Većina zastupnika crnogorskog parlamenta predala je u petak inicijativu za preispitivanje povjerenja predsjedniku Crne Gore Milu Đukanoviću, nakon što je odbio njihov prijedlog da mandat za formiranje vlade dade čelniku Demosa, zastupniku Miodragu Lekiću.

U inicijativi koju je potpisao 41 zastupnik triju koalicija koje su na izborima kolovoza 2020. godine porazile Đukanovića i njegovu Demokratsku partiju socijalista (DPS), navodi se da je on prekršio Ustav te zemlje jer nije dao mandat čelniku Demosa Lekiću “koji je dogovorom parlamentarne većine dobio podršku 41 zastupnika da bude mandatar za sastav nove vlade”.

Iza inicijative za smjenu Đukanovića stali su zastupnici prosrpskog Demokratskog fronta, Ujedinjene reformske akcije tehničkog premijera Dritana Abazovića i Demokrata bivšeg predsjednika parlamenta Alekse Bečića.

Đukanović je ranije, odbijajući prijedlog o mandataru, što je obrazložio formalnim izostankom dovoljnog broja potpisa, pokrenuo inicijativu za skraćenje mandata crnogorskom parlamentu i sazivanje prijevremenih izbora. Njegovu inicijativu trebali bi formalno  potvrditi i zastupnici u parlamentu, u kojem koalicija oko Đukanovićeve Demokratske partije socijalista nema većinu. 

Eventualno raspuštanje crnogorskog parlamenta vodilo bi izvanrednim parlamentarnim izborima, koji se ne bi mogli održati jer se crnogorski zastupnici nisu mogli dogovoriti oko izbora sudaca Ustavnog suda.

Taj sud je trenutno u blokadi jer ima svega troje od ukupno predviđenih sedam sudaca pa ne bi mogao donositi odluke vezano uz eventualne žalbe nakon održanih izbora. 

Iz istog razloga upitno je održavanje lokalnih izbora u 14 općina, koji su zakazani za 23. listopada.

Na parlamentarnim izborima 2020. tijesnu većinu u Crnoj Gori osvojile su koalicija predvođena prosrpskim Demokratskim frontom, bliska SPC-u, potom koalicija Demokrata i kao uteg na vagi stranka URA, Dritana Abazovića. Tada je i formirana vlada stručnjaka koju je predvodio Zdravko Krivokapić, a jedini potpredsjednik i političar u njoj bio je Abazović.

Nakon godinu i pol Abazović je otkazao podršku toj vladi i uz pomoć Đukanovićevog DPS-a formirao novu, koja je trajala malo više od tri mjeseca. Toj je vladi, na inicijativu Đukanovićeva DPS-a, izglasano nepovjerenje nakon što je potpisala temeljni ugovor sa Srpskom pravoslavnom crkvom, koji regulira i povrat imovine crkvi, što je naišlo na osporavanje uz argumente o dodjeljivanju crnogorskog kulturnopovijesnog nasljeđa SPC-u.

Većina zastupnika crnogorskog parlamenta predala je u petak inicijativu za preispitivanje povjerenja predsjedniku Crne Gore Milu Đukanoviću, nakon što je odbio njihov prijedlog da mandat za formiranje vlade dade čelniku Demosa, zastupniku Miodragu Lekiću.

U inicijativi koju je potpisao 41 zastupnik triju koalicija koje su na izborima kolovoza 2020. godine porazile Đukanovića i njegovu Demokratsku partiju socijalista (DPS), navodi se da je on prekršio Ustav te zemlje jer nije dao mandat čelniku Demosa Lekiću “koji je dogovorom parlamentarne većine dobio podršku 41 zastupnika da bude mandatar za sastav nove vlade”.

Iza inicijative za smjenu Đukanovića stali su zastupnici prosrpskog Demokratskog fronta, Ujedinjene reformske akcije tehničkog premijera Dritana Abazovića i Demokrata bivšeg predsjednika parlamenta Alekse Bečića.

Đukanović je ranije, odbijajući prijedlog o mandataru, što je obrazložio formalnim izostankom dovoljnog broja potpisa, pokrenuo inicijativu za skraćenje mandata crnogorskom parlamentu i sazivanje prijevremenih izbora. Njegovu inicijativu trebali bi formalno  potvrditi i zastupnici u parlamentu, u kojem koalicija oko Đukanovićeve Demokratske partije socijalista nema većinu. 

Eventualno raspuštanje crnogorskog parlamenta vodilo bi izvanrednim parlamentarnim izborima, koji se ne bi mogli održati jer se crnogorski zastupnici nisu mogli dogovoriti oko izbora sudaca Ustavnog suda.

Taj sud je trenutno u blokadi jer ima svega troje od ukupno predviđenih sedam sudaca pa ne bi mogao donositi odluke vezano uz eventualne žalbe nakon održanih izbora. 

Iz istog razloga upitno je održavanje lokalnih izbora u 14 općina, koji su zakazani za 23. listopada.

Na parlamentarnim izborima 2020. tijesnu većinu u Crnoj Gori osvojile su koalicija predvođena prosrpskim Demokratskim frontom, bliska SPC-u, potom koalicija Demokrata i kao uteg na vagi stranka URA, Dritana Abazovića. Tada je i formirana vlada stručnjaka koju je predvodio Zdravko Krivokapić, a jedini potpredsjednik i političar u njoj bio je Abazović.

Nakon godinu i pol Abazović je otkazao podršku toj vladi i uz pomoć Đukanovićevog DPS-a formirao novu, koja je trajala malo više od tri mjeseca. Toj je vladi, na inicijativu Đukanovićeva DPS-a, izglasano nepovjerenje nakon što je potpisala temeljni ugovor sa Srpskom pravoslavnom crkvom, koji regulira i povrat imovine crkvi, što je naišlo na osporavanje uz argumente o dodjeljivanju crnogorskog kulturnopovijesnog nasljeđa SPC-u.

Produbljuje se kriza vlasti u Crnoj Gori: Pokrenuta inicijativa za razrješenje Mila Đukanovića

Većina zastupnika crnogorskog parlamenta predala je u petak inicijativu za preispitivanje povjerenja predsjedniku Crne Gore Milu Đukanoviću, nakon što je odbio njihov prijedlog da mandat za formiranje vlade dade čelniku Demosa, zastupniku Miodragu Lekiću.

U inicijativi koju je potpisao 41 zastupnik triju koalicija koje su na izborima kolovoza 2020. godine porazile Đukanovića i njegovu Demokratsku partiju socijalista (DPS), navodi se da je on prekršio Ustav te zemlje jer nije dao mandat čelniku Demosa Lekiću “koji je dogovorom parlamentarne većine dobio podršku 41 zastupnika da bude mandatar za sastav nove vlade”.
