Srcoliki Galešnjak, otočić u Pašmanskom kanalu, posljednjih je dana punio medijske stupce zbog bespravne gradnje koju je netko započeo na njegovoj obali. Sada se u cijelu priču uključilo i Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru koje je Službi kriminalističke policije naložilo poduzimanje izvida zbog ilegalnih radnji na pomorskom dobru

- Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je naložilo poduzimanje izvida Službi kriminalističke policije, zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da je, za sada, nepoznata osoba počinila kazneno djelo protupravne gradnje iz čl. 212. Kaznenog zakona, s ciljem utvrđivanja svih okolnosti protupravnog postupanja i utvrđivanja počinitelja. Budući da se radi o nezakonito izgrađenoj građevini na pomorskom dobru koje predstavlja uništavanje obale i pomorskog dobra, nadležnoj Lučkoj kapetaniji je predloženo provođenje inspekcijskog nadzora i nalaganje uklanjanja građevine, naveli su iz ODO Zadar u svom priopćenju.

Iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture dobili smo pak odgovor kako je "nadležna Lučka kapetanija neposredno po zaprimanju informacije o mogućim nelegalnim aktivnostima na pomorskom dobru, na otočiću Galešnjaku, obavila inspekcijski nadzor pomorskog dobra, a na temelju kojeg je doneseno Rješenje kojim se Općini Pašman nalaže uklanjanje predmetnog materijala u roku od 30 dana".

Rezultat je to primjene novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru po kojem odgovornost za red na pomorskom dobru preuzimaju jedinice lokalne samouprave. Kako Galešnjak spada pod Općinu Pašman, a počinitelj ovog kaznenog djela nije pronađen, troškove uklanjanja nedozvoljene građevine snosit će Općina. Da je počinitelj otkriven, morao bi sam ukloniti sporni materijal, ili bi mu država naplatila uklanjanje nezakonite gradnje.

Podsjetimo kako je nepoznati počinitelj na istočnoj strani otoka započeo gradnju ilegalnog mula, a na fotografiji koju je prvi objavio portal Morski.hr jasno se vide plastične vreće punjene pijeskom postavljene u gabaritima budućeg objekta. Na fotografijama su se vidjeli i metalni šiljci koji su najvjerojatnije bili priprema za armaturu budućeg mula. 

U 2022. godini dio površine otoka Galešnjak dospio je u javne oglasnike jer je nekoliko vlasnika zemljišta odlučilo prodati svoje parcele. Kao svog prodajnog predstavnika izabrali su Silvestra Karduma koji je medijima otkrio i cijenu otoka. Za oko 40 tisuća četvornih metara tražilo se astronomskih 13 milijuna eura. Budući kupci, ako ih uopće bude, na otoku ne mogu ništa graditi, čak ni za potrebe OPG-a.

Otočić površine 0,132 kvadratna kilometra uživa svjetsku popularnost zbog svog jedinstvenog oblika. Uvršten je na Forbesovu listu najromantičnijih destinacija za Valentinovo, a tijekom svog posjeta Hrvatskoj popularna pjevačica Beyonce je upravo na oroku ljubavi, Galešnjaku, proslavila svoj 39. rođendan.

Srcoliki Galešnjak, otočić u Pašmanskom kanalu, posljednjih je dana punio medijske stupce zbog bespravne gradnje koju je netko započeo na njegovoj obali. Sada se u cijelu priču uključilo i Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru koje je Službi kriminalističke policije naložilo poduzimanje izvida zbog ilegalnih radnji na pomorskom dobru

- Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je naložilo poduzimanje izvida Službi kriminalističke policije, zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da je, za sada, nepoznata osoba počinila kazneno djelo protupravne gradnje iz čl. 212. Kaznenog zakona, s ciljem utvrđivanja svih okolnosti protupravnog postupanja i utvrđivanja počinitelja. Budući da se radi o nezakonito izgrađenoj građevini na pomorskom dobru koje predstavlja uništavanje obale i pomorskog dobra, nadležnoj Lučkoj kapetaniji je predloženo provođenje inspekcijskog nadzora i nalaganje uklanjanja građevine, naveli su iz ODO Zadar u svom priopćenju.

Iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture dobili smo pak odgovor kako je "nadležna Lučka kapetanija neposredno po zaprimanju informacije o mogućim nelegalnim aktivnostima na pomorskom dobru, na otočiću Galešnjaku, obavila inspekcijski nadzor pomorskog dobra, a na temelju kojeg je doneseno Rješenje kojim se Općini Pašman nalaže uklanjanje predmetnog materijala u roku od 30 dana".

Rezultat je to primjene novog Zakona o pomorskom dobru po kojem odgovornost za red na pomorskom dobru preuzimaju jedinice lokalne samouprave. Kako Galešnjak spada pod Općinu Pašman, a počinitelj ovog kaznenog djela nije pronađen, troškove uklanjanja nedozvoljene građevine snosit će Općina. Da je počinitelj otkriven, morao bi sam ukloniti sporni materijal, ili bi mu država naplatila uklanjanje nezakonite gradnje.

Podsjetimo kako je nepoznati počinitelj na istočnoj strani otoka započeo gradnju ilegalnog mula, a na fotografiji koju je prvi objavio portal Morski.hr jasno se vide plastične vreće punjene pijeskom postavljene u gabaritima budućeg objekta. Na fotografijama su se vidjeli i metalni šiljci koji su najvjerojatnije bili priprema za armaturu budućeg mula. 

U 2022. godini dio površine otoka Galešnjak dospio je u javne oglasnike jer je nekoliko vlasnika zemljišta odlučilo prodati svoje parcele. Kao svog prodajnog predstavnika izabrali su Silvestra Karduma koji je medijima otkrio i cijenu otoka. Za oko 40 tisuća četvornih metara tražilo se astronomskih 13 milijuna eura. Budući kupci, ako ih uopće bude, na otoku ne mogu ništa graditi, čak ni za potrebe OPG-a.

Otočić površine 0,132 kvadratna kilometra uživa svjetsku popularnost zbog svog jedinstvenog oblika. Uvršten je na Forbesovu listu najromantičnijih destinacija za Valentinovo, a tijekom svog posjeta Hrvatskoj popularna pjevačica Beyonce je upravo na oroku ljubavi, Galešnjaku, proslavila svoj 39. rođendan.

Srcoliki Galešnjak, otočić u Pašmanskom kanalu, posljednjih je dana punio medijske stupce zbog bespravne gradnje koju je netko započeo na njegovoj obali. Sada se u cijelu priču uključilo i Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru koje je Službi kriminalističke policije naložilo poduzimanje izvida zbog ilegalnih radnji na pomorskom dobru

- Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je naložilo poduzimanje izvida Službi kriminalističke policije, zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da je, za sada, nepoznata osoba počinila kazneno djelo protupravne gradnje iz čl. 212. Kaznenog zakona, s ciljem utvrđivanja svih okolnosti protupravnog postupanja i utvrđivanja počinitelja. Budući da se radi o nezakonito izgrađenoj građevini na pomorskom dobru koje predstavlja uništavanje obale i pomorskog dobra, nadležnoj Lučkoj kapetaniji je predloženo provođenje inspekcijskog nadzora i nalaganje uklanjanja građevine, naveli su iz ODO Zadar u svom priopćenju.

Iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture dobili smo pak odgovor kako je "nadležna Lučka kapetanija neposredno po zaprimanju informacije o mogućim nelegalnim aktivnostima na pomorskom dobru, na otočiću Galešnjaku, obavila inspekcijski nadzor pomorskog dobra, a na temelju kojeg je doneseno Rješenje kojim se Općini Pašman nalaže uklanjanje predmetnog materijala u roku od 30 dana".
