Nastavlja se polemika između Marka Vučetića i Mladena Ninčevića oko garaže na Voštarnici. Nakon što je u petak Ninčević odgovorio Vučetiću, predsjednik Gradskog vijeća je odmah reagirao, no Ninčević mu nije ostao dužan...

- Ne želim više natezati mačku, jer Vučetić u životu očito ima puno više vremena od mene, pa ću biti kratak. Naš Platon s Voštarnice poziva se na dosljedno provođenje zakona i u tom kontekstu spominje slučaj na Polačišću, implicirajući da sam ja tamo kao investitor napravio nešto nezakonito ili nečasno. Ne znam kako to drukčije nazvati nego krajnjim cinizmom. Tamo je grupa investitora u društvu Centar projekt u kojoj sam ja direktor platila najskuplju zemlju u Gradu Zadru od rata do danas, tamo smo izgubili 13 godina pokušavajući izgraditi hotel, tamo je moja obitelj izgubila preko 1,5 milijuna eura svog novca kao suvlasnik 26 posto društva, tamo smo na koncu izgubili i zemljište. Sve zato što su nas stanari nezakonito blokirali na našem vlasništvu i u tome imali podršku političara kalibra Marka Vučetića. Sve to potvrđuju i pravomoćne sudske presude do Vrhovnog suda RH.

Ako je Vučetić legalist, i drži se zakona, zašto se na Polačišću nije suprotstavio stanarima koji su godinama uzurpirali i javnu i privatnu imovinu, i to još uvijek pokušavaju napraviti?

Ali našem Platonu s Voštarnice je lakše pametovati o stvarima koje ne poznaje. Naš filozofski maneken s krpe i konca citate poznatih filozofa koristi za pokazivanje drugima koliko je on pametan, a ne koristi njihove misli i pouke za rješavanje ljudskih i životnih problema. Praksa je jedini kriterij istine, neprimijenjeno znanje je zapravo beskorisno znanje.

Vučetić lupeta o nekim hotelskim zvjezdicama, što opet pokazuje koliko ne zna osnovne elemente zakona o kategorizaciji hotelskih objekata. I kad bi htjeli imati 4 zvjezdice potrebno bi nam bilo samo 23 parkirna mjesta, a ne 150 za koje se zalažemo.

Garaža na Voštarnici je životna potreba stanovnika Voštarnice i potreba korisnika hotela Amare, i kao građanin i poduzetnik ja ću se za nju zalagati, neovisno o Marku Vučetiću i sličnim demagozima kojima nije u cilju nešto konstruktivno napraviti i riješiti problem građana, nego samo dokazivati kako su oni tobože u pravu, a nisu isključeni i drugi interesi.

Bojim se da Platon s Voštarnice i njemu slični, pozivajući se na zakon, ovdje pokušavaju na silu provesti svoj naum blokade, na štetu stanovnika Voštarnice i svih korisnika hotela Amare.

Njegov cinizam se vidi i po podrugljivoj usporedbi 12 predstavnika stanara s 12 apostola. Slažem se da je Biblija izvor istine i mudrosti i ima poveznice s našim slučajem u Markovom evanđelju gdje nas Isus uči i kaže: “Subota je stvorena radi čovjeka, a ne čovjek radi subote”, da shvatimo kako je zakon stvoren radi čovjeka, a ne čovjek radi zakona i svaki onaj koji koristi zakon protiv čovjeka da bi branio neživotne i nekorisne zakone, a sve u stvari kako bi proveo svoje zločeste namjere, zapravo nije u službi niti Boga niti ljudi, poručuje Mladen Ninčević.

Nastavlja se polemika između Marka Vučetića i Mladena Ninčevića oko garaže na Voštarnici. Nakon što je u petak Ninčević odgovorio Vučetiću, predsjednik Gradskog vijeća je odmah reagirao, no Ninčević mu nije ostao dužan...

- Ne želim više natezati mačku, jer Vučetić u životu očito ima puno više vremena od mene, pa ću biti kratak. Naš Platon s Voštarnice poziva se na dosljedno provođenje zakona i u tom kontekstu spominje slučaj na Polačišću, implicirajući da sam ja tamo kao investitor napravio nešto nezakonito ili nečasno. Ne znam kako to drukčije nazvati nego krajnjim cinizmom. Tamo je grupa investitora u društvu Centar projekt u kojoj sam ja direktor platila najskuplju zemlju u Gradu Zadru od rata do danas, tamo smo izgubili 13 godina pokušavajući izgraditi hotel, tamo je moja obitelj izgubila preko 1,5 milijuna eura svog novca kao suvlasnik 26 posto društva, tamo smo na koncu izgubili i zemljište. Sve zato što su nas stanari nezakonito blokirali na našem vlasništvu i u tome imali podršku političara kalibra Marka Vučetića. Sve to potvrđuju i pravomoćne sudske presude do Vrhovnog suda RH.

Ako je Vučetić legalist, i drži se zakona, zašto se na Polačišću nije suprotstavio stanarima koji su godinama uzurpirali i javnu i privatnu imovinu, i to još uvijek pokušavaju napraviti?

Ali našem Platonu s Voštarnice je lakše pametovati o stvarima koje ne poznaje. Naš filozofski maneken s krpe i konca citate poznatih filozofa koristi za pokazivanje drugima koliko je on pametan, a ne koristi njihove misli i pouke za rješavanje ljudskih i životnih problema. Praksa je jedini kriterij istine, neprimijenjeno znanje je zapravo beskorisno znanje.

Vučetić lupeta o nekim hotelskim zvjezdicama, što opet pokazuje koliko ne zna osnovne elemente zakona o kategorizaciji hotelskih objekata. I kad bi htjeli imati 4 zvjezdice potrebno bi nam bilo samo 23 parkirna mjesta, a ne 150 za koje se zalažemo.

Garaža na Voštarnici je životna potreba stanovnika Voštarnice i potreba korisnika hotela Amare, i kao građanin i poduzetnik ja ću se za nju zalagati, neovisno o Marku Vučetiću i sličnim demagozima kojima nije u cilju nešto konstruktivno napraviti i riješiti problem građana, nego samo dokazivati kako su oni tobože u pravu, a nisu isključeni i drugi interesi.

Bojim se da Platon s Voštarnice i njemu slični, pozivajući se na zakon, ovdje pokušavaju na silu provesti svoj naum blokade, na štetu stanovnika Voštarnice i svih korisnika hotela Amare.

Njegov cinizam se vidi i po podrugljivoj usporedbi 12 predstavnika stanara s 12 apostola. Slažem se da je Biblija izvor istine i mudrosti i ima poveznice s našim slučajem u Markovom evanđelju gdje nas Isus uči i kaže: “Subota je stvorena radi čovjeka, a ne čovjek radi subote”, da shvatimo kako je zakon stvoren radi čovjeka, a ne čovjek radi zakona i svaki onaj koji koristi zakon protiv čovjeka da bi branio neživotne i nekorisne zakone, a sve u stvari kako bi proveo svoje zločeste namjere, zapravo nije u službi niti Boga niti ljudi, poručuje Mladen Ninčević.
