Lanac marina ACI u prvih je šest mjeseci ove godine ostvario poslovne prihode od 98 milijuna kuna, što je za 4,6 milijuna više nego u istom razdoblju rekordne 2019. godine te bruto dobit od 3,2 milijuna kuna, priopćeno je u srijedu iz te kompanije.

U odnosu na isto razdoblje lani, ostvareni prihodi su veći za 16,4 milijuna kuna ili 20 posto.  

Uz to, navode iz te kompanije, nakon prošlogodišnjih 44 milijuna kuna investicija u izvrsnost infrastrukture i usluge, samo u prvih 6 mjeseci ove godine taj iznos premašen je za čak 3,9 milijuna kuna, odnosno ukupno je realizirano 47,9 milijuna kuna novih ulaganja.

Pritom se najvažnija ulaganja odnose na izvođenje radova na rekonstrukciji infrastrukture, uklanjanje gata „I“ i izgradnji obalnog zida u marini Dubrovnik (27,9 milijuna kuna), radove na adaptaciji apartmana u marinama Rab i Milna (1,9 milijuna kuna), izvođenje radova podmorskih pregleda, radova na sanaciji sidrenih sustava gatova i plovila u marini Trogir (4,7 milijuna kuna), uređenje parkirališta uz implementaciju sustava upravljanja parkiralištem u marinama Jezera i Pomer te druga ulaganja u cilju oplemenjivanja i podizanja standarda kvalitete u marinama diljem zemlje. 

Rezultati investicija, temeljite i adekvatne pripreme za sezonu u ACI marinama te ublažavanja mjera vidljivi su i na prihodima od prodaje, ističu iz kompanije, dodavši da su u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine porasli za 15,6 milijuna kuna ili 20 posto, dosegnuvši 94,6 milijuna kuna. 

Najveći porast zabilježen je kod usluga dnevnog veza i najamnina, koji čini 76 posto ukupnog povećanja. Naime, prihodi od dnevnog veza povećani su za 9,4 milijuna kuna ili za 113 posto, a paralelno s njima povećani su i prihodi od ostalih usluga nautičarima, koji su u odnosu na usporedno razdbolje veći za 1,4 milijuna kuna ili 25 posto. 

U prvom polugodištu ostvaren je pozitivni financijski rezultat od 3,2 milijuna kuna, nakon gubitka u istom lanjskom razdoblju od 4,6 milijuna kuna, dok ostvarena EBITDA bila 36,2 milijuna kuna, što je 7 milijuna ili 24 posto više.

„Tijekom prvih šest mjeseci ove godine uložili smo u sustav ukupno 47,9 milijuna kuna, a nastavak investicijskog ciklusa planira se na jesen. Prvenstveno smo posvećeni dobivanju lokacijske dozvole za izgradnju ACI marine Rijeka u Porto Barošu, kao zajednički pothvat tvrtke  ACI-GITONE, a od strateške važnosti je i produljenje rokova trajanja koncesijskih ugovora za naše marine, bez čega buduća ulaganja nisu isplativa“, poručio je predsjednik Uprave ACI-ja Kristijan Pavić.

Dodao je i da su zadovoljni rezultatima poslovanja tijekom prve polovine godine, no i da očekuju još značajnije rezultate tijekom idućeg razdoblja, s obzirom da se vrhunac nautičke sezone, posebno kad se govori o tranzitima, očekuje tijekom srpnja i kolovoza.

Lanac marina ACI u prvih je šest mjeseci ove godine ostvario poslovne prihode od 98 milijuna kuna, što je za 4,6 milijuna više nego u istom razdoblju rekordne 2019. godine te bruto dobit od 3,2 milijuna kuna, priopćeno je u srijedu iz te kompanije.

U odnosu na isto razdoblje lani, ostvareni prihodi su veći za 16,4 milijuna kuna ili 20 posto.  

Uz to, navode iz te kompanije, nakon prošlogodišnjih 44 milijuna kuna investicija u izvrsnost infrastrukture i usluge, samo u prvih 6 mjeseci ove godine taj iznos premašen je za čak 3,9 milijuna kuna, odnosno ukupno je realizirano 47,9 milijuna kuna novih ulaganja.

Pritom se najvažnija ulaganja odnose na izvođenje radova na rekonstrukciji infrastrukture, uklanjanje gata „I“ i izgradnji obalnog zida u marini Dubrovnik (27,9 milijuna kuna), radove na adaptaciji apartmana u marinama Rab i Milna (1,9 milijuna kuna), izvođenje radova podmorskih pregleda, radova na sanaciji sidrenih sustava gatova i plovila u marini Trogir (4,7 milijuna kuna), uređenje parkirališta uz implementaciju sustava upravljanja parkiralištem u marinama Jezera i Pomer te druga ulaganja u cilju oplemenjivanja i podizanja standarda kvalitete u marinama diljem zemlje. 

Rezultati investicija, temeljite i adekvatne pripreme za sezonu u ACI marinama te ublažavanja mjera vidljivi su i na prihodima od prodaje, ističu iz kompanije, dodavši da su u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine porasli za 15,6 milijuna kuna ili 20 posto, dosegnuvši 94,6 milijuna kuna. 

Najveći porast zabilježen je kod usluga dnevnog veza i najamnina, koji čini 76 posto ukupnog povećanja. Naime, prihodi od dnevnog veza povećani su za 9,4 milijuna kuna ili za 113 posto, a paralelno s njima povećani su i prihodi od ostalih usluga nautičarima, koji su u odnosu na usporedno razdbolje veći za 1,4 milijuna kuna ili 25 posto. 

U prvom polugodištu ostvaren je pozitivni financijski rezultat od 3,2 milijuna kuna, nakon gubitka u istom lanjskom razdoblju od 4,6 milijuna kuna, dok ostvarena EBITDA bila 36,2 milijuna kuna, što je 7 milijuna ili 24 posto više.

„Tijekom prvih šest mjeseci ove godine uložili smo u sustav ukupno 47,9 milijuna kuna, a nastavak investicijskog ciklusa planira se na jesen. Prvenstveno smo posvećeni dobivanju lokacijske dozvole za izgradnju ACI marine Rijeka u Porto Barošu, kao zajednički pothvat tvrtke  ACI-GITONE, a od strateške važnosti je i produljenje rokova trajanja koncesijskih ugovora za naše marine, bez čega buduća ulaganja nisu isplativa“, poručio je predsjednik Uprave ACI-ja Kristijan Pavić.

Dodao je i da su zadovoljni rezultatima poslovanja tijekom prve polovine godine, no i da očekuju još značajnije rezultate tijekom idućeg razdoblja, s obzirom da se vrhunac nautičke sezone, posebno kad se govori o tranzitima, očekuje tijekom srpnja i kolovoza.

Lanac marina ACI u prvih je šest mjeseci ove godine ostvario poslovne prihode od 98 milijuna kuna, što je za 4,6 milijuna više nego u istom razdoblju rekordne 2019. godine te bruto dobit od 3,2 milijuna kuna, priopćeno je u srijedu iz te kompanije.

U odnosu na isto razdoblje lani, ostvareni prihodi su veći za 16,4 milijuna kuna ili 20 posto.  

Uz to, navode iz te kompanije, nakon prošlogodišnjih 44 milijuna kuna investicija u izvrsnost infrastrukture i usluge, samo u prvih 6 mjeseci ove godine taj iznos premašen je za čak 3,9 milijuna kuna, odnosno ukupno je realizirano 47,9 milijuna kuna novih ulaganja.

Pritom se najvažnija ulaganja odnose na izvođenje radova na rekonstrukciji infrastrukture, uklanjanje gata „I“ i izgradnji obalnog zida u marini Dubrovnik (27,9 milijuna kuna), radove na adaptaciji apartmana u marinama Rab i Milna (1,9 milijuna kuna), izvođenje radova podmorskih pregleda, radova na sanaciji sidrenih sustava gatova i plovila u marini Trogir (4,7 milijuna kuna), uređenje parkirališta uz implementaciju sustava upravljanja parkiralištem u marinama Jezera i Pomer te druga ulaganja u cilju oplemenjivanja i podizanja standarda kvalitete u marinama diljem zemlje. 

Rezultati investicija, temeljite i adekvatne pripreme za sezonu u ACI marinama te ublažavanja mjera vidljivi su i na prihodima od prodaje, ističu iz kompanije, dodavši da su u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine porasli za 15,6 milijuna kuna ili 20 posto, dosegnuvši 94,6 milijuna kuna. 

Najveći porast zabilježen je kod usluga dnevnog veza i najamnina, koji čini 76 posto ukupnog povećanja. Naime, prihodi od dnevnog veza povećani su za 9,4 milijuna kuna ili za 113 posto, a paralelno s njima povećani su i prihodi od ostalih usluga nautičarima, koji su u odnosu na usporedno razdbolje veći za 1,4 milijuna kuna ili 25 posto.
