Ugostitelji sa žnjanskog platoa ostali su nemalo iznenađeni izjavom gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka na temu skorašnjeg početka uređenja Žnjana i prestanka rada ugostiteljskih objekata na toj lokaciji.

Iako se radovi na žnjanskom platou odavno najavljuju i očekuju, ipak su ostali zatečeni, jer su za planirani početak gradnje doznali iz medija. Doduše, malobrojni među njima trenutno i rade, tek lounge&beach bar "Monkey" i beach bar "Cool".

Splitski poteštat je, podsjetimo, izjavio kako je predan zahtjev za četiri građevinske dozvole od ukupno šest faza, te će se uskoro predati za petu i šestu nakon čega bi u proljeće mogla početi gradnja.

– Predviđeno je da gradnja traje godinu i par mjeseci te da se završi do ljeta 2024. godine – najavio je gradonačelnik. Inače, rok realizacije projekta Žnjan je tri godine. Puljak je pritom kazao kako za to vrijeme nije predviđeno da na lokaciji budu isti ugostitelji kao i do sada, nego njih nekoliko koji će se birati na natječaju.

Novinarima je rekao i da modulima, koji su postavljeni na Žnjanu, upravlja istoimena gradska tvrtka, koja će ih premjestiti na neke druge lokacije. I potvrdio kako su ugostitelji sa žnjanskog platoa obaviješteni o skorašnjem početku radova na toj gradskoj lokaciji.

Na sve su navikli

– Ništa ne znamo, nitko nam ništa ne govori. Samo čitamo u novinama. Bit će što bude... – rekao nam je Zoran Čović, vlasnik žnjanskog beach bara "Cool". Navikao je, kaže, već na svakojake napise u medijima na temu Žnjana. Devet godina radi na toj gradskoj plaži i svake godine mediji nešto pišu. Jedne su ga godine, primjećuje, i rušili, pa se opet vratio.

– Oglušio sam na sve to... Krajem ove godine istječe nam ugovor, tako nam je, uostalom, svake. Vidjet ćemo što će biti – kratak je bio Čović.

Ni Deni Rubeša, jedan od suvlasnika beach kluba "Taboo", koji je svoja vrata zatvorio malo prije 1. studenoga, potvrdio nam je kako ni on ni ostali partneri u poslu nisu dobili bilo kakvu obavijest.

– Mi isto čekamo službenu informaciju. Ne znam što se događa ni što će biti, sve se nešto nagađa. Tekst objavljen u "Slobodnoj" bio nam je nekakva prva vijest, iako mi znamo da imamo privremena rješenja, koja istječu 31. prosinca. Ali nismo znali kada će doći do promjene...

Mi svakako radimo sezonski, otvaramo od 1. travnja ili 1. svibnja svake godine. Sada čekamo odluku, da nas netko pozove i informira, kaže nam kakav je plan, kada je natječaj i kada se planira gradnja – govori Rubeša.

Iako iz Grada još nema preciznijih informacija o dinamici realizacije projekta Žnjan, u redovima ugostitelja šuška se kako će se najvjerojatnije odraditi i sljedeća sezona na popularnoj splitskoj gradskoj plaži, jer se još neće moći startati s gradnjom.

U gradskoj tvrtki Žnjan jučer su bili zaokupljeni pripremama splitskog dočeka "vatrenih". Čeka ih i realizacija gradske proslave Nove godine, a onda i ustoličenje novog direktora, koji će se, između ostalog, baviti i modulima na Žnjanu.

Ugostitelji sa žnjanskog platoa ostali su nemalo iznenađeni izjavom gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka na temu skorašnjeg početka uređenja Žnjana i prestanka rada ugostiteljskih objekata na toj lokaciji.

Iako se radovi na žnjanskom platou odavno najavljuju i očekuju, ipak su ostali zatečeni, jer su za planirani početak gradnje doznali iz medija. Doduše, malobrojni među njima trenutno i rade, tek lounge&beach bar "Monkey" i beach bar "Cool".

Splitski poteštat je, podsjetimo, izjavio kako je predan zahtjev za četiri građevinske dozvole od ukupno šest faza, te će se uskoro predati za petu i šestu nakon čega bi u proljeće mogla početi gradnja.

– Predviđeno je da gradnja traje godinu i par mjeseci te da se završi do ljeta 2024. godine – najavio je gradonačelnik. Inače, rok realizacije projekta Žnjan je tri godine. Puljak je pritom kazao kako za to vrijeme nije predviđeno da na lokaciji budu isti ugostitelji kao i do sada, nego njih nekoliko koji će se birati na natječaju.

Novinarima je rekao i da modulima, koji su postavljeni na Žnjanu, upravlja istoimena gradska tvrtka, koja će ih premjestiti na neke druge lokacije. I potvrdio kako su ugostitelji sa žnjanskog platoa obaviješteni o skorašnjem početku radova na toj gradskoj lokaciji.

Na sve su navikli

– Ništa ne znamo, nitko nam ništa ne govori. Samo čitamo u novinama. Bit će što bude... – rekao nam je Zoran Čović, vlasnik žnjanskog beach bara "Cool". Navikao je, kaže, već na svakojake napise u medijima na temu Žnjana. Devet godina radi na toj gradskoj plaži i svake godine mediji nešto pišu. Jedne su ga godine, primjećuje, i rušili, pa se opet vratio.

– Oglušio sam na sve to... Krajem ove godine istječe nam ugovor, tako nam je, uostalom, svake. Vidjet ćemo što će biti – kratak je bio Čović.

Ni Deni Rubeša, jedan od suvlasnika beach kluba "Taboo", koji je svoja vrata zatvorio malo prije 1. studenoga, potvrdio nam je kako ni on ni ostali partneri u poslu nisu dobili bilo kakvu obavijest.

– Mi isto čekamo službenu informaciju. Ne znam što se događa ni što će biti, sve se nešto nagađa. Tekst objavljen u "Slobodnoj" bio nam je nekakva prva vijest, iako mi znamo da imamo privremena rješenja, koja istječu 31. prosinca. Ali nismo znali kada će doći do promjene...

Mi svakako radimo sezonski, otvaramo od 1. travnja ili 1. svibnja svake godine. Sada čekamo odluku, da nas netko pozove i informira, kaže nam kakav je plan, kada je natječaj i kada se planira gradnja – govori Rubeša.

Iako iz Grada još nema preciznijih informacija o dinamici realizacije projekta Žnjan, u redovima ugostitelja šuška se kako će se najvjerojatnije odraditi i sljedeća sezona na popularnoj splitskoj gradskoj plaži, jer se još neće moći startati s gradnjom.

U gradskoj tvrtki Žnjan jučer su bili zaokupljeni pripremama splitskog dočeka "vatrenih". Čeka ih i realizacija gradske proslave Nove godine, a onda i ustoličenje novog direktora, koji će se, između ostalog, baviti i modulima na Žnjanu.
