odgovoriti, s obzirom na to da bi za točnu identifikaciju trebali imati dotične parazite u svojim rukama da analiziraju određene podatke koji nisu vidljivi iz vašeg videa.

Zahvaljujući i informaciji da su nađeni u morskom psu čukovu kolege smatraju da se radi o nekoj vrsti nematoda (oblića), kojima inače pripada i anisakis, ali o kojoj se točno vrsti radi teško je reći. S obzirom na to da ovo nije prvi put u Jadranu da se ovakvi paraziti nalaze u čukovu, uputili su me na nekoliko znanstvenih radova koji se bave parazitima u toj vrsti morskog psa i prvi rad govori o infekciji čukova s vrstom Cucullanus micropapillatus, dok posljednji objavljeni rad prijavljuje vrstu Acanthocheilus rotundatus.

Obje vrste ovih parazita spadaju u podred Ascaridomorpha. Nažalost, usporedbom postojećih informacija nije bilo moguće odrediti radi li se o nekoj od ove dvije opisane vrste ili čak i nekoj trećoj, jer su se autori navedenih radova za preciznu identifikaciju tih parazita služili mikroskopskim pregledom te čak i DNK analizom, što nama u ovom slučaju nije bilo moguće. Inače, iako se pretpostavlja da su ovi paraziti u čukovu došli na način da je čukov pojeo organizme koji su ih već prije sadržavali, tj. segmentirane crve polihete, kopepodne rakove i manje ribe, s obzirom na učestalost i intenzitet zaraženosti postoji velika mogućnost da su određeni rakovi roda Liocarcinus, kojima se čukov najčešće hrani, zapravo glavni međudomaćini za ove nametnike.

Što se tiče patogenosti ovih parazita, tj. utjecaja na ljudsko zdravlje, za razliku od anisakisa za kojeg se već zna da uzrokuje anisakiozu, za ove vrste parazita se još ne zna potencijalni negativni utjecaj na ljudsko zdravlje. Doduše, to ne znači i da ne postoji, ali kako se morski psi baš i ne jedu sirovi, već gotovo uvijek postoji određena termička priprema prije konzumacije kojom se paraziti uništavaju, to vjerojatno znači da su šanse za infekciju ljudi s tim parazitima vrlo male. S druge strane, zna se njihov negativan utjecaj na zdravlje domaćina jer je ustanovljena korelacija između lošeg zdravstvenog stanja čukova s količinom parazita u tijelu. Zanimljivo je i da paraziti mogu poslužiti i kao indikatori načina hranjenja i prostorne rasprostranjenosti čukova, kao i drugih vrsta. Naime, vrste i količine parazita su specifične za određenu hranu i prostor, te se njihovom analizom može doći do spoznaje čime se neki grabežljivac hrani i gdje.
