Lučka uprava Zadar (LUZ)  službeno je preuzela upravljanje Marinom Zadar, najvrednijim resursom u samom centru grada čije je budućnost godinama bila predmet maratonskih sudskih sporova.

Time je konačno stavljena "točka na i" važne odluke iz listopada prošle godine kojom se to lučko područje i pomorsko dobro daje LUZ-u na privremeno gospodarsko korištenje, na razdoblje od jedne godine i to računajući od dana preuzimanja upravljanja.

Od listopada pa sve do 6. ožujka trajao je složen proces prijenosa prava i obveza u kojem su sudjelovali Lučka kapetanija i stručne službe LUZ-a te predstavnici bivšeg koncesionara Tankerkomerca. Jedan od najvažnijih koraka je svakako bio sačuvati radna mjesta za 21 radnika koji su sada postali zaposlenici LUZ-a na određeno vrijeme. Zbog toga je državna Lučka uprava morala promijeniti sistematizaciju radnih mjesta, a obveza će biti prenijeta na novog koncesionira, tako da nitko od zaposlenika neće ostati na ulici. Nove ugovore je do danas prihvatilo 16 radnika.

Osim radnika, na LUZ su prebačeni svi režijski troškovi te usluge Marine Zadar, ali ne sve. Naime, LUZ je trebao preuzeti pontone s vezovima, ali je tijekom procesa utvrđeno da oni nisu u vlasništvu marine nego Tankerkomerca d.d.. Državna ustanova stoga nije htjela kupiti pontone već će za njih privremeno plaćati najam, a obvezu kupnje prebacit će na novog koncesionira. Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, obavljena je i revizija vezova tijekom koje je pronađeno nekoliko nerigistrianih vezova koji su sada legalizirani.

S obzirom da se Lučka uprava ne može baviti ugostiteljskim uslugama i naplatom parkiranja, postojeći kafić u marini će se zatvoriti, a parking postaje besplatan. Takvo će stanje ostati sve do izbora novog koncesionara.

Lučka uprava Zadar ima rok od godine dana za pripremu marine za novog koncesionara. Očekuje se velik interes investitora i rekordna ponuda za fiksnu i varijabilnu koncesijsku naknadu. Želja je natječaj raspisati što prije, kako bi se državna tvrtka rasteretila privremenog troška, ali i kako bi novi koncesionar mogao krenuti s uređenjem marine i obnovom zapuštenih objekata.   

Posjetimo, nakon godina sudovanja, Trgovački sud u Zadru je u siječnju 2020. godine donio presudu prema kojoj je zadarskoj tvrtki Tankerkomerc naloženo da u roku od dva tjedna državi vrati Marinu Zadar, i to tako da je preda Ministarstvu pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture. Riječ je o tvrtki koja je u vlasništvu Croduxa, umirovljenog generala Ivana Čermaka koja je godinama upravljala Marinom bez koncesijskog odobrenja.

Nakon toga, Vlada je izradila prijedlog odluke kojom će Lučka uprava ući u posjed Marine Zadar na određeno vrijeme od godinu dana, kada bi trebao biti objavljen novi natječaj za dodjelu koncesije. Ta primopredaja sad je finalizirana. 

Nekad ekskluzivni prostor u srcu Zadra danas je u potpunosti devastirana zgrada u kojoj je više puta planuo požar. Tijekom posljednjeg prije pet godine izgorio je namještaj i dio inventara zgrade, ali i popucala stakla, zbog čega se pretvorila u gradsko ruglo.

Lučka uprava Zadar (LUZ)  službeno je preuzela upravljanje Marinom Zadar, najvrednijim resursom u samom centru grada čije je budućnost godinama bila predmet maratonskih sudskih sporova.

Time je konačno stavljena "točka na i" važne odluke iz listopada prošle godine kojom se to lučko područje i pomorsko dobro daje LUZ-u na privremeno gospodarsko korištenje, na razdoblje od jedne godine i to računajući od dana preuzimanja upravljanja.

Od listopada pa sve do 6. ožujka trajao je složen proces prijenosa prava i obveza u kojem su sudjelovali Lučka kapetanija i stručne službe LUZ-a te predstavnici bivšeg koncesionara Tankerkomerca. Jedan od najvažnijih koraka je svakako bio sačuvati radna mjesta za 21 radnika koji su sada postali zaposlenici LUZ-a na određeno vrijeme. Zbog toga je državna Lučka uprava morala promijeniti sistematizaciju radnih mjesta, a obveza će biti prenijeta na novog koncesionira, tako da nitko od zaposlenika neće ostati na ulici. Nove ugovore je do danas prihvatilo 16 radnika.

Osim radnika, na LUZ su prebačeni svi režijski troškovi te usluge Marine Zadar, ali ne sve. Naime, LUZ je trebao preuzeti pontone s vezovima, ali je tijekom procesa utvrđeno da oni nisu u vlasništvu marine nego Tankerkomerca d.d.. Državna ustanova stoga nije htjela kupiti pontone već će za njih privremeno plaćati najam, a obvezu kupnje prebacit će na novog koncesionira. Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, obavljena je i revizija vezova tijekom koje je pronađeno nekoliko nerigistrianih vezova koji su sada legalizirani.

S obzirom da se Lučka uprava ne može baviti ugostiteljskim uslugama i naplatom parkiranja, postojeći kafić u marini će se zatvoriti, a parking postaje besplatan. Takvo će stanje ostati sve do izbora novog koncesionara.

Lučka uprava Zadar ima rok od godine dana za pripremu marine za novog koncesionara. Očekuje se velik interes investitora i rekordna ponuda za fiksnu i varijabilnu koncesijsku naknadu. Želja je natječaj raspisati što prije, kako bi se državna tvrtka rasteretila privremenog troška, ali i kako bi novi koncesionar mogao krenuti s uređenjem marine i obnovom zapuštenih objekata.   

Posjetimo, nakon godina sudovanja, Trgovački sud u Zadru je u siječnju 2020. godine donio presudu prema kojoj je zadarskoj tvrtki Tankerkomerc naloženo da u roku od dva tjedna državi vrati Marinu Zadar, i to tako da je preda Ministarstvu pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture. Riječ je o tvrtki koja je u vlasništvu Croduxa, umirovljenog generala Ivana Čermaka koja je godinama upravljala Marinom bez koncesijskog odobrenja.

Nakon toga, Vlada je izradila prijedlog odluke kojom će Lučka uprava ući u posjed Marine Zadar na određeno vrijeme od godinu dana, kada bi trebao biti objavljen novi natječaj za dodjelu koncesije. Ta primopredaja sad je finalizirana. 

Nekad ekskluzivni prostor u srcu Zadra danas je u potpunosti devastirana zgrada u kojoj je više puta planuo požar. Tijekom posljednjeg prije pet godine izgorio je namještaj i dio inventara zgrade, ali i popucala stakla, zbog čega se pretvorila u gradsko ruglo.

Lučka uprava Zadar (LUZ)  službeno je preuzela upravljanje Marinom Zadar, najvrednijim resursom u samom centru grada čije je budućnost godinama bila predmet maratonskih sudskih sporova.

Time je konačno stavljena "točka na i" važne odluke iz listopada prošle godine kojom se to lučko područje i pomorsko dobro daje LUZ-u na privremeno gospodarsko korištenje, na razdoblje od jedne godine i to računajući od dana preuzimanja upravljanja.

Od listopada pa sve do 6. ožujka trajao je složen proces prijenosa prava i obveza u kojem su sudjelovali Lučka kapetanija i stručne službe LUZ-a te predstavnici bivšeg koncesionara Tankerkomerca. Jedan od najvažnijih koraka je svakako bio sačuvati radna mjesta za 21 radnika koji su sada postali zaposlenici LUZ-a na određeno vrijeme. Zbog toga je državna Lučka uprava morala promijeniti sistematizaciju radnih mjesta, a obveza će biti prenijeta na novog koncesionira, tako da nitko od zaposlenika neće ostati na ulici. Nove ugovore je do danas prihvatilo 16 radnika.
