Predstavnikci Međunarodne hidrografske organizacije (IHO), Europskog udruženja pomorskih peljara (EMPA) i CMPA 10. studenog boravili su u radnome posjetu Hrvatskome hidrografskom institutu, u čijim prostorijama je održan sastanak u prisustvu predstavnika Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Glavna tema radnog sastanka bilo je predstavljanje univerzalnog hidrografskog modela S-100, koji će biti osnova za razvoj IMO-ovog koncepta e-navigacije.

Radnome sastanku i predstavljanju modela S-100 uz ravnateljicu HHI-ja Vinku Kolić ispred resornog Ministarstva sudjelovao je ravnatelj Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe kap. Siniša Orlić, sa suradnicima, dok je na sastanaku ispred Međunarodne hidrografske organizacije (IHO) sudjelovao kontraadmiral Luigi Sinapi, predsjednik Europskog pomorskog udruženja peljara (EMPA) kap. Erik Delage te predsjednik i tajnik Udruge pomorskih peljara Republike Hrvatske (CMPA) kap. Petar Bubić i kap. Darian Turk.

Direktor IHO-a Luigi Sinapi predstavio je univerzalni hidrografski model S-100, koji će biti osnova za razvoj IMO-ovog koncepta e-navigacije. U tom smislu implementacija modela S-100 neće obvezivati samo hidrografske urede na izradu nove generacije elektroničkih pomorskih karata iz formata S-57 u format S-101, već se odnosi na transformaciju i digitalizaciju cijelog pomorskog sektora te će uključivati i izradu drugih modela S-100. Uvođenje modela S-100 započinje 1. siječnja 2026., a u potpunosti će se primjenjivati od 1. siječnja 2030. Ravnateljica HHI-ja Vinka Kolić prezentirala je hidrografsku djelatnost RH, status HHI-ja kao i planove vezane za razvoj HHI-ja u skladu s novim univerzalnim hidrografskim modelom S-100.

S obzirom na potrebu podizanja razine svijesti o implementaciji univerzalnog hidrografskog modela S-100 te uključivanju brojnih dionika pomorskog sektora, HHI i MMPI načelno su se složili o potrebi osnivanja Nacionalnog odbora za provedbu i koordiniranje modela S-100.

Po uzoru na druge renomirane hidrografske urede, u pogledu suradnje s pomorskim peljarima kao bitnim krajnjim korisnicima proizvoda S-100 te sudionicima implementacije standarda S-100, HHI je s Udrugom pomorskih peljara Republike Hrvatske potpisao Sporazum o tehničkoj suradnji, s naglaskom na testiranje budućih proizvoda S-100. Predstavnik EMPA-e kap. Erik Delage pohvalio je inicijativu i suradnju s pomorskim peljarima te je istaknuo važnost implementacije modela S-100 i testiranja novih proizvoda, a posebno S-101 (ENC) i S-102 (batimetrija).

Predstavnikci Međunarodne hidrografske organizacije (IHO), Europskog udruženja pomorskih peljara (EMPA) i CMPA 10. studenog boravili su u radnome posjetu Hrvatskome hidrografskom institutu, u čijim prostorijama je održan sastanak u prisustvu predstavnika Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Glavna tema radnog sastanka bilo je predstavljanje univerzalnog hidrografskog modela S-100, koji će biti osnova za razvoj IMO-ovog koncepta e-navigacije.

Radnome sastanku i predstavljanju modela S-100 uz ravnateljicu HHI-ja Vinku Kolić ispred resornog Ministarstva sudjelovao je ravnatelj Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe kap. Siniša Orlić, sa suradnicima, dok je na sastanaku ispred Međunarodne hidrografske organizacije (IHO) sudjelovao kontraadmiral Luigi Sinapi, predsjednik Europskog pomorskog udruženja peljara (EMPA) kap. Erik Delage te predsjednik i tajnik Udruge pomorskih peljara Republike Hrvatske (CMPA) kap. Petar Bubić i kap. Darian Turk.

Direktor IHO-a Luigi Sinapi predstavio je univerzalni hidrografski model S-100, koji će biti osnova za razvoj IMO-ovog koncepta e-navigacije. U tom smislu implementacija modela S-100 neće obvezivati samo hidrografske urede na izradu nove generacije elektroničkih pomorskih karata iz formata S-57 u format S-101, već se odnosi na transformaciju i digitalizaciju cijelog pomorskog sektora te će uključivati i izradu drugih modela S-100. Uvođenje modela S-100 započinje 1. siječnja 2026., a u potpunosti će se primjenjivati od 1. siječnja 2030. Ravnateljica HHI-ja Vinka Kolić prezentirala je hidrografsku djelatnost RH, status HHI-ja kao i planove vezane za razvoj HHI-ja u skladu s novim univerzalnim hidrografskim modelom S-100.

S obzirom na potrebu podizanja razine svijesti o implementaciji univerzalnog hidrografskog modela S-100 te uključivanju brojnih dionika pomorskog sektora, HHI i MMPI načelno su se složili o potrebi osnivanja Nacionalnog odbora za provedbu i koordiniranje modela S-100.

Po uzoru na druge renomirane hidrografske urede, u pogledu suradnje s pomorskim peljarima kao bitnim krajnjim korisnicima proizvoda S-100 te sudionicima implementacije standarda S-100, HHI je s Udrugom pomorskih peljara Republike Hrvatske potpisao Sporazum o tehničkoj suradnji, s naglaskom na testiranje budućih proizvoda S-100. Predstavnikci Međunarodne hidrografske organizacije (IHO), Europskog udruženja pomorskih peljara (EMPA) i CMPA 10. studenog boravili su u radnome posjetu Hrvatskome hidrografskom institutu, u čijim prostorijama je održan sastanak u prisustvu predstavnika Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Glavna tema radnog sastanka bilo je predstavljanje univerzalnog hidrografskog modela S-100, koji će biti osnova za razvoj IMO-ovog koncepta e-navigacije.

Radnome sastanku i predstavljanju modela S-100 uz ravnateljicu HHI-ja Vinku Kolić ispred resornog Ministarstva sudjelovao je ravnatelj Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe kap. Siniša Orlić, sa suradnicima, dok je na sastanaku ispred Međunarodne hidrografske organizacije (IHO) sudjelovao kontraadmiral Luigi Sinapi, predsjednik Europskog pomorskog udruženja peljara (EMPA) kap. Erik Delage te predsjednik i tajnik Udruge pomorskih peljara Republike Hrvatske (CMPA) kap. Petar Bubić i kap. Darian Turk.

Direktor IHO-a Luigi Sinapi predstavio je univerzalni hidrografski model S-100, koji će biti osnova za razvoj IMO-ovog koncepta e-navigacije. U tom smislu implementacija modela S-100 neće obvezivati samo hidrografske urede na izradu nove generacije elektroničkih pomorskih karata iz formata S-57 u format S-101, već se odnosi na transformaciju i digitalizaciju cijelog pomorskog sektora te će uključivati i izradu drugih modela S-100. Uvođenje modela S-100 započinje 1. siječnja 2026., a u potpunosti će se primjenjivati od 1. siječnja 2030. Ravnateljica HHI-ja Vinka Kolić prezentirala je hidrografsku djelatnost RH, status HHI-ja kao i planove vezane za razvoj HHI-ja u skladu s novim univerzalnim hidrografskim modelom S-100.

S obzirom na potrebu podizanja razine svijesti o implementaciji univerzalnog hidrografskog modela S-100 te uključivanju brojnih dionika pomorskog sektora, HHI i MMPI načelno su se složili o potrebi osnivanja Nacionalnog odbora za provedbu i koordiniranje modela S-100.

Po uzoru na druge renomirane hidrografske urede, u pogledu suradnje s pomorskim peljarima kao bitnim krajnjim korisnicima proizvoda S-100 te sudionicima implementacije standarda S-100, HHI je s Udrugom pomorskih peljara Republike Hrvatske potpisao Sporazum o tehničkoj suradnji, s naglaskom na testiranje budućih proizvoda S-100. Predstavnik EMPA-e kap. Erik Delage pohvalio je inicijativu i suradnju s pomorskim peljarima te je istaknuo važnost implementacije modela S-100 i testiranja novih proizvoda, a posebno S-101 (ENC) i S-102 (batimetrija).
