U Pločama je u tijeku jednomjesečni javni uvid, koji traje do 26. ožujka, u još jedne izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana uređenja grada Ploča, najvažnijega dokumenta jedinice lokalne samouprave. Zadnje izmjene i dopune napravljene su prije četiri godine, a u međuvremenu su zaprimane inicijative pravnih i fizičkih osoba za izmjenama i dopunama plana.

Osim toga, nadležna gradska upravna tijela uočila su određena ograničenja važećeg plana vezana uz realizaciju novonastalih razvojnih potreba na području grada, a od zadnjih izmjena došlo je i do izmjena regulative s područja prostornog uređenja, te izmjena iz kojih proizlazi nužno ažuriranje podloga plana, odnosno georeferenciranje plana u službenoj kartografskoj projekciji.

Najnovijim, ograničenim izmjenama i dopunama želi se postići usklađenje plana sa zakonom i ZoG-om, usklađenje s posebnim propisima donesenim od stupanja na snagu plana, odnosno njegove posljednje novelacije te sa zahtjevima javnopravnih tijela koja će se prikupiti u postupku izrade izmjena i dopuna plana, usklađenje plana s Prostornim planom Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, a moguća je točkasta izmjena granice građevinskih područja naselja, uključivo i neznatna proširenja tih područja u površini do najviše 3,2 hektara, što u odnosu na ukupnu površinu građevinskih područja naselja od 332,84 hektara čini površinu jedan posto.

Kada je u pitanju proširenje građevinskog područja, ono je jednim dijelom vezano uz zahtjeve iznajmljivača turističkih sadržaja. Poznato je da se na gradskome području zadnjih godina povećao broj osoba koje se bave aktivnostima vezanim uz turizam, no jedan dio turističkih objekata nije legaliziran, dok određeni broj objekata njihovi vlasnici žele nadograditi, odnosno proširiti. O njihovim zahtjevima očitovat će se i javno – pravna tijela, u ovom slučaju ima ih 60-ak, poput Hrvatskih voda, Hrvatskih šuma, HAC-a, HŽ-a itd.

Jedna od kapitalnih investicija, koja je već dugi niz godina tema u Pločama i za koju su u Grad do sada stizala pisma namjere, jest marina. Do sada su odrađeni brojni preduvjeti za njezinu izgradnju na bivšem vojnom području između Ploča i Baćine.

Poznato je kako je resorno ministarstvo vratilo Gradu to atraktivno zemljište, a Hrvatska vojska ga je dodatno uredila vlastitom mehanizacijom na području bivše Tehničke radionice. No, također vrlo interesantno područje Sidrišta još uvijek ima vojnu namjenu u PP grada Ploča i treba ga uskladiti s PP Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, po kojemu je luka nautičkog turizma.

Podsjetimo, izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana prije četiri godine, među ostalim, u akvatoriju Ploča planirana je lokacija za slijetanje i polijetanje hidroaviona, planirana je izgradnja interventnog helidroma na lokaciji gospodarske zone Vranjak 3, definirane su morske luke i privezišta na području grada Ploča, ucrtan je koridor jonsko-jadranskog plinovoda, predložene su samostojeće sunčane elektrane na lokaciji Sestrun i Pranjare, ucrtana je varijanta sustava odvodnje grada Ploča s uređajem za pročišćavanje i podmorskim ispustom unutar luke Ploče itd.

Investitor ovogodišnjih ograničenih izmjena i dopuna je Grad Ploče, a izrađivač je tvrtka "Grgurević i partneri" iz Zagreba.

U Pločama je u tijeku jednomjesečni javni uvid, koji traje do 26. ožujka, u još jedne izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana uređenja grada Ploča, najvažnijega dokumenta jedinice lokalne samouprave. Zadnje izmjene i dopune napravljene su prije četiri godine, a u međuvremenu su zaprimane inicijative pravnih i fizičkih osoba za izmjenama i dopunama plana.

Osim toga, nadležna gradska upravna tijela uočila su određena ograničenja važećeg plana vezana uz realizaciju novonastalih razvojnih potreba na području grada, a od zadnjih izmjena došlo je i do izmjena regulative s područja prostornog uređenja, te izmjena iz kojih proizlazi nužno ažuriranje podloga plana, odnosno georeferenciranje plana u službenoj kartografskoj projekciji.

Najnovijim, ograničenim izmjenama i dopunama želi se postići usklađenje plana sa zakonom i ZoG-om, usklađenje s posebnim propisima donesenim od stupanja na snagu plana, odnosno njegove posljednje novelacije te sa zahtjevima javnopravnih tijela koja će se prikupiti u postupku izrade izmjena i dopuna plana, usklađenje plana s Prostornim planom Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, a moguća je točkasta izmjena granice građevinskih područja naselja, uključivo i neznatna proširenja tih područja u površini do najviše 3,2 hektara, što u odnosu na ukupnu površinu građevinskih područja naselja od 332,84 hektara čini površinu jedan posto.

Kada je u pitanju proširenje građevinskog područja, ono je jednim dijelom vezano uz zahtjeve iznajmljivača turističkih sadržaja. Poznato je da se na gradskome području zadnjih godina povećao broj osoba koje se bave aktivnostima vezanim uz turizam, no jedan dio turističkih objekata nije legaliziran, dok određeni broj objekata njihovi vlasnici žele nadograditi, odnosno proširiti. O njihovim zahtjevima očitovat će se i javno – pravna tijela, u ovom slučaju ima ih 60-ak, poput Hrvatskih voda, Hrvatskih šuma, HAC-a, HŽ-a itd.

Jedna od kapitalnih investicija, koja je već dugi niz godina tema u Pločama i za koju su u Grad do sada stizala pisma namjere, jest marina. Do sada su odrađeni brojni preduvjeti za njezinu izgradnju na bivšem vojnom području između Ploča i Baćine.

Poznato je kako je resorno ministarstvo vratilo Gradu to atraktivno zemljište, a Hrvatska vojska ga je dodatno uredila vlastitom mehanizacijom na području bivše Tehničke radionice. No, također vrlo interesantno područje Sidrišta još uvijek ima vojnu namjenu u PP grada Ploča i treba ga uskladiti s PP Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, po kojemu je luka nautičkog turizma.

Podsjetimo, izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana prije četiri godine, među ostalim, u akvatoriju Ploča planirana je lokacija za slijetanje i polijetanje hidroaviona, planirana je izgradnja interventnog helidroma na lokaciji gospodarske zone Vranjak 3, definirane su morske luke i privezišta na području grada Ploča, ucrtan je koridor jonsko-jadranskog plinovoda, predložene su samostojeće sunčane elektrane na lokaciji Sestrun i Pranjare, ucrtana je varijanta sustava odvodnje grada Ploča s uređajem za pročišćavanje i podmorskim ispustom unutar luke Ploče itd.

Investitor ovogodišnjih ograničenih izmjena i dopuna je Grad Ploče, a izrađivač je tvrtka "Grgurević i partneri" iz Zagreba.

U Pločama je u tijeku jednomjesečni javni uvid, koji traje do 26. ožujka, u još jedne izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana uređenja grada Ploča, najvažnijega dokumenta jedinice lokalne samouprave. Zadnje izmjene i dopune napravljene su prije četiri godine, a u međuvremenu su zaprimane inicijative pravnih i fizičkih osoba za izmjenama i dopunama plana.

Osim toga, nadležna gradska upravna tijela uočila su određena ograničenja važećeg plana vezana uz realizaciju novonastalih razvojnih potreba na području grada, a od zadnjih izmjena došlo je i do izmjena regulative s područja prostornog uređenja, te izmjena iz kojih proizlazi nužno ažuriranje podloga plana, odnosno georeferenciranje plana u službenoj kartografskoj projekciji.

Najnovijim, ograničenim izmjenama i dopunama želi se postići usklađenje plana sa zakonom i ZoG-om, usklađenje s posebnim propisima donesenim od stupanja na snagu plana, odnosno njegove posljednje novelacije te sa zahtjevima javnopravnih tijela koja će se prikupiti u postupku izrade izmjena i dopuna plana, usklađenje plana s Prostornim planom Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, a moguća je točkasta izmjena granice građevinskih područja naselja, uključivo i neznatna proširenja tih područja u površini do najviše 3,2 hektara, što u odnosu na ukupnu površinu građevinskih područja naselja od 332,84 hektara čini površinu jedan posto.

Kada je u pitanju proširenje građevinskog područja, ono je jednim dijelom vezano uz zahtjeve iznajmljivača turističkih sadržaja. Poznato je da se na gradskome području zadnjih godina povećao broj osoba koje se bave aktivnostima vezanim uz turizam, no jedan dio turističkih objekata nije legaliziran, dok određeni broj objekata njihovi vlasnici žele nadograditi, odnosno proširiti. O njihovim zahtjevima očitovat će se i javno – pravna tijela, u ovom slučaju ima ih 60-ak, poput Hrvatskih voda, Hrvatskih šuma, HAC-a, HŽ-a itd.

Jedna od kapitalnih investicija, koja je već dugi niz godina tema u Pločama i za koju su u Grad do sada stizala pisma namjere, jest marina. Do sada su odrađeni brojni preduvjeti za njezinu izgradnju na bivšem vojnom području između Ploča i Baćine.

Poznato je kako je resorno ministarstvo vratilo Gradu to atraktivno zemljište, a Hrvatska vojska ga je dodatno uredila vlastitom mehanizacijom na području bivše Tehničke radionice. No, također vrlo interesantno područje Sidrišta još uvijek ima vojnu namjenu u PP grada Ploča i treba ga uskladiti s PP Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, po kojemu je luka nautičkog turizma.

Podsjetimo, izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana prije četiri godine, među ostalim, u akvatoriju Ploča planirana je lokacija za slijetanje i polijetanje hidroaviona, planirana je izgradnja interventnog helidroma na lokaciji gospodarske zone Vranjak 3, definirane su morske luke i privezišta na području grada Ploča, ucrtan je koridor jonsko-jadranskog plinovoda, predložene su samostojeće sunčane elektrane na lokaciji Sestrun i Pranjare, ucrtana je varijanta sustava odvodnje grada Ploča s uređajem za pročišćavanje i podmorskim ispustom unutar luke Ploče itd.

Investitor ovogodišnjih ograničenih izmjena i dopuna je Grad Ploče, a izrađivač je tvrtka "Grgurević i partneri" iz Zagreba.
