Grad Zadar će od APN-a kupiti šest stanova vrijednih 600.000 eura koji će poslužiti kao „kadrovski stanovi” za stručnjake iz Opće bolnice i Sveučilišta. Na kolegiju gradonačelnika Branka Dukića postavljeno je pitanje što će se događati s tri postojeća, ali neuvjetna gradska stana.

-Ocijenjeno je da su ulaganja u te stanove neisplativa, jer su elaborati pokazali da bi na svaki od ta tri stana na Poluotoku trebalo potrošiti od 80.000 eura pa naviše, budući im je poremećena statika. Isplativije je bilo kupiti tri potpuno nova stana, odgovorio je Tomislav Korona, pročelnik za gradsku imovinu i dodao da će u budućnosti tri derutna stana vjerojatno biti prodana.

Grad Zadar će od APN-a kupiti šest stanova vrijednih 600.000 eura koji će poslužiti kao „kadrovski stanovi” za stručnjake iz Opće bolnice i Sveučilišta. Na kolegiju gradonačelnika Branka Dukića postavljeno je pitanje što će se događati s tri postojeća, ali neuvjetna gradska stana.

-Ocijenjeno je da su ulaganja u te stanove neisplativa, jer su elaborati pokazali da bi na svaki od ta tri stana na Poluotoku trebalo potrošiti od 80.000 eura pa naviše, budući im je poremećena statika. Isplativije je bilo kupiti tri potpuno nova stana, odgovorio je Tomislav Korona, pročelnik za gradsku imovinu i dodao da će u budućnosti tri derutna stana vjerojatno biti prodana.

Grad kupuje 6 stanova za 600.000 eura: „To je isplativije nego obnavljati tri gradska stana za 240.000 eura"

Grad Zadar će od APN-a kupiti šest stanova vrijednih 600.000 eura koji će poslužiti kao „kadrovski stanovi” za stručnjake iz Opće bolnice i Sveučilišta. Na kolegiju gradonačelnika Branka Dukića postavljeno je pitanje što će se događati s tri postojeća, ali neuvjetna gradska stana.

-Ocijenjeno je da su ulaganja u te stanove neisplativa, jer su elaborati pokazali da bi na svaki od ta tri stana na Poluotoku trebalo potrošiti od 80.000 eura pa naviše, budući im je poremećena statika. Isplativije je bilo kupiti tri potpuno nova stana, odgovorio je Tomislav Korona, pročelnik za gradsku imovinu i dodao da će u budućnosti tri derutna stana vjerojatno biti prodana.
