U 10 godina ostali smo bez gotovo 400.000 ljudi.
- Očekivani broj. Mislili smo da će možda biti i veće. Posljedica je prirodnog pada, iseljavanje iz Hrvatske u posljednjih 10 godina je 10 posto što je doista jako loše, upozorio je demograf Marin Strmota u razgovoru s reporterkom Sanjom Jurišić u Dnevniku Nove TV.
- Staro stanovništvo stvara pritisak na sve javne sustave. Osiromašeno je i tržište rada što već vidimo, a kada dođe do oporavka - nedostaje radne snage. Ne moramo ni govoriti o mirovinskom i zdravstvenom sustavu. Vidimo u sustavu obrazovanja da je sve manje djece i studenata, navodi Strmota i dodaje da se ne otkriva topla voda, već da se to vidi desetljećima.
Tvrdi da se posljedice vide iz godine u godinu.
- Ne izgleda dobro ako se ovo ponavlja iz desetljeća u desetljeće... Sigurno ne izgleda dobro i pozitivno. Perspektiva Hrvatske, gledajući projekcije UN-a, je nešto neodrživo, perspektiva nije bajna, upozorava Strmota i naglašava da se, između ostaloga, treba poboljšati omjer radnika i umirovljenika.
On je napustio sustav.
- Nije mi žao. Stalo se jer nije bilo dovoljno zamaha u izmjenama zakona i mogućim promjenama. Što bih ja sad rekao kao vodeći demograf u Vladi nakon što se izgubilo 400.000 ljudi, ako ne i više?, pita se Strmota koji ističe da je i tada vidio, kako kaže, da nema naznake ozbiljnije volje.
- Mogli ste raditi u okviru dva zakona. Druga tijela državne uprave moraju imati viziju i strategiju, čega nedostaje, a ne da bude kao mrtvo slovo na papiru, ističe Strmota.
Kaže kako jednostavno rješenja nema.
- To je ono što je zabluda. Pristupa se samo u vidu financijskog poticaja u okviru obiteljske politike. Ne možemo poboljšati situaciju financijskom naknadom. Nama treba jasna stambena politika, vrlo jasna imigracijska politika, cijeli set mjera kojim će se stvoriti zakoni i onda stvoriti sredstva u proračunu, navodi Strmota.
Kako bi došlo do prvog pozitivnog efekta, prema njemu, treba stvoriti pozitivnu gospodarsku klimu.
- To se ne rješava preko noći, ni djeca se ne rađaju preko noći. Trebalo bi stvoriti i pozitivnu klimu - što isto tako nedostaje u Hrvatskoj. Oni koji su se iselili ističu da su se u Hrvatskoj osjećali loše i bez perspektive'', ističe Strmota koji kaže da se s tim promjenama trebalo početi ''jučer''. Trebalo bi sigurno par godina da se to zalaufa, to nije lako'', napominje Strmota koji smatra da Hrvatska nema politiku useljavanja. ''Mi smo to, recimo, prepustili privatnom sektoru, omogućili smo izmjenama Zakona o strancima koliko će poslodavci diktirati koliko će se ljudi useliti, što ne mora ni uvijek biti loše, ističe.
Unatoč izmjeni političkih opcija, stanje se ne mijenja.
- Svi imaju super viziju, a onda kada dođu na vlast kažu 'trebat će vremena' i na kraju ostane mrtvo slovo na papiru, ako i to. Ovo je sve kumulativ svega što se događa unazad 30 godina. Ovako sporadično dati neku mjeru recimo za Liku 10.000 kuna? Pa gdje će ti ljudi raditi?, brine Strmota.
Iako je situacija daleko od bajne, Hrvati se i dalje šale na vlastiti račun.
- Bar možemo biti duhoviti, što nam drugo preostaje? Teško je biti optimističan, i mi demografi se isto znamo šaliti, ali su pesimistične projekcije. Ukoliko se ponavljaju, a ne počnemo se time ozbiljnije baviti, neće nam ništa ostati osim zbijati šale na taj račun, zaključio je Strmota.

U 10 godina ostali smo bez gotovo 400.000 ljudi.
- Očekivani broj. Mislili smo da će možda biti i veće. Posljedica je prirodnog pada, iseljavanje iz Hrvatske u posljednjih 10 godina je 10 posto što je doista jako loše, upozorio je demograf Marin Strmota u razgovoru s reporterkom Sanjom Jurišić u Dnevniku Nove TV.
- Staro stanovništvo stvara pritisak na sve javne sustave. Osiromašeno je i tržište rada što već vidimo, a kada dođe do oporavka - nedostaje radne snage. Ne moramo ni govoriti o mirovinskom i zdravstvenom sustavu. Vidimo u sustavu obrazovanja da je sve manje djece i studenata, navodi Strmota i dodaje da se ne otkriva topla voda, već da se to vidi desetljećima.
Tvrdi da se posljedice vide iz godine u godinu.
- Ne izgleda dobro ako se ovo ponavlja iz desetljeća u desetljeće... Sigurno ne izgleda dobro i pozitivno. Perspektiva Hrvatske, gledajući projekcije UN-a, je nešto neodrživo, perspektiva nije bajna, upozorava Strmota i naglašava da se, između ostaloga, treba poboljšati omjer radnika i umirovljenika.
On je napustio sustav.
- Nije mi žao. Stalo se jer nije bilo dovoljno zamaha u izmjenama zakona i mogućim promjenama. Što bih ja sad rekao kao vodeći demograf u Vladi nakon što se izgubilo 400.000 ljudi, ako ne i više?, pita se Strmota koji ističe da je i tada vidio, kako kaže, da nema naznake ozbiljnije volje.
- Mogli ste raditi u okviru dva zakona. Druga tijela državne uprave moraju imati viziju i strategiju, čega nedostaje, a ne da bude kao mrtvo slovo na papiru, ističe Strmota.
Kaže kako jednostavno rješenja nema.
- To je ono što je zabluda. Pristupa se samo u vidu financijskog poticaja u okviru obiteljske politike. Ne možemo poboljšati situaciju financijskom naknadom. Nama treba jasna stambena politika, vrlo jasna imigracijska politika, cijeli set mjera kojim će se stvoriti zakoni i onda stvoriti sredstva u proračunu, navodi Strmota.
Kako bi došlo do prvog pozitivnog efekta, prema njemu, treba stvoriti pozitivnu gospodarsku klimu.
- To se ne rješava preko noći, ni djeca se ne rađaju preko noći. Trebalo bi stvoriti i pozitivnu klimu - što isto tako nedostaje u Hrvatskoj. Oni koji su se iselili ističu da su se u Hrvatskoj osjećali loše i bez perspektive'', ističe Strmota koji kaže da se s tim promjenama trebalo početi ''jučer''. Trebalo bi sigurno par godina da se to zalaufa, to nije lako'', napominje Strmota koji smatra da Hrvatska nema politiku useljavanja. ''Mi smo to, recimo, prepustili privatnom sektoru, omogućili smo izmjenama Zakona o strancima koliko će poslodavci diktirati koliko će se ljudi useliti, što ne mora ni uvijek biti loše, ističe.
Unatoč izmjeni političkih opcija, stanje se ne mijenja.
- Svi imaju super viziju, a onda kada dođu na vlast kažu 'trebat će vremena' i na kraju ostane mrtvo slovo na papiru, ako i to. Ovo je sve kumulativ svega što se događa unazad 30 godina. Ovako sporadično dati neku mjeru recimo za Liku 10.000 kuna? Pa gdje će ti ljudi raditi?, brine Strmota.
Iako je situacija daleko od bajne, Hrvati se i dalje šale na vlastiti račun.
- Bar možemo biti duhoviti, što nam drugo preostaje? Teško je biti optimističan, i mi demografi se isto znamo šaliti, ali su pesimistične projekcije. Ukoliko se ponavljaju, a ne počnemo se time ozbiljnije baviti, neće nam ništa ostati osim zbijati šale na taj račun, zaključio je Strmota.
