U akvatoriju pulske luke gorio je brod, a potom je gorivo iscurilo u more. Srećom, bila je to simulacija, odnosno vježba provjere spremnosti hitnih službi Županijskog operativnog centra (ŽOC) za intervenciju kod pomorske nezgode, piše Glas Istre.

Kapetanica Lučke kapetanije Pula i zapovjednica istarskog ŽOC-a Dolores Brenko Škerjanc pojasnila je tijek vježbe koji se sastojao od simuliranog požara na jednom plovilu, nakon čega se preko Centra 195 uključila Lučka kapetanija koja je zatražila pomoć Pomorske policije.

- Kada smo utvrdili što se dešava pozvani su vatrogasci koji su sudjelovali sa svojim plovilima i pristupili gašenju. Nadalje, tijekom vježbe simulirani su i havarija broda te onečišćenje mora ugljikovodikom i drugim tvarima, nakon čega se preko Centra 112 aktivirao ŽOC i pristupilo se sanaciji onečišćenja, rekla je Brenko Škerjanc.

Načelnik stožera Civilne zaštite i Županijski vatrogasni zapovjednik Dino Kozlevac pojasnio je da je angažiran sustav protiv širenja onečišćenja te a da se čitava aktivnost provodila na barži Obalne straže.

- Cilj nam je bio isprobati novu opremu, odnosno zaštitne brane i ostalo, koja je malo drugačijeg tipa od one koju imamo. Imali smo određene poteškoće koje ćemo otkloniti narednih dana. Mogu ustvrditi da je vježba uspjela, ne samo radi demonstracije, nego prije svega provjeravanja opreme koja će poslužiti svojoj svrsi. Nadamo se da scenarij koji smo imali nećemo gledati u stvarnosti, ali se za njega pripremamo. Službe su spremne i imat ćemo odgovor na svaki problem, a koliko ćemo biti uspješni ovisi o mnogo faktora poput klime i meteo uvjeta- kazao je Kozlevac, podsjetivši na slučaj iz 2008. koji su uspješno riješili. Bio je to turiski teretni brod UND Adriyatik koji se zapalio kraj zapadne obale Istre.

- Ova je vježba sastavni dio aktivnosti koje provodimo prije svakog ljeta. I sada su sve službe bile uključene, ukupno stotinjak sudionika iz Istre. Od Lučke kapetanije, Luke Pula, Lučke uprave, policije, Obalne službe, vatrogasaca, Dezinsekcije i drugih žurnih službi, zaključio je Kozlevac.

Vježba je organizirana temeljem godišnjeg programa Županijskog operativnog centra te se provodi u sklopu projekta FIRESPILL financiranog iz Programa Interreg Italija - Hrvatska 2014. - 2020. Voditelj Odsjeka za zaštitu prirode i okoliša u Upravnom odjelu za održivi razvoj Istarske županije, ujedno i voditelj FIRESPILL-a za Istarsku županiju, Bruno Kostelić, istaknuo je da se FIRESPILL pokazao kao vrlo dobar model suradnje sa žurnim službama te će i ubuduće na taj način koncipirati projekte kako bi osigurali vrijednu opremu sredstvima iz EU fondova.

U akvatoriju pulske luke gorio je brod, a potom je gorivo iscurilo u more. Srećom, bila je to simulacija, odnosno vježba provjere spremnosti hitnih službi Županijskog operativnog centra (ŽOC) za intervenciju kod pomorske nezgode, piše Glas Istre.

Kapetanica Lučke kapetanije Pula i zapovjednica istarskog ŽOC-a Dolores Brenko Škerjanc pojasnila je tijek vježbe koji se sastojao od simuliranog požara na jednom plovilu, nakon čega se preko Centra 195 uključila Lučka kapetanija koja je zatražila pomoć Pomorske policije.

- Kada smo utvrdili što se dešava pozvani su vatrogasci koji su sudjelovali sa svojim plovilima i pristupili gašenju. Nadalje, tijekom vježbe simulirani su i havarija broda te onečišćenje mora ugljikovodikom i drugim tvarima, nakon čega se preko Centra 112 aktivirao ŽOC i pristupilo se sanaciji onečišćenja, rekla je Brenko Škerjanc.

Načelnik stožera Civilne zaštite i Županijski vatrogasni zapovjednik Dino Kozlevac pojasnio je da je angažiran sustav protiv širenja onečišćenja te a da se čitava aktivnost provodila na barži Obalne straže.

- Cilj nam je bio isprobati novu opremu, odnosno zaštitne brane i ostalo, koja je malo drugačijeg tipa od one koju imamo. Imali smo određene poteškoće koje ćemo otkloniti narednih dana. Mogu ustvrditi da je vježba uspjela, ne samo radi demonstracije, nego prije svega provjeravanja opreme koja će poslužiti svojoj svrsi. Nadamo se da scenarij koji smo imali nećemo gledati u stvarnosti, ali se za njega pripremamo. Službe su spremne i imat ćemo odgovor na svaki problem, a koliko ćemo biti uspješni ovisi o mnogo faktora poput klime i meteo uvjeta- kazao je Kozlevac, podsjetivši na slučaj iz 2008. koji su uspješno riješili. Bio je to turiski teretni brod UND Adriyatik koji se zapalio kraj zapadne obale Istre.

- Ova je vježba sastavni dio aktivnosti koje provodimo prije svakog ljeta. I sada su sve službe bile uključene, ukupno stotinjak sudionika iz Istre. Od Lučke kapetanije, Luke Pula, Lučke uprave, policije, Obalne službe, vatrogasaca, Dezinsekcije i drugih žurnih službi, zaključio je Kozlevac.

Vježba je organizirana temeljem godišnjeg programa Županijskog operativnog centra te se provodi u sklopu projekta FIRESPILL financiranog iz Programa Interreg Italija - Hrvatska 2014. - 2020. Voditelj Odsjeka za zaštitu prirode i okoliša u Upravnom odjelu za održivi razvoj Istarske županije, ujedno i voditelj FIRESPILL-a za Istarsku županiju, Bruno Kostelić, istaknuo je da se FIRESPILL pokazao kao vrlo dobar model suradnje sa žurnim službama te će i ubuduće na taj način koncipirati projekte kako bi osigurali vrijednu opremu sredstvima iz EU fondova.

U akvatoriju pulske luke gorio je brod, a potom je gorivo iscurilo u more. Srećom, bila je to simulacija, odnosno vježba provjere spremnosti hitnih službi Županijskog operativnog centra (ŽOC) za intervenciju kod pomorske nezgode, piše Glas Istre.

Kapetanica Lučke kapetanije Pula i zapovjednica istarskog ŽOC-a Dolores Brenko Škerjanc pojasnila je tijek vježbe koji se sastojao od simuliranog požara na jednom plovilu, nakon čega se preko Centra 195 uključila Lučka kapetanija koja je zatražila pomoć Pomorske policije.

- Kada smo utvrdili što se dešava pozvani su vatrogasci koji su sudjelovali sa svojim plovilima i pristupili gašenju. Nadalje, tijekom vježbe simulirani su i havarija broda te onečišćenje mora ugljikovodikom i drugim tvarima, nakon čega se preko Centra 112 aktivirao ŽOC i pristupilo se sanaciji onečišćenja, rekla je Brenko Škerjanc.

Načelnik stožera Civilne zaštite i Županijski vatrogasni zapovjednik Dino Kozlevac pojasnio je da je angažiran sustav protiv širenja onečišćenja te a da se čitava aktivnost provodila na barži Obalne straže.

- Cilj nam je bio isprobati novu opremu, odnosno zaštitne brane i ostalo, koja je malo drugačijeg tipa od one koju imamo. Imali smo određene poteškoće koje ćemo otkloniti narednih dana. Mogu ustvrditi da je vježba uspjela, ne samo radi demonstracije, nego prije svega provjeravanja opreme koja će poslužiti svojoj svrsi. Nadamo se da scenarij koji smo imali nećemo gledati u stvarnosti, ali se za njega pripremamo. Službe su spremne i imat ćemo odgovor na svaki problem, a koliko ćemo biti uspješni ovisi o mnogo faktora poput klime i meteo uvjeta- kazao je Kozlevac, podsjetivši na slučaj iz 2008. koji su uspješno riješili. Bio je to turiski teretni brod UND Adriyatik koji se zapalio kraj zapadne obale Istre.

- Ova je vježba sastavni dio aktivnosti koje provodimo prije svakog ljeta. I sada su sve službe bile uključene, ukupno stotinjak sudionika iz Istre. Od Lučke kapetanije, Luke Pula, Lučke uprave, policije, Obalne službe, vatrogasaca, Dezinsekcije i drugih žurnih službi, zaključio je Kozlevac.

Vježba je organizirana temeljem godišnjeg programa Županijskog operativnog centra te se provodi u sklopu projekta FIRESPILL financiranog iz Programa Interreg Italija - Hrvatska 2014. - 2020.
