Iznimno rijedak narančasti hlap spašen je od sigurne smrti iz akvarija u trgovini namirnicama, gdje je čekao da ga netko kupi i pojede, nakon što je voditelj trgovine primijetio da ga drugi hlapovi napadaju, piše Guardian.

- Odskakao je od drugih. Nije baš da svaki dan vidite hlapa koji izgleda kao da je već skuhan, a hoda naokolo - rekla je Niki Lundquist, čiji suprug vodi trgovinu u Ontariju, gdje je hlap otkriven.

Životinja je tjednima bila tamo i, na svu sreću, nitko ga nije htio kupiti. Niki i njen suprug su ga najprije mislili vratiti u ocean. To je putovanje od gotovo tisuću kilometara koje su naumili poduzeti da ga vrate nazad u more, gdje pripada.

- Biti ulovljen u moru, a onda zaglaviti u akvariju čini se kao prilično loš način života, pa smo počeli razmišljati o tome što bismo mi mogli napraviti da mu pomognemo - kaže Niki.

Na kraju su ona i suprug platili 16 dolara za njega, spremili ga u prijenosni akvarij i odnijeli ga u akvarij u Torontu. Iz njega su im nakon nekoliko dana javili da je premješten u novi dom, prenosi Jutarnji.

- Nedavno smo spasili Pinchyja, veoma rijetkog narančastog hlapa, iz trgovine, odakle su ga sjajni ljudi donijeli k nama. Nevjerojatno je koliko je on rijedak: samo 1 od 30 milijuna hlapova rodi se ovakav. On se veoma dobro snašao u novom domu i odlično mu je tamo - objavili su iz akvarija.

Većina hlapa je, naime, tamno plava ili zelena, kako bi se skrili od pogleda predatora. No, genetička mutacija dovodi do toga da su nekad žuti ili narančasti. Među najrjeđima je ‘Halloween‘, koji ima dvije boje: polovica mu je crna, a polovica narančasta. Takvo se biće pojavi jednom na sto milijuna hlapa. Ima i onih koje se naziva ‘duhovima‘, jer su bijeli ili prozirni.

Pinchyjevo spašavanje je drugo poznato zadnjih dana - prošlog vikenda je, naime, restoran u Arizoni primijetio jednog istog takvog i poklonio ga Scottsdale akvariju.

Ne zna se koliko dugo jastozi mogu živjeti u zatočeništvu - neki smatraju kako bi moglo biti riječ o čak stotinu godina. Svakako, Pinchyjev životni vijek sasvim sigurno će biti puno duži od nesretnika njegove vrste koji su ostali u onom akvariju i sasvim sigurno su već na nečijem tanjuru.

Njega će oni koji su ga spasili posjećivati.

- Mislim da se Pinchy nas neće sjećati, ali mi njega definitivno hoćemo. Nikad nisam mislila da ću toliko zavoljeti hlapove - zaključila je Niki.

Iznimno rijedak narančasti hlap spašen je od sigurne smrti iz akvarija u trgovini namirnicama, gdje je čekao da ga netko kupi i pojede, nakon što je voditelj trgovine primijetio da ga drugi hlapovi napadaju, piše Guardian.

- Odskakao je od drugih. Nije baš da svaki dan vidite hlapa koji izgleda kao da je već skuhan, a hoda naokolo - rekla je Niki Lundquist, čiji suprug vodi trgovinu u Ontariju, gdje je hlap otkriven.

Životinja je tjednima bila tamo i, na svu sreću, nitko ga nije htio kupiti. Niki i njen suprug su ga najprije mislili vratiti u ocean. To je putovanje od gotovo tisuću kilometara koje su naumili poduzeti da ga vrate nazad u more, gdje pripada.

- Biti ulovljen u moru, a onda zaglaviti u akvariju čini se kao prilično loš način života, pa smo počeli razmišljati o tome što bismo mi mogli napraviti da mu pomognemo - kaže Niki.

Na kraju su ona i suprug platili 16 dolara za njega, spremili ga u prijenosni akvarij i odnijeli ga u akvarij u Torontu. Iz njega su im nakon nekoliko dana javili da je premješten u novi dom, prenosi Jutarnji.

- Nedavno smo spasili Pinchyja, veoma rijetkog narančastog hlapa, iz trgovine, odakle su ga sjajni ljudi donijeli k nama. Nevjerojatno je koliko je on rijedak: samo 1 od 30 milijuna hlapova rodi se ovakav. On se veoma dobro snašao u novom domu i odlično mu je tamo - objavili su iz akvarija.

Većina hlapa je, naime, tamno plava ili zelena, kako bi se skrili od pogleda predatora. No, genetička mutacija dovodi do toga da su nekad žuti ili narančasti. Među najrjeđima je ‘Halloween‘, koji ima dvije boje: polovica mu je crna, a polovica narančasta. Takvo se biće pojavi jednom na sto milijuna hlapa. Ima i onih koje se naziva ‘duhovima‘, jer su bijeli ili prozirni.

Pinchyjevo spašavanje je drugo poznato zadnjih dana - prošlog vikenda je, naime, restoran u Arizoni primijetio jednog istog takvog i poklonio ga Scottsdale akvariju.

Ne zna se koliko dugo jastozi mogu živjeti u zatočeništvu - neki smatraju kako bi moglo biti riječ o čak stotinu godina. Svakako, Pinchyjev životni vijek sasvim sigurno će biti puno duži od nesretnika njegove vrste koji su ostali u onom akvariju i sasvim sigurno su već na nečijem tanjuru.

Njega će oni koji su ga spasili posjećivati.

- Mislim da se Pinchy nas neće sjećati, ali mi njega definitivno hoćemo. Nikad nisam mislila da ću toliko zavoljeti hlapove - zaključila je Niki.

Iznimno rijedak narančasti hlap spašen je od sigurne smrti iz akvarija u trgovini namirnicama, gdje je čekao da ga netko kupi i pojede, nakon što je voditelj trgovine primijetio da ga drugi hlapovi napadaju, piše Guardian.

- Odskakao je od drugih. Nije baš da svaki dan vidite hlapa koji izgleda kao da je već skuhan, a hoda naokolo - rekla je Niki Lundquist, čiji suprug vodi trgovinu u Ontariju, gdje je hlap otkriven.

Životinja je tjednima bila tamo i, na svu sreću, nitko ga nije htio kupiti. Niki i njen suprug su ga najprije mislili vratiti u ocean. To je putovanje od gotovo tisuću kilometara koje su naumili poduzeti da ga vrate nazad u more, gdje pripada.

- Biti ulovljen u moru, a onda zaglaviti u akvariju čini se kao prilično loš način života, pa smo počeli razmišljati o tome što bismo mi mogli napraviti da mu pomognemo - kaže Niki.

Na kraju su ona i suprug platili 16 dolara za njega, spremili ga u prijenosni akvarij i odnijeli ga u akvarij u Torontu. Iz njega su im nakon nekoliko dana javili da je premješten u novi dom, prenosi Jutarnji.

- Nedavno smo spasili Pinchyja, veoma rijetkog narančastog hlapa, iz trgovine, odakle su ga sjajni ljudi donijeli k nama. Nevjerojatno je koliko je on rijedak: samo 1 od 30 milijuna hlapova rodi se ovakav. On se veoma dobro snašao u novom domu i odlično mu je tamo - objavili su iz akvarija.

Većina hlapa je, naime, tamno plava ili zelena, kako bi se skrili od pogleda predatora. No, genetička mutacija dovodi do toga da su nekad žuti ili narančasti. Među najrjeđima je ‘Halloween‘, koji ima dvije boje: polovica mu je crna, a polovica narančasta. Takvo se biće pojavi jednom na sto milijuna hlapa. Ima i onih koje se naziva ‘duhovima‘, jer su bijeli ili prozirni.

Pinchyjevo spašavanje je drugo poznato zadnjih dana - prošlog vikenda je, naime, restoran u Arizoni primijetio jednog istog takvog i poklonio ga Scottsdale akvariju.

Ne zna se koliko dugo jastozi mogu živjeti u zatočeništvu - neki smatraju kako bi moglo biti riječ o čak stotinu godina. Svakako, Pinchyjev životni vijek sasvim sigurno će biti puno duži od nesretnika njegove vrste koji su ostali u onom akvariju i sasvim sigurno su već na nečijem tanjuru.

Njega će oni koji su ga spasili posjećivati.

- Mislim da se Pinchy nas neće sjećati, ali mi njega definitivno hoćemo. Nikad nisam mislila da ću toliko zavoljeti hlapove - zaključila je Niki.
