Zagrebačka burza je 13. ožujka objavila namjeru Tankerske plovidbe za preuzimanje Turisthotela. Tankerska trenutno drži 144.272 dionice Turisthotela što predstavlja 39,34 posto temeljnog kapitala i sada želi preuzeti sve dionice Turisthotela na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 76,98 eura, a od svih bi dioničara dionice bile otkupljene po cijeni od 610,53 eura.

Namjera Tankerske plovidbe je da Turisthotel nastavi „poslovati neizmijenjeno u okviru svoje djelatnosti, s ciljem postizanja održivog rasta i razvoja, kroz unaprjeđenje i povećanje kvalitete postojećih kapaciteta i usluga te kroz implementaciju i ponudu novih usluga”. Pritom u Tankerskoj plovidbi smatraju da je potrebno provesti proces dubinskog snimanja poslovnih procesa u Turisthotelu, te revidirati i po potrebi redefinirati investicijske planove dosadašnje Uprave Turisthotela po kojima su predviđene investicije od oko 113 milijuna eura, a dok je neto „stanje novca i novčanih ekvivalenata” približno 40 milijuna eura.

Ovisno o rezultatima snimanja i revizije investicijskih planova, te makroekonomske situacije, Tankerska namjerava podržati one investicije Turisthotela koje koje će zadovoljiti kriterije očekivanog povrata na kapital i biti usmjerene na održivi rast i razvoj. Želi se povećanje Turisthotelove vrijednosti uključujući i investicije u druge u slične turističke kapacitete kroz akvizicije turističkih trgovačkih društava, poglavito onih koje djeluju na području Zadarske županije, ali i na širem području Dalmacije.

Pritom, u Tankerskoj smatraju da je Upravu Turisthotela potrebno osnažiti stručnjacima odgovarajućeg profila s područja turizma i financija, što znači da Upravu Turisthotela ubuduće ne bi činio samo jedan čovjek.

Po završetku preuzimanja, Tankerska bi podržala isplatu dividende ako to ne bude ugrožavalo likvidnost. U roku od godinu do godinu i pol dana investicijski bi planovi Turisthotela mogli biti revidirani i po potrebi redefinirani, te bi bila izrađena strategija financiranja poslovanja.

Ponuda za preuzimanje, tvrde iz Tankerske, neće imati značajnijeg utjecaja na radnopravni status radnika Turisthotela niti se planira promjena sjedišta turističke tvrtke.

Zagrebačka burza je 13. ožujka objavila namjeru Tankerske plovidbe za preuzimanje Turisthotela. Tankerska trenutno drži 144.272 dionice Turisthotela što predstavlja 39,34 posto temeljnog kapitala i sada želi preuzeti sve dionice Turisthotela na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 76,98 eura, a od svih bi dioničara dionice bile otkupljene po cijeni od 610,53 eura.

Namjera Tankerske plovidbe je da Turisthotel nastavi „poslovati neizmijenjeno u okviru svoje djelatnosti, s ciljem postizanja održivog rasta i razvoja, kroz unaprjeđenje i povećanje kvalitete postojećih kapaciteta i usluga te kroz implementaciju i ponudu novih usluga”. Pritom u Tankerskoj plovidbi smatraju da je potrebno provesti proces dubinskog snimanja poslovnih procesa u Turisthotelu, te revidirati i po potrebi redefinirati investicijske planove dosadašnje Uprave Turisthotela po kojima su predviđene investicije od oko 113 milijuna eura, a dok je neto „stanje novca i novčanih ekvivalenata” približno 40 milijuna eura.

Ovisno o rezultatima snimanja i revizije investicijskih planova, te makroekonomske situacije, Tankerska namjerava podržati one investicije Turisthotela koje koje će zadovoljiti kriterije očekivanog povrata na kapital i biti usmjerene na održivi rast i razvoj. Želi se povećanje Turisthotelove vrijednosti uključujući i investicije u druge u slične turističke kapacitete kroz akvizicije turističkih trgovačkih društava, poglavito onih koje djeluju na području Zadarske županije, ali i na širem području Dalmacije.

Pritom, u Tankerskoj smatraju da je Upravu Turisthotela potrebno osnažiti stručnjacima odgovarajućeg profila s područja turizma i financija, što znači da Upravu Turisthotela ubuduće ne bi činio samo jedan čovjek.

Po završetku preuzimanja, Tankerska bi podržala isplatu dividende ako to ne bude ugrožavalo likvidnost. U roku od godinu do godinu i pol dana investicijski bi planovi Turisthotela mogli biti revidirani i po potrebi redefinirani, te bi bila izrađena strategija financiranja poslovanja.

Ponuda za preuzimanje, tvrde iz Tankerske, neće imati značajnijeg utjecaja na radnopravni status radnika Turisthotela niti se planira promjena sjedišta turističke tvrtke.

Zagrebačka burza je 13. ožujka objavila namjeru Tankerske plovidbe za preuzimanje Turisthotela. Tankerska trenutno drži 144.272 dionice Turisthotela što predstavlja 39,34 posto temeljnog kapitala i sada želi preuzeti sve dionice Turisthotela na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 76,98 eura, a od svih bi dioničara dionice bile otkupljene po cijeni od 610,53 eura.

Namjera Tankerske plovidbe je da Turisthotel nastavi „poslovati neizmijenjeno u okviru svoje djelatnosti, s ciljem postizanja održivog rasta i razvoja, kroz unaprjeđenje i povećanje kvalitete postojećih kapaciteta i usluga te kroz implementaciju i ponudu novih usluga”. Pritom u Tankerskoj plovidbi smatraju da je potrebno provesti proces dubinskog snimanja poslovnih procesa u Turisthotelu, te revidirati i po potrebi redefinirati investicijske planove dosadašnje Uprave Turisthotela po kojima su predviđene investicije od oko 113 milijuna eura, a dok je neto „stanje novca i novčanih ekvivalenata” približno 40 milijuna eura.

Ovisno o rezultatima snimanja i revizije investicijskih planova, te makroekonomske situacije, Tankerska namjerava podržati one investicije Turisthotela koje koje će zadovoljiti kriterije očekivanog povrata na kapital i biti usmjerene na održivi rast i razvoj. Želi se povećanje Turisthotelove vrijednosti uključujući i investicije u druge u slične turističke kapacitete kroz akvizicije turističkih trgovačkih društava, poglavito onih koje djeluju na području Zadarske županije, ali i na širem području Dalmacije.

Pritom, u Tankerskoj smatraju da je Upravu Turisthotela potrebno osnažiti stručnjacima odgovarajućeg profila s područja turizma i financija, što znači da Upravu Turisthotela ubuduće ne bi činio samo jedan čovjek.

Po završetku preuzimanja, Tankerska bi podržala isplatu dividende ako to ne bude ugrožavalo likvidnost. U roku od godinu do godinu i pol dana investicijski bi planovi Turisthotela mogli biti revidirani i po potrebi redefinirani, te bi bila izrađena strategija financiranja poslovanja.

Ponuda za preuzimanje, tvrde iz Tankerske, neće imati značajnijeg utjecaja na radnopravni status radnika Turisthotela niti se planira promjena sjedišta turističke tvrtke.
