Novi slučaj problematičnog primjera smještaja stranih radnika u Zagrebu šokirao je javnost. U Martićevoj ulici na broju 23, u prostoru veličine 183,75 metara kvadratnih, nagurana su čak 32 strana radnika koja žive u nehumanim uvjetima. Svaki radnik u prosjeku na raspolaganju ima samo 5 metara kvadratnih, koje plaća 200 eura, piše zagreb.info.

Kuća u kojoj se nalazi državni stan u kojem strani radnici žive sastoji se od prizemlja, prvog kata i potkrovlja, ukupno ima 11 prostorija i sanitarni čvor.

Ovo naravno nije jedini sličan primjer. Egzibicije s nekretninama kako bi se stavile u poslovnu svrhu iznajmljivanja za smještaj stranim radnicima rasplamsale su se po Zagrebu otkako je značajno porastao broj stranaca koji dolaze trbuhom za kruhom.

Već je niz slučajeva gdje se susjedi i stanari neke zgrade bune protiv broja radnika koji se smještaju u takve nekretnine i načina na koji se nekretnine preuređuju. I na ovaj slučaj stigle su brojne reakcije Zagrepčana kojima se ne sviđa ovaj trend u njihovom gradu.

“To je tako kada država nema nikakvu odgovornost kao ni strategiju dovođenja jeftine radne snage. Bitno je dovesti pola milijuna jeftine radne snage koja će nam rušiti cijenu rada kao i standard, a to što država nema strategiju, kao ni odgovornost, to nije bitno”.

“Uzmu za takav stan više od 6500 eura mjesečno. Državo, pa probudi se već jednom”, “Koliko plaćaju državi najam prostora? Kontrolira li država poštuje li se ugovor”, pišu Zagrepčani.

Mnogi se zgražaju nad nehumanošću poduzetnika koji to rade s nekretninama i pružaju takve uvjete stanovanja stranim radnicima.

“Pitam se, gdje je nestao čovjek”, “Dakle, ti ljudi su shvatili da mogu reći kaj im se događa, bar u Zagrebu, a rade pošteno. I nek taj misli da bu ovo u PU Zagreb prošlo sam tak. Ne bu. I ta agencija koja im je garantirala nekaj drugo. DORH isto, naravno”

“Strašno i jako žalosno. Da se čovjek može prema čovjeku tak ponašati. Kaj novac i pohlepa za bogatstvom na lak način dela od pojedinih ljudi. Ne, to nisu za mene ljudi koji iskorištavaju druge ljude”, poručuju mnogi.

Novi slučaj problematičnog primjera smještaja stranih radnika u Zagrebu šokirao je javnost. U Martićevoj ulici na broju 23, u prostoru veličine 183,75 metara kvadratnih, nagurana su čak 32 strana radnika koja žive u nehumanim uvjetima. Svaki radnik u prosjeku na raspolaganju ima samo 5 metara kvadratnih, koje plaća 200 eura, piše zagreb.info.

Kuća u kojoj se nalazi državni stan u kojem strani radnici žive sastoji se od prizemlja, prvog kata i potkrovlja, ukupno ima 11 prostorija i sanitarni čvor.

Ovo naravno nije jedini sličan primjer. Egzibicije s nekretninama kako bi se stavile u poslovnu svrhu iznajmljivanja za smještaj stranim radnicima rasplamsale su se po Zagrebu otkako je značajno porastao broj stranaca koji dolaze trbuhom za kruhom.

Već je niz slučajeva gdje se susjedi i stanari neke zgrade bune protiv broja radnika koji se smještaju u takve nekretnine i načina na koji se nekretnine preuređuju. I na ovaj slučaj stigle su brojne reakcije Zagrepčana kojima se ne sviđa ovaj trend u njihovom gradu.

“To je tako kada država nema nikakvu odgovornost kao ni strategiju dovođenja jeftine radne snage. Bitno je dovesti pola milijuna jeftine radne snage koja će nam rušiti cijenu rada kao i standard, a to što država nema strategiju, kao ni odgovornost, to nije bitno”.

“Uzmu za takav stan više od 6500 eura mjesečno. Državo, pa probudi se već jednom”, “Koliko plaćaju državi najam prostora? Kontrolira li država poštuje li se ugovor”, pišu Zagrepčani.

Mnogi se zgražaju nad nehumanošću poduzetnika koji to rade s nekretninama i pružaju takve uvjete stanovanja stranim radnicima.

“Pitam se, gdje je nestao čovjek”, “Dakle, ti ljudi su shvatili da mogu reći kaj im se događa, bar u Zagrebu, a rade pošteno. I nek taj misli da bu ovo u PU Zagreb prošlo sam tak. Ne bu. I ta agencija koja im je garantirala nekaj drugo. DORH isto, naravno”

“Strašno i jako žalosno. Da se čovjek može prema čovjeku tak ponašati. Kaj novac i pohlepa za bogatstvom na lak način dela od pojedinih ljudi. Ne, to nisu za mene ljudi koji iskorištavaju druge ljude”, poručuju mnogi.
