Turističke zajednice vrijedno broje turiste, ne praveći razliku od onih koji su primjerice stigli u apartman ili hotel na tjedan dana kako bi obavili sve pretrage jer u svojem mjestu za to nemaju mogućnosti, pa preko onih koji su, recimo, došli ugraditi drvenariju u novi hotel kojem se žuri da što prije otvori vrata za goste....
Ne razlikuju ih ni od stranaca koji su došli na duže ali nisu iznajmili klasične stanove jer je to možda veća procedura pa su stigli u apartmane gdje mogu ostati do tri mjeseca po 'podstanarskim cijenama' koje jako dobro znaju.
Još uvijek je, naime, najmanje turista koji su došli na par dana, rado će platiti ulaznicu da pogledaju neke znamenitosti, sjest će u restoran da probaju našu ribu i vino, kupiti prigodne suvenire u nekoj suvenirnici, a navečer otići u pizzeriju na veliku miješanu i domaće pivo.
Iznajmljivači koji rade već godinama, a nemaju običaj izvan sezone iznajmljivati studentima ili podstanarima, uglavnom već imaju stalnu klijentelu, koja im se vraća i desetke puta. Po zimi cjenovno puno bolje kotiraju apartmani pored bolnica, Sveučilišta, poliklinika, nekih 'jačih' tvrtki nego oni u centru grada jer je gostu bitno da bude u blizini mjesta gdje je i došao nešto obaviti.
Gosti koji su već bili i smještaj im se svidio i po nekoliko tjedana ranije rezerviraju apartman kako bi bili sigurni da će opet boraviti na istom mjestu gdje im je bilo dobro, dok oni koji dolaze po prvi puta doslovno znaju nazvati kada su već ispred zgrade.
U svibnju je bio veliki broj upita za apartmane na mjesečnoj bazi za lipanj jer su gosti koji su boravili u centru morali iseliti iz apartmana. Cijene su zbog približavanja sezone išle gore što im nije odgovaralo pa su tražili apartmane i u predgrađima, dalje od mora, pa i bez balkona, liftova.
Skoro pa 100 postotni upiti su bili 'Imate li slobodan apartman u lipnju? Nudimo vam 600 eura za mjesec dana'. Neki su iznajmljivači i pristajali na to, dok su drugi ipak radije 'uložili u marketing': spustili bi cijenu na portalima kako bi dobili goste koji imaju mogućnost napisati recenziju nakon boravka pa su na taj način 'skupljali bodove' za bolje rezervacije preko ljeta, a neki su uspjeli i popuniti veći broj dana pa i poprilično zaraditi.
Zadnjih tjedan/dva drastično je skočio broj rezervacija smještaja, a nakon novih otvaranja granica Hrvatske očekuje se još veći broj. Osim otvaranja granica za najveći broj gostiju bit će važne i avionske linije, kao i češće prometovanje autobusa i vlakova. Želja za promjenom svakodnevne sredine duboka je kod mnogih, pa nije čudo da pretraživački upiti za rezervacije rastu iz dana u dan.

Turističke zajednice vrijedno broje turiste, ne praveći razliku od onih koji su primjerice stigli u apartman ili hotel na tjedan dana kako bi obavili sve pretrage jer u svojem mjestu za to nemaju mogućnosti, pa preko onih koji su, recimo, došli ugraditi drvenariju u novi hotel kojem se žuri da što prije otvori vrata za goste....
Ne razlikuju ih ni od stranaca koji su došli na duže ali nisu iznajmili klasične stanove jer je to možda veća procedura pa su stigli u apartmane gdje mogu ostati do tri mjeseca po 'podstanarskim cijenama' koje jako dobro znaju.
Još uvijek je, naime, najmanje turista koji su došli na par dana, rado će platiti ulaznicu da pogledaju neke znamenitosti, sjest će u restoran da probaju našu ribu i vino, kupiti prigodne suvenire u nekoj suvenirnici, a navečer otići u pizzeriju na veliku miješanu i domaće pivo.
Iznajmljivači koji rade već godinama, a nemaju običaj izvan sezone iznajmljivati studentima ili podstanarima, uglavnom već imaju stalnu klijentelu, koja im se vraća i desetke puta. Po zimi cjenovno puno bolje kotiraju apartmani pored bolnica, Sveučilišta, poliklinika, nekih 'jačih' tvrtki nego oni u centru grada jer je gostu bitno da bude u blizini mjesta gdje je i došao nešto obaviti.
Gosti koji su već bili i smještaj im se svidio i po nekoliko tjedana ranije rezerviraju apartman kako bi bili sigurni da će opet boraviti na istom mjestu gdje im je bilo dobro, dok oni koji dolaze po prvi puta doslovno znaju nazvati kada su već ispred zgrade.
U svibnju je bio veliki broj upita za apartmane na mjesečnoj bazi za lipanj jer su gosti koji su boravili u centru morali iseliti iz apartmana. Cijene su zbog približavanja sezone išle gore što im nije odgovaralo pa su tražili apartmane i u predgrađima, dalje od mora, pa i bez balkona, liftova.
Skoro pa 100 postotni upiti su bili 'Imate li slobodan apartman u lipnju? Nudimo vam 600 eura za mjesec dana'. Neki su iznajmljivači i pristajali na to, dok su drugi ipak radije 'uložili u marketing': spustili bi cijenu na portalima kako bi dobili goste koji imaju mogućnost napisati recenziju nakon boravka pa su na taj način 'skupljali bodove' za bolje rezervacije preko ljeta, a neki su uspjeli i popuniti veći broj dana pa i poprilično zaraditi.
Zadnjih tjedan/dva drastično je skočio broj rezervacija smještaja, a nakon novih otvaranja granica Hrvatske očekuje se još veći broj. Osim otvaranja granica za najveći broj gostiju bit će važne i avionske linije, kao i češće prometovanje autobusa i vlakova. Želja za promjenom svakodnevne sredine duboka je kod mnogih, pa nije čudo da pretraživački upiti za rezervacije rastu iz dana u dan.
