Fasade zgrade na adresi Krležina ulica 2 na Sućidru u lošem je stanju što potvrđuje i znak upozorenja "Pozor! Opasnost od urušavanja fasade". Nakon neuspjelih dugogodišnjih dogovora između stanara, nekolicina njih, uzela je stvari u svoje ruke i sredila fasadu na prva četiri kata zgrade. 

- Godinama smo pokušavali potaknuti da idemo na kompletnu obnovu fasade, ali nikako se nismo uspjeli dogovoriti. Mislim da je većini bio problem financije. Kako su godine odmicale, a dogovora nije bilo, nas petero na prva četiri kata odlučili smo riješiti barem taj dio. Iz vlastitih sredstava platili smo novu fasadu koja je ukupno koštala oko 17 tisuća eura - objašnjava nam stanarka Sanja.

Sredili su navedeni dio zgrade, a sav posao bio je gotov prije otprilike dva mjeseca. Prije 10-ak dana ražalostilo ih je kad su vidjeli da je nova novcata fasada nekome poslužila kao platno za šaranje. 

- Naravno da smo bili žalosni kada smo vidjeli da je netko preko noći išarao fasadu. Nismo toliko ljuti koliko razočarani. Nije nam jasno kako taj netko nije razmišljao da smo mi to platili i da njegov potez nije u redu. Mi ćemo to ponovno obojati, ali pitanje je koliko će trebati dok ne osvane nešto novo - govore nam Luka i Ivan. 

Osim fasade, trude se i mali vrtal ispred zgrade držati urednim kako bi svima život bio ugodniji. Kažu, nije puno, ali čovjeka veseli. Posadili su cvijeće, a čekaju se i nove masline.

Prije obnove fasade na tom dijelu bio je grb Hadjuka i sugovornici nam ističu da bi bili najsretniji kada bi se on ponovno oslikao.

- Sve što radimo, radimo kako bi nam život barem malo bio ugodniji. Grb je godinama stajao na zgradi i nitko ga nije dirao. Kontaktirali smo i Torcidu s molbom ako mogu ponovno napraviti grb i nadamo se da će se odazvati našem pozivu.

Želimo samo da sljedeći put oni koji šaraju razmisle prije nego što izvade sprej. Bilo koja zgrada koja se sredi, to stanari plaćaju iz svog džepa i stvarno nije lijepo kada nekom fasada posluži kao papir za pisanje - poručili su naši sugovornici.

Fasade zgrade na adresi Krležina ulica 2 na Sućidru u lošem je stanju što potvrđuje i znak upozorenja "Pozor! Opasnost od urušavanja fasade". Nakon neuspjelih dugogodišnjih dogovora između stanara, nekolicina njih, uzela je stvari u svoje ruke i sredila fasadu na prva četiri kata zgrade. 

- Godinama smo pokušavali potaknuti da idemo na kompletnu obnovu fasade, ali nikako se nismo uspjeli dogovoriti. Mislim da je većini bio problem financije. Kako su godine odmicale, a dogovora nije bilo, nas petero na prva četiri kata odlučili smo riješiti barem taj dio. Iz vlastitih sredstava platili smo novu fasadu koja je ukupno koštala oko 17 tisuća eura - objašnjava nam stanarka Sanja.

Sredili su navedeni dio zgrade, a sav posao bio je gotov prije otprilike dva mjeseca. Prije 10-ak dana ražalostilo ih je kad su vidjeli da je nova novcata fasada nekome poslužila kao platno za šaranje. 

- Naravno da smo bili žalosni kada smo vidjeli da je netko preko noći išarao fasadu. Nismo toliko ljuti koliko razočarani. Nije nam jasno kako taj netko nije razmišljao da smo mi to platili i da njegov potez nije u redu. Mi ćemo to ponovno obojati, ali pitanje je koliko će trebati dok ne osvane nešto novo - govore nam Luka i Ivan. 

Osim fasade, trude se i mali vrtal ispred zgrade držati urednim kako bi svima život bio ugodniji. Kažu, nije puno, ali čovjeka veseli. Posadili su cvijeće, a čekaju se i nove masline.

Prije obnove fasade na tom dijelu bio je grb Hadjuka i sugovornici nam ističu da bi bili najsretniji kada bi se on ponovno oslikao.

- Sve što radimo, radimo kako bi nam život barem malo bio ugodniji. Grb je godinama stajao na zgradi i nitko ga nije dirao. Kontaktirali smo i Torcidu s molbom ako mogu ponovno napraviti grb i nadamo se da će se odazvati našem pozivu.

Želimo samo da sljedeći put oni koji šaraju razmisle prije nego što izvade sprej. Bilo koja zgrada koja se sredi, to stanari plaćaju iz svog džepa i stvarno nije lijepo kada nekom fasada posluži kao papir za pisanje - poručili su naši sugovornici.
