Grad Zadar kao investitor nije zadovoljan s dosadašnjim rješenjem nedostataka u Ulici dr. Franje Tuđmana niti je izvedeno stanje prihvatljivo. Danas je održan sastanak sa sudionicima u gradnji na kojem su sudjelovali predstavnici izvođača iz tvrtke Lavčević d.o.o., i glavni nadzorni inženjer radova. Izvođač je dobio nalog od strane predstavnika investitora i glavnog nadzornog inženjera da se svi utvrđeni nedostatci otklone u najkraćem mogućem roku i u skladu sa svim pravilima struke – doznali smo iz gradske uprave u kojoj je sazvan sastanak upravo zbog uočenih manjkavosti u Tuđmanovoj ulici. "Frezanje" asfalta za otjecanje vode s kolnika nije rješenje koje zadovoljava Grad kao investitora rekonstrukcije Tuđmanove ulice u okviru Inteligentnog transportnog sustava, projekta financiranog od strane Europske unije.
Problem zadržavanja oborinskih voda zbog pogrešnog nagiba kolnika i utonuća kolnika na nekoliko mjesta pojavljuje se neprestano od završetka radova na Tuđmanovoj. Stručni nadzor Gin Company reagirao je nakon pojave prvih izraženijih kiša nakon prošle turističke sezone, kad su uočena značajnija zadržavanja vode na kolniku te je odmah od izvođača zatraženo da pristupi radovima na saniranju i otklanjanju nedostataka.
Sanacijom su obuhvaćeni radovi skidanja (frezanja) završnog sloja asfalta na sjevernom kolničkom traku, te ugradnje dodatnih slivničkih rešetki uz sjeverni cestovni rubnjak. S obzirom da je problem dužeg zadržavanja vode na kolniku poslije kiša i dalje prisutan, zatražene su dodatne radnje na rješavanju tih problema na cijeloj rekonstruiranoj dionici prometnice. Već je prije navedeno da je otklanjanje svih nedostataka u izvođenju radova ugovorna obveza ugovornog izvođača radova.

Grad Zadar kao investitor nije zadovoljan s dosadašnjim rješenjem nedostataka u Ulici dr. Franje Tuđmana niti je izvedeno stanje prihvatljivo. Danas je održan sastanak sa sudionicima u gradnji na kojem su sudjelovali predstavnici izvođača iz tvrtke Lavčević d.o.o., i glavni nadzorni inženjer radova. Izvođač je dobio nalog od strane predstavnika investitora i glavnog nadzornog inženjera da se svi utvrđeni nedostatci otklone u najkraćem mogućem roku i u skladu sa svim pravilima struke – doznali smo iz gradske uprave u kojoj je sazvan sastanak upravo zbog uočenih manjkavosti u Tuđmanovoj ulici. "Frezanje" asfalta za otjecanje vode s kolnika nije rješenje koje zadovoljava Grad kao investitora rekonstrukcije Tuđmanove ulice u okviru Inteligentnog transportnog sustava, projekta financiranog od strane Europske unije.
Problem zadržavanja oborinskih voda zbog pogrešnog nagiba kolnika i utonuća kolnika na nekoliko mjesta pojavljuje se neprestano od završetka radova na Tuđmanovoj. Stručni nadzor Gin Company reagirao je nakon pojave prvih izraženijih kiša nakon prošle turističke sezone, kad su uočena značajnija zadržavanja vode na kolniku te je odmah od izvođača zatraženo da pristupi radovima na saniranju i otklanjanju nedostataka.
Sanacijom su obuhvaćeni radovi skidanja (frezanja) završnog sloja asfalta na sjevernom kolničkom traku, te ugradnje dodatnih slivničkih rešetki uz sjeverni cestovni rubnjak. S obzirom da je problem dužeg zadržavanja vode na kolniku poslije kiša i dalje prisutan, zatražene su dodatne radnje na rješavanju tih problema na cijeloj rekonstruiranoj dionici prometnice. Već je prije navedeno da je otklanjanje svih nedostataka u izvođenju radova ugovorna obveza ugovornog izvođača radova.
