Palma de Mallorca, luka s 419.400 stanovnika na španjolskom otoku Mallorci, ograničila je uplovljavanje turističkih kruzera na tri po danu čime je nakon Dubrovnika postala drugi grad na Mediteranu s ovakvom mjerom, izvijestila je španjolska novinska agencija EFE.

"Turizam treba biti uravnotežen zbog stanovnika koji ondje žive. Potrebno je poštivati njihova prava", rekla je predsjednica autonomne vlade Balearskih otoka Francina Armengol.

Balearski otoci - Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca i Formentera - popularna su destinacija turistima iz Njemačke i Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva.

Neki dijelovi bili su prenapučeni turistima prijašnjih godina pa je regionalna vlada dogovorila s Međunarodnom udrugom kruzerskih linija (CLIA) da u luku Palma de Mallorca do 2023. godine smiju uplovljavati maksimalno tri kruzera dnevno. Samo jedan od njih smije biti megakruzer s više od 5.000 putnika.

Jedino će tijekom ove ljetne sezone, već započete, biti dopušten ulazak četiri kruzera ali samo tijekom 18 dana u čitavoj godini.

Kruzeri u prosjeku ne smiju u jednom tjednu dovesti više od 8.000 turista.

Na Balearskim otocima živi 1,2 milijuna stanovnika.

Dogovor tamošnje vlade i udruge kruzera postignut je nakon dvogodišnjih pregovora, okončanih u prosincu u Hamburgu, a sada je potpisan.

Španjolsku s 47 milijuna stanovnika posjetilo je u ožujku 4 milijuna turista. To je 70 posto gostiju iz rekordne 2019. godine.

Nakon izbijanja koronavirusa 2020. godine to je ožujak s najviše turista u zadnje dvije godine.

Palma de Mallorca, luka s 419.400 stanovnika na španjolskom otoku Mallorci, ograničila je uplovljavanje turističkih kruzera na tri po danu čime je nakon Dubrovnika postala drugi grad na Mediteranu s ovakvom mjerom, izvijestila je španjolska novinska agencija EFE.

"Turizam treba biti uravnotežen zbog stanovnika koji ondje žive. Potrebno je poštivati njihova prava", rekla je predsjednica autonomne vlade Balearskih otoka Francina Armengol.

Balearski otoci - Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca i Formentera - popularna su destinacija turistima iz Njemačke i Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva.

Neki dijelovi bili su prenapučeni turistima prijašnjih godina pa je regionalna vlada dogovorila s Međunarodnom udrugom kruzerskih linija (CLIA) da u luku Palma de Mallorca do 2023. godine smiju uplovljavati maksimalno tri kruzera dnevno. Samo jedan od njih smije biti megakruzer s više od 5.000 putnika.

Jedino će tijekom ove ljetne sezone, već započete, biti dopušten ulazak četiri kruzera ali samo tijekom 18 dana u čitavoj godini.

Kruzeri u prosjeku ne smiju u jednom tjednu dovesti više od 8.000 turista.

Na Balearskim otocima živi 1,2 milijuna stanovnika.

Dogovor tamošnje vlade i udruge kruzera postignut je nakon dvogodišnjih pregovora, okončanih u prosincu u Hamburgu, a sada je potpisan.

Španjolsku s 47 milijuna stanovnika posjetilo je u ožujku 4 milijuna turista. To je 70 posto gostiju iz rekordne 2019. godine.

Nakon izbijanja koronavirusa 2020. godine to je ožujak s najviše turista u zadnje dvije godine.

Palma de Mallorca, luka s 419.400 stanovnika na španjolskom otoku Mallorci, ograničila je uplovljavanje turističkih kruzera na tri po danu čime je nakon Dubrovnika postala drugi grad na Mediteranu s ovakvom mjerom, izvijestila je španjolska novinska agencija EFE.

"Turizam treba biti uravnotežen zbog stanovnika koji ondje žive. Potrebno je poštivati njihova prava", rekla je predsjednica autonomne vlade Balearskih otoka Francina Armengol.

Balearski otoci - Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca i Formentera - popularna su destinacija turistima iz Njemačke i Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva.

Neki dijelovi bili su prenapučeni turistima prijašnjih godina pa je regionalna vlada dogovorila s Međunarodnom udrugom kruzerskih linija (CLIA) da u luku Palma de Mallorca do 2023. godine smiju uplovljavati maksimalno tri kruzera dnevno. Samo jedan od njih smije biti megakruzer s više od 5.000 putnika.

Jedino će tijekom ove ljetne sezone, već započete, biti dopušten ulazak četiri kruzera ali samo tijekom 18 dana u čitavoj godini.

Kruzeri u prosjeku ne smiju u jednom tjednu dovesti više od 8.000 turista.

Na Balearskim otocima živi 1,2 milijuna stanovnika.

Dogovor tamošnje vlade i udruge kruzera postignut je nakon dvogodišnjih pregovora, okončanih u prosincu u Hamburgu, a sada je potpisan.

Španjolsku s 47 milijuna stanovnika posjetilo je u ožujku 4 milijuna turista. To je 70 posto gostiju iz rekordne 2019. godine.

Nakon izbijanja koronavirusa 2020. godine to je ožujak s najviše turista u zadnje dvije godine.
