Nastavljaju se natječaji za odabir brodara koji će pružati javnu uslugu javnog obalnog linijskog pomorskog prijevoza na državnim trajektnim linijama 338 Lopar – Valbiska i obratno i 831 Suđurađ – (Lopud) – Dubrovnik i obratno, objavila je Agencija za obalni linijski pomorski promet.

Državna komisija za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave je dana 12. veljače 2021. godine na svojim službenim stranicama objavila rješenja donesena povodom žalbi izjavljenih na dokumentaciju o nabavi u svakom od postupaka. Žalbe su odbijene kao neosnovane, čime su stvoreni uvjeti za nastavak postupaka.

Obavijesti o izmjenama ili dodatnim informacijama biti će objavljene u Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave Republike Hrvatske, očekivano tijekom ovog tjedna, te će istima biti određen novi rok za dostavu ponuda.

UGOVOR ZA LINIJU KORČULA – OREBIĆ ČEKA OKONČANJE ŽALBENOG POSTUPKA

A zbog izjavljene žalbe protiv odluke o odabiru brodara na državnoj brodskoj liniji 614 Korčula–Orebić i obratno, ugovor s odabranim ponuditeljem ne može se potpisati do trenutka dostave odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave strankama kojom se žalba odbacuje, odbija ili se obustavlja žalbeni postupak.

Po primitku odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave Agencija će poduzeti potrebne radnje sukladno predmetnoj odluci, objavljeno je iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet.

Nastavljaju se natječaji za odabir brodara koji će pružati javnu uslugu javnog obalnog linijskog pomorskog prijevoza na državnim trajektnim linijama 338 Lopar – Valbiska i obratno i 831 Suđurađ – (Lopud) – Dubrovnik i obratno, objavila je Agencija za obalni linijski pomorski promet.

Državna komisija za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave je dana 12. veljače 2021. godine na svojim službenim stranicama objavila rješenja donesena povodom žalbi izjavljenih na dokumentaciju o nabavi u svakom od postupaka. Žalbe su odbijene kao neosnovane, čime su stvoreni uvjeti za nastavak postupaka.

Obavijesti o izmjenama ili dodatnim informacijama biti će objavljene u Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave Republike Hrvatske, očekivano tijekom ovog tjedna, te će istima biti određen novi rok za dostavu ponuda.

UGOVOR ZA LINIJU KORČULA – OREBIĆ ČEKA OKONČANJE ŽALBENOG POSTUPKA

A zbog izjavljene žalbe protiv odluke o odabiru brodara na državnoj brodskoj liniji 614 Korčula–Orebić i obratno, ugovor s odabranim ponuditeljem ne može se potpisati do trenutka dostave odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave strankama kojom se žalba odbacuje, odbija ili se obustavlja žalbeni postupak.

Po primitku odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave Agencija će poduzeti potrebne radnje sukladno predmetnoj odluci, objavljeno je iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet.

Nastavljaju se natječaji za odabir brodara koji će pružati javnu uslugu javnog obalnog linijskog pomorskog prijevoza na državnim trajektnim linijama 338 Lopar – Valbiska i obratno i 831 Suđurađ – (Lopud) – Dubrovnik i obratno, objavila je Agencija za obalni linijski pomorski promet.

Državna komisija za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave je dana 12. veljače 2021. godine na svojim službenim stranicama objavila rješenja donesena povodom žalbi izjavljenih na dokumentaciju o nabavi u svakom od postupaka. Žalbe su odbijene kao neosnovane, čime su stvoreni uvjeti za nastavak postupaka.

Obavijesti o izmjenama ili dodatnim informacijama biti će objavljene u Elektroničkom oglasniku javne nabave Republike Hrvatske, očekivano tijekom ovog tjedna, te će istima biti određen novi rok za dostavu ponuda.

UGOVOR ZA LINIJU KORČULA – OREBIĆ ČEKA OKONČANJE ŽALBENOG POSTUPKA

A zbog izjavljene žalbe protiv odluke o odabiru brodara na državnoj brodskoj liniji 614 Korčula–Orebić i obratno, ugovor s odabranim ponuditeljem ne može se potpisati do trenutka dostave odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave strankama kojom se žalba odbacuje, odbija ili se obustavlja žalbeni postupak.

Po primitku odluke Državne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave Agencija će poduzeti potrebne radnje sukladno predmetnoj odluci, objavljeno je iz Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet.
