Treba vam jedan lijepi penthouse od 150 metara kvadratnih s otvorenim pogledom na Brački kanal? Nema problema, jedan takav, u Makarskoj ulici na Žnjanu, upravo se iznajmljuje. Oglašen je u Facebook grupi "Iznajmljivanje, prodaja i kupnja stanova - Split i okolica".

Cijena? Prava sitnica. Laganih 1900 eura.

"Prekrasan komforan trosoban stan na zadnjem katu kompleksa novogradnje ‘Sunčani dvori‘. Stan od 110 m2 se sastoji od tri spavaće sobe (dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom, jedna jednokrevetna soba), dvije kupaonice, kuhinje s blagovaonom te prostranim dnevnim boravkom koji ima izlaz na terasu od 40 m2 i zatvorenu komfornu lođu s otvorenim pogledom na more i otoke", stoji u oglasu.

Stan je južno orijentiran, "osunčan, svijetao i topao". Potpuno je opremljen, s perilicama posuđa i rublja. Također ima i sušilicu. Ali to nije sve! Uz njega dobijete i dva garažna parking mjesta koja se nalaze do lifta.

Osim samog najma, budite spremni odvojiti jednaku cifru i za polog, koji se nakon isteka ugovora vraća najmoprimcu. Ono što će svakako goditi vašem kućnom budžetu je to što se stan iznajmljuje direktno, bez agencijskog posredovanja. Razgledavanje, rezervacija i ugovor mogući su odmah. 

Još jedna - u današnja vrijeme sasvim neočekivana - pogodnost je to što se stan iznajmljuje na dugoročno, počevši od 1. prosinca 2023. godine. Mašala!

"Evo ga... Al ovo je Žnjan u New Yorku, ne u us*anom smrdljivom Splitu", primjećuje jedan član ove zatvorene Facebook grupe.

Doduše, ova (pre)vrijedna nekretnina, čini se, ima i određenih minusa. Naime, stan ne izgleda kao da je ikad bio preuređivan, a namještaj djeluje barem 15 godina star. A osim što je star, očito je da je srednje do niže kvalitete.

Ali, tko zna, možda se iznajmljuje za 1900 eura upravo kako bi stanodavac skupio dovoljno novca pa ga opremi malo bolje. 

Nakon čega ga može oglasiti za barem 3000 eura.

Treba vam jedan lijepi penthouse od 150 metara kvadratnih s otvorenim pogledom na Brački kanal? Nema problema, jedan takav, u Makarskoj ulici na Žnjanu, upravo se iznajmljuje. Oglašen je u Facebook grupi "Iznajmljivanje, prodaja i kupnja stanova - Split i okolica".

Cijena? Prava sitnica. Laganih 1900 eura.

"Prekrasan komforan trosoban stan na zadnjem katu kompleksa novogradnje ‘Sunčani dvori‘. Stan od 110 m2 se sastoji od tri spavaće sobe (dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom, jedna jednokrevetna soba), dvije kupaonice, kuhinje s blagovaonom te prostranim dnevnim boravkom koji ima izlaz na terasu od 40 m2 i zatvorenu komfornu lođu s otvorenim pogledom na more i otoke", stoji u oglasu.

Stan je južno orijentiran, "osunčan, svijetao i topao". Potpuno je opremljen, s perilicama posuđa i rublja. Također ima i sušilicu. Ali to nije sve! Uz njega dobijete i dva garažna parking mjesta koja se nalaze do lifta.

Osim samog najma, budite spremni odvojiti jednaku cifru i za polog, koji se nakon isteka ugovora vraća najmoprimcu. Ono što će svakako goditi vašem kućnom budžetu je to što se stan iznajmljuje direktno, bez agencijskog posredovanja. Razgledavanje, rezervacija i ugovor mogući su odmah. 

Još jedna - u današnja vrijeme sasvim neočekivana - pogodnost je to što se stan iznajmljuje na dugoročno, počevši od 1. prosinca 2023. godine. Mašala!

"Evo ga... Al ovo je Žnjan u New Yorku, ne u us*anom smrdljivom Splitu", primjećuje jedan član ove zatvorene Facebook grupe.

Doduše, ova (pre)vrijedna nekretnina, čini se, ima i određenih minusa. Naime, stan ne izgleda kao da je ikad bio preuređivan, a namještaj djeluje barem 15 godina star. A osim što je star, očito je da je srednje do niže kvalitete.

Ali, tko zna, možda se iznajmljuje za 1900 eura upravo kako bi stanodavac skupio dovoljno novca pa ga opremi malo bolje. 

Nakon čega ga može oglasiti za barem 3000 eura.
